They gave me someone else's food. I ordered a 12 piece nugget for carry out through the app. When I got to the store I gave them my name and they started my order and eventually an employee called my name and handed me my food which had my name and the correct order information printed on the receipt of the bag so I left. I was going straight to the movies and was going to just eat the nuggets as I made my way over. Once I parked at the theater I see they have given me a spicy deluxe sandwich and fries. I called to ask them for a refund bc I wasn't going to eat this and didn't have time to go back to the store again. They told me they can't give me a refund but to come back later and they will give me the nuggets. I told them I don't want nuggets 4 hours from now, this was supposed to be my lunch. So because of their mistake I didn't get lunch and I lost $10. Really disappointed with the customer service. I tried to request a refund through the app but it says the store I ordered from is in charge of managing refunds and I guess this location chooses not to issue refunds even when the store makes a mistake like they did with me. read more

I've heard so many good things about Chick-fil-A over the years, and I've tried their regular chicken sandwich in the past but personally didn't like it. During a xmas party years ago, my friends were comparing the spicy chicken sandwich between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes, and it was pretty much split evenly. I love the Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich and the fried chicken in general, so to hear that some would like Chick-fil-A more, I just knew I had to give it another shot. My credit card is currently offering 20% cashback for Chick-fil-A purchases, so I knew this would be the perfect time to try. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, which came with medium waffle fries and upgraded the drink to a milkshake for about $2.50 more. In total, it was around $11.50 out the door. Trying it for the second time confirmed for me that there is just something about their chicken I've never been a fan of. It has a strange, salty/sweet? taste to me. Maybe it's something like cilantro and parsley where you either love it or you hate it. I really wanted to like it, but I think this might be the last time I'll be having it. It was a very sad day. I've never had an issue with being satisfied with my Chick-fil-a sandwich. I buy them all the time. However, I have never been at this location before. It was very disappointing to say the least. I like to get there at 11:00 am to get the fresh batch of sandwiches. Not this location. The chicken was small and not even larger than the small bun. The bun was cold and the chicken was colder. The meat was rubbery and had a lot of fat in each bite. The pickle was pathetic. I bought 2 and I threw away the other one it was soo bad. I hope this isn't at all locations and only this one. The rubbery chicken sandwiches at McDonalds would of been more satisfying. It's a little confusing to get to the drive through with the barriers, but I'm new here and saw very quickly why they're needed (busy times). My chicken tenders were delicious and hot. We order the same...two original chicken sandwiches, my wife's is always bigger than mine. I'd switch it before, but I can't tell because of the insulation bag. I walked in and was called right to order, and I was helped by a man named Greg. I ordered a large meal and it seemed as if he wasn't paying attention and didn't put down the large and was telling me to pay. I used my gift card to pay part of the balance and used my card for the rest. I had to remind him that I asked for a large and he put it in and charged me the extra. Our go-to drive through for some delicious fast food. Hubby and I occasionally crave Chick-fil-A so we'd stop by this location as it is the closest to our apartment. First off, just want to say this plaza is a nightmare. We hate navigating through this plaza to even get to the beginning of the drive-through. The line does however move fast. We always order the spicy chicken sandwich for hubby and the 12 count chicken nuggets for me. We get a large order of fries to share and extra CFA sauce and BBQ sauce. Gotta admit, I don't expect much from a fast food joint.. usually expect the place to be in need of cleaning, people less than friendly and mediocre food. But this Chik-Fil-A was the complete opposite. I've never came across a fast food restaurant as clean as this one. It was spotless. When I parked I was right behind one of the supervisor/manager and he was picking up some loose trash on his way in to work. When he saw me he opened the door and gave me a warm greeting. Staff here was very friendly and the only thing better than that was their food. I tried their McDonald's version of Sausage McMuffin and Chik-Fil-A version is far better. Their egg white and grilled chicken breast was very tasty, less greasy and simply delicious. Their small tater tots was not as greasy as the hash brown and their unique dipping sauce made it that much better. I felt disappointed by her evident judgement. She didn't ask me about the salad dressing either and had to ask for it at the next Window.
