I've had their lunch/dinner food and they're good. Their service is always nice, I've never had a problem with that. I got breakfast for the first time today and I will say that you're not missing anything. My sandwich was falling apart (I know it's on a biscuit but still!) and wasn't overly exciting on taste. The tots were good (but those are hard to screw up). I think the thing that made me the most mad was the coffee. I don't know if the top wasn't on right or what, but it spilled in the car - in the cup holder... Without my touching it. I brushed that off. Brought it home, set it on the table and it fell over, I picked up the cup and tole top flew off like nothing! As I said, I don't know if it wasn't on right or what, but I lost all my coffee. I very seldom go out for lunch. Last week I decided to grab a quick salad at Chick Fil A. Once I was inside there was a torrential down pour. One employee offered every person "stuck inside" a free sample of peach milkshake (delicious). As I was leaving the manager asked if I wanted him to escort me outside with an umbrella. I thought he was joking. Nope, he was very serious. His employee escorted me to my vehicle in the pouring rain. Now that is EXCEEDING customer service expectations! Great customer service! We had received our meals and were sitting down. My wife noticed her grilled chicken pieces and comments she should have asked for sauce. I asked her what sauce she wanted but she didn't know what they had. While I went to get napkins I noticed one of the servers (who was obviously on her dinner break) get up and go to the counter. When I returned to our table, the young lady (about 5'4 with light brown hair in a fairly long pony-tail) had returned from the counter with all six sauces they had. After making sure we were taken care of, she returned to her dinner. A small act of courtesy and service but it speaks boldly for the character of Chick-fil-A's staff. Much appreciated! I went to chick-fil-a last night for dinner. My cashier was Chrissy. She was very nice, friendly and professional. I order the spicy chicken sand which with Colby jack cheese and fries as long as a sweet iced tea. I loved it. I also had a side of Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce. I re visited this restaurant today because in the past I've had some positive experiences. But today I was slightly disappointed with my chicken sandwich. It was not due to the chicken as it was deliciously moist and perfectly cooked. The waffle fries were great but one thing was missing and I didn't realize what was lacking until I was on my way home. This is a well oiled machine. Chick-Fil-A has the fastest drive thru service that I know of. The food here is consistent and that's why I keep coming back. I always order a spicy chicken sandwich with no butter, no pickles, and well done/crispy. My food always comes out good and tasty. Why Chick-Fil-A hasn't put every other fast food restaurant out of business is beyond me. Maybe it has something to do with their stance on gay marriage, but this is a food review and has nothing to do with politics. If you like chicken this is the place to go. Chicken sandwich, chicken soup, chicken salad, chicken strips, chicken nuggets. All chicken, all the time. For someone like me, who doesn't really like chicken, when I want a chicken sandwich this is the place I go. They offer their chicken sandwich two different ways. Fried or grilled. The fried is not a traditional fried, but a pressure cooker fried. On this trip I opted to have the grilled chicken sandwich, but not the deluxe which adds cheese and bacon. And of course with the meal you get their world famous waffle fries! To go along with the meal they have a generous array of dipping sauces to choose from: Ranch, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Polynesian and their signature Chick-Fil-A Sauce to name a few. I went with the Polynesian. Like a usual fast food place your order comes out promptly and piping hot! There is more that enough seating to go around, so finding a spot to sit is not an issue. There is even a little kiddie play area, so if you sit near there it might get a little loud, but not unbearable. Their food is always great, but what sets them apart is their staff. You know when you go to a McDonald's and the person taking your order could care less and seems like they do not want to be there? Well not here! The staff seems genuinely happy to be there. You are always greeted with a happy smile and your order is answered with a "My Pleasure". That alone would make it great for a fast food place, but wait, there is more! If you need a refill, no need to walk up to the counter or a soda dispenser yourself, they have a staff member getting people refills right at the table. Remember this is a fast food restaurant! Try getting that service from a Taco Bell! And, as usual, there is more. On rainy days, as you know there are plenty of them in South Florida, there is a staff member with an umbrella walking you to your car if you so choose. Talk about great service. From the Service to the food to the desserts, this place is first class all the way. read more
