My wife and I stopped here at our local chick -fil-A on our way home from my wife's knee replacement surgery. We got in line and ordered our food and realized we didn't have a means to pay with us . We told the person taking our order we would have to cancel and return after getting money. Without hesitation the gentleman gave us our meal free . Haven't eaten in one of these for decades. Obvious reasons for it but if you look the companies history you can find that they don't use funds on gay camp no more. Came inside Chick fil a for an early breakfast wasn't busy at all was able to order right away. The inside was super clean and so were the bathrooms. We got a chicken mini meal that came with a fruit cup that was extra and sweet tea. I also got a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. We decided to take it to go and the food was pretty good I'm obsessed with their jalapeño salsa so I literally put it on anything at Chick fil a. I'm never one to complain about Chick-fil-A because let's be real, it's an amazing chain restaurant. I just wanted to address the spicy chicken deluxe I got today. The first few bites were good but when I got to the thick part of the meat, OMG it was terrible I had to stop eating. The texture was like rubber and I thought I was trippin or overthinking it but no, it was like rubber. I even took it apart after spitting it out and it was a rubber texture. Sooooo weird! I've come here a couple of times and finally decided to write a review. The food is good and the service was friendly. This was the first time I've gotten a spicy chicken biscuit, my only complaint is that the chicken was really small and the biscuit was small as well I'm use to the biscuits being a little bit bigger but it tastes good. I love their iced coffee I get that every-time.There was also a worker standing outside under a tent in the rain so I felt bad because they could have at least given her a rain coat or something. It's funny . I live 0.75 miles from here and could probably even walk here, but I've been here maybe 2 times since this branch was established circa 2011. This location is near immaculate, has wi-fi , a play "structure" for kiddies and has good food. I'm partial to the nuggets. Unlike my mom who only gets nuggets at BK/MCD, Ive never taken to nuggets. They usually taste very artificial and not substantial. However CFA's nuggets actually state like real chicken and I love them with Polynesian sauce or BBQ. Waffle fries are also awesome and I dont know any other fast food places that serve them. I ordered nuggets/fries/shake separately and the young lady at the counter rang it up as a meal to save me money even though I didnt ask it. (I was going between Seffner and New Tampa to deliver something during rush hour and was running on fumes-me and my car were a millimeter on Empty) It's a small gesture but appreciated. She had a squeaky voice which added to her appeal.(Straight man insights lol) However, whats exemplary about this place is the speed and efficiency of the ordering. When I ordered , the cashier put the sauces in a trapezoid on my table. I went to the bathroom and my order was out in less than 3 minutes. This place is usually super busy during lunch and is sometimes hard to get out of onto BBDowns north. You could say that CFA is more expensive but I think the quality of meat makes up for it. They were always on top of everything and had never forgotten anything from my orders, but there's been a few times I've had delivery they forgot items like drinks, fries, I even got the 6 pack of cookies and they gave me 5! Always a great, clean location when I have frequented on my long commute to doctor and other trips (I've visited probably over ten Chik-fil-A in four states in the past couple of decades). I arrived during breakfast just now, and inquired if only breakfast was being served and if so, what might be a low-carb, lower calorie item for me to order on my way out the door to my appointments. I was happy to find that I could order salad this time of day, a healthier type of salad than the fare offered at most fast food. I was offered a apple cider vinaigrette. This lady knew her stuff, when it comes to serving the customers. Bravo, management! Clean, fast and even the customers were nicer than most of the public I encounter in everyday life. This Chick fil A location is always fantastic! The service is always quick and courteous. Once you have received your food, every once in a while there is a server that comes around and asks if you need anything (refills, sauces, etc). I think that is such a nice touch and I have not had this experience at all Chick fil A locations. My order is always exactly as I request. It is Chick fil A so of course the food is delicious and consistent with my expectations. I have been coming to this location for three years and it has always been top notch. At times they can get pretty busy but it's nothing compared to how busy the Fowler location normally is. There is always parking available. The only complaint I have about this location is that sometimes getting into and out of the lot can be a little confusing/frustrating, especially when they are a little more busy than normal. read more

Their original flavor reminds me of cafe sua da (vietnamese coffee). If you like McD's coffee, you'll enjoy this. Just like their waffle fries, the hash browns are also probably sprinkled with crack. Savor every bite because the serving sizes are smalllllll. Ditto with the chick bites. I can inhale the 3 piece order before even pulling out of the drive-thru. But they're both so good that you'll think about going. The spicy chicken biscuit is good but it could be great if it had a bigger kick to it. Customer service is great as always.
