We got the three finger chicken strips and sandwiches combo. The strip coating is normal no extra flavor. Very plain. The chicken sandwich has sauce on it but too salty. I've actually very satisfied with Zaxbys food and quality. Been here a few times now and thought it would be a good time tell about them. Most of the time we get the 20 piece box combo. For the price is ok. Not great but ok. But this does feed my family of 4 dinner and still have some left over for lunch/snacks. Box combo comes with 20 piece of chicken tenders, 8 piece of garlic bread (white bread) and two heaps of French fries. With a verity of different sauces to choose from. Service has been good here, both drive and order inside with no issues. They do seem to be on top of everything. Inside looks like every other chain company but very well kept and clean. This was my first time visiting Zaxby's. It located near outlet mall and Costco. The standalone building looks like a barn which is quite nice. The interior decoration got this cozy, warm vibe. We had chicken fingers and signature sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich tasted OK. The coating of the finger was scrunchy, but saltiness was the only flavor. At least the size was acceptable. The chicken is really good, nice and crunchy. The sauces are also quite good. I like the variety but wish that there were more or bigger sized. The bbq and sweet and spicy are very good options. The lady at the front today was friendly and did a good job. There are a lot of good chicken/fast food places in the area, with that being said this option is definitely a good one. One of the better zaxbys i have been too. I got the sweet Asian sauce in boneless wings and lemon pepper in traditional wings along with cheddar bites. I went through the drive through so i can't judge the inside appearance but that outside was well kept. The service was okay nothing to brag about. But the food was delicious! read more

This is my favorite fast food that I can't get anywhere living in NYC! So anytime I go to Georgia or Florida I HAVE to visit a Zaxbys. It's sooooo good and this trip did not disappoint. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I got my usual of the Kicking Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Birthday Milkshake on the side. This is my got to so everything is perfect. The fries were hot and seasoned well. I was able to introduce my son to Zaxbys and he became an instant fan. He got the 5 piece Chicken Fingers with the Zaxs sauce. I will definitely be back to try the Lemon Pepper sandwich before I leave. read more

Oh! Today I am highly irked by the customer service I received today. I ordered a meal via delivery directly from the Zaxby's website. I received my order in record time, but I was missing my cookies that I ordered. If you KNOW, you KNOW those cookies are the perfect ending to a good meal. So I'm kinda pissed off lol. I call the store just to inform them and see if they could process my refund. Tell me why they told me they didn't see the cookie order on my receipt. While I was actively looking at the receipt I asked them what was the order $$ total that they had and it was the same amount that I was looking at that was inclusive of the cookies! So I tried being patient. Like OK, we're looking at the same dollar amount, so we can play the adding game and see that what they have and what I have are wrong. The manager was reluctant and starts getting an attitude. She asked me who I ordered my food through and I told her, YA'LL -- I ordered directly through their website, I don't know what service they actually use. She tells me I used a third-party because they don't deliver -- again, not disputing who delivered it, because I genuinely did not know. I just know the order is made and pulled up on Zaxbys.com. She basically told me I was lying and if I ordered it online that means I came in and picked it up. MAM, it's super cold outside, I didn't come and pick up a thing! She then gets fed up and says "give me your card number so I can process the refund". Well mam, I'm not about to give my card number to a disgruntled stranger. So I refused and told her I would just charge it back with my bank and figure it out. After getting in contact with their help line and them acknowledging and SEEING where I did order cookies, they gave me a refund. I'm pissed because it's a simple few dollars but mam don't treat me like I'm lying and all the evidence is readily available to show you. We literally have the same order total amount and simply adding the number up would've confirmed that they were missing an item. She kept saying "if it were ordered it would've popped up on our screen and we would've bagged it." Ok girl. read more

So, I haven't been to this Zaxby's for a few weeks. The last time I was here, everything was great. I was curious if they had maintained such high quality and service. We'll, they have!! I was immediately greeted and assisted at the register by Aubrianna who was both super friendly and professional!! What a refreshing experience to have, in contrast to so many other restaurant interactions I've had at other places. Aubrianna was upbeat, efficient and helpful. Kudos to Zaxby's for training their employees so well and putting quality employees right up front! The restaurant is very pretty very clean. The dining room and the bathrooms are clean. The employees are friendly and the food taste good. The menu doesn't have a big variety, mostly chicken, some salads and some sandwiches, but the food is decently priced. read more

Best Day of my son's life. My 12 yo son was in putative heaven after discovering the Mr Beast Box on the Zaxby's menu yesterday. While the wait for the food was quite long, I believe he would have waited for the Rapture itself if need be to feast on the manna of toast, cheddar bites, fries, and chicken tenders. As an added bonus, Zaxbys included the piece du resistance, a bag of Feastables -- enough for an entire week of insulin shocked bliss. I'm so happy we finally have a Zaxby's close by! They have the best Cobb salads. This particular location in Lutz is off to the side of the shopping plaza which makes it easier to locate and way less traffic in and out. The restaurant itself and also the restroom was clean. We ordered the Cobb Zalad and Chicken fingers meal. Both were great! They have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine so there are tons of options to choose from for drinks and they also serve both sweet and unsweetened tea. My husband and I were hungry and making a Costco run so we went through the drive thru and ordered 10 piece tenders, a large drink and fries for $21. We shared it so 10 per person isn't bad at all. Service was SUPER quick on a Sunday afternoon. No line. I ordered and paid and received my order PIPING hot. The tenders were crispy and there was no grease in the container. This place is so awesome my 1st visit was so great this is now my new favorite place.Hubby kept saying we has to try this place so today was the day.It was 5ish on a Monday and I saw 5 cars in drive through line and thought omg I'll be here all night boy was I wrong so fast friendly and efficient.I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a combo dinner of traditional wings and chicken fingers with fries and a Cole slaw.The drive through was so fast and efficient was done in under 10 minutes from start to finish with 5 cars in front amazing and the order was perfect.Got home and the food was hot and so fresh the sandwiches were HUGE and so yummy the best chicken sandwiches we ever had from anywhere we could only eat a half. The fries are incredible and the tenders were small but delicious along with the sauces the wings in the sweet hot sauce even though I only like crispy wings these were incredible and it was the best Cole slaw I ever had anywhere even the Texas toast was special.I must say at 31 dollars I was a little doubtful about food from a drive-thru but they nailed it and there was enough food for 2 meals minus the Cole slaw because I gobbled that up too quick but I can tell you their food is amazing and worth every penny and now it will be our regular take out night dinner.Great job zaxbys we will be back and soon read more
