I visit this chick fil a pretty often because it's about 5 mins from home. I usually do mobile order and pick up through drive through but I hate that the regular drive through line is usually quicker than this method. They need two people working each of the lines and this is not how it's done here they usually only have one person assisting both lines. Gets very frustrating when the person in front of you hasn't received their order and you are just sitting there waiting after you have received your food. I really wish they would get it together at this chick fil a. Last time I ordered the kale crunch salad that is suppose to be a mix of kale and cabbage and the salad was extremely overdressed with just kale no cabbage in sight. Also I asked for honey and hot sauce packets for my nuggets and only received the hot sauce they always do fix it when you submit the issue in the app but I'm just not sure why they are not fixing these problems that are constantly reoccurring at this location. read more

There's a Chick-Fil-A nearby where I live, so I went ahead and went there for dinner for something a little familiar, yet different. Chick-Fil-A has quite a reputation for being really good, but I'm not much of a chicken person (or I don't get out of my way for chicken), so I thought I'd find this out for myself. I was in to the Chick-Fil-A near where I live, so it's not out of the way, and it's newer. I was impressed walking in and being greeted by the scent of fresh food wafting in the air. It reminded me of the excitement I would feel going to McDonald's as a kid (not that I go to McDonald's anymore, nor do I plan on it.). The place was clean, so immediately, I felt confident in ordering here. The cashier was friendly and smiling upon greeting, and answered my questions as if I weren't an idiot (which I appreciate, because most people in the planet have been to a Chick-Fil-A at one point or another, except for me somehow other than that one time twenty years ago when I was unimpressed with the Cool Wrap) and was able to be helpful about making my sauce selection. I picked the Chicken Sandwich, since it's their signature, so it's a safe bet that it's going to be good. I also went with their signature sauce to go with the sandwich (note: sandwich DOES NOT come with sauce). I paired this with the kale crunch salad as a side to make it a little healthier, and then waited for my food. The wait wasn't long at all. The worker who brought my food to me was very nice. My thoughts: The sandwich was delicious. The chicken is indeed fresh and whole chicken breast, well-breaded and seasoned in addition to being juicy. The pickles added a nice crunch and sweetness. I don't know how to describe their signature sauce, but it had a sweet, tangy taste that I thought went well with the sandwich. I guess I can compare it to Zax sauce from Zaxby's. (another great chicken place I need to pay another visit to). The kale crunch salad was a great side, and I loved how it had some cabbage in it like cole slaw. The whole meal left me feeling satisfied, and I'll be sure to keep this place in mind when I don't know what to eat. read more

2 Stars - Love the new look and feel of the restaurant but they really need to do a better job of training their staff how to cook and prepare the food. The restaurant is very modern and always clean. I always notice someone wiping down the booths and tables when I am there, and the floors are clean, that means a lot to me. The bathrooms are a very nice size and always clean and stocked with supplies. Aside from those inside the restaurant, the customer service has always been top notch, the food prep and delivery needs a bit more work. The delivery staff is not as friendly as the one on Waters Ave and the food is not the same. Funny how the same items can taste so different than the other one, when it's the same owner. I truly believe it's the staff at this location. Not sure but my guess is because it's new to this area, the staff is continually learning how to make the cfa food. Sometimes they forget items for my order when I get delivery or the fries are old or not salted. Twice I have had the delivery driver place my food on the ground when I clearly ask for them to meet me at the door via the app when in place my order. It hasn't been a year yet, so they have some improvements on their trainings, and I'm sure with the size of population they are serving this means their turnover is quite high for food. This is, my second time at this location. My first time I was given a discount in which I asked for a military discount the second time I was not given one. Granted the employee may have entered it in as a police man discount but as a customer that has nothing to do with me. There is no consistency here. And I suggest for business purposes, that they offer a military discount due to the fact that they only offer a police man discount I honor our police man, but police man Are not the only ones to put their lives on the line. Actually, our service members put their lives on the line so that our police man can actually work! They also do not offer an EMT discount, which is very appalling to me! The owner of this location is the same owner of the location on waters avenue. The location on waters avenue actually gives a military discount again no consistency. read more

This is one of the fastest chick Fil a's I've been to and the food is always hot and really good. The drive through has a door that goes into the kitchen and it's always super clean. Highly recommend! I've been multiple times with consistently great customer service!! read more

This is ONE of the worse locations they have aside from the stadium location. Every time I've ordered delivery here I don't get a straw, I don't get plastic wear for my food, I don't get sauces or I get the WRONG sauces. The service with delivery is horrible because no one answers the phone, they just pack your food & bring it, nothing to eat with, no napkins or nothing. Idk about anyone else but the biggest aspect of eating chick fil a is the sauces? How common is it for people to order food there with NO sauce? So why would I enjoy eating dry food? Or no eating utensils for my max & cheese while I'm at work? Whoever packages their delivery orders needs to pay more attention. I've also gotten under cooked chicken that was rubbery and made me sick, every time I try to give this location a chance I am absolutely disappointed but not surprised. DO NOT get delivery at this location at least if you order in the drive thru or in the store you can ask for what you're missing! I don't even write reviews! This location is always ready . Staff are helpful and friendly to the kids they love the train that goes around the whole restaurant. Never a problem with my orders . It's always clean . The lines move rather quickly. Only thing that sucks is that they're closed on Sunday but it's pretty cool that it's a company that values church time for its employees. read more

Chic-Fil-A storefront with a Burger King management style. Grabbed lunch on a tight break in between meetings yesterday. Got home to find that the entire order was wrong. This is not the problem. The problem is the way it was handled when I went back to the store. The manager was not helpful and even combative at times. It is amazing to me that even Chic-Fil-A can get it wrong in T&C.
