I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with coke and one regular chicken sandwich for my girlfriend with sprite, sauces ketchup, buffalo, chick fil-a sauce, and bbq. Got my order in the drive thru then we got home to enjoy our meal we found out that my spicy chicken sandwich is regular not spicy and my girlfriend sprite tasted like water plus forgot to give us buffalo sauce I'm just very disappointed. What I LOVE about chick-fil-a is the breakfast. It has to be the biscuits. They are just so delicious and always baked perfect. I usually get a sausage biscuit sandwich and a chicken biscuit. Add some hash browns and ketchup. Best quick breakfast. If the drive thru line is long do not go in instead. I repeat, do not go in instead. I think they prioritize the drive thru. I went in when the line was hellaciously long and when I finally got my food and walked out the drive thru was completely cleared. read more

Never seen such a Poorly managed Chick-fil-A! This must be some kind of joke Franchise cause there's like 7-8 Employees in the Food/Cashier area, and the Dining area unattended with a bunch of Trash and pieces of Food stuck underneath Tables, the Tables are sticky and greasy looking, garbage bags on top of the Bin disposal. Not even when we approached the Cashier, there was NO welcome or greeting or even the usual "My pleasure or absolutely".. bunch of Gen Z Kids, as a Matter of fact, I even approached an employee to inform him Women's bathroom had zero Soap, so he puts a yellow Tape and answered saying "ok". Visited on Wednesday (11/01) and was flabbergasted by the fact that they had a secret character meet and greet. How fun! The character was the rat from Ratatouille, except much smaller, less hairy, and less intelligent. I was intent on catching it with my bare muscular hands, but was advised by many not to do so. I know better than to let others dictate my decisions, though. I caught the rat and used it to help chew a hole through one of the walls in the bathroom. I stuffed many treasures and trinkets in the hole before sealing it again (with the rat -- will not specify how). The rat did dual wield plastic forks; I do not advise engaging with it if you are not a skilled combat professional as I am. It swam in my food for fun, a common tactic used among rodents to intimidate their predators (me). The service was good. The food itself was also alright. Cleanliness is so important for a restaurant or fast food. This chick-fil-A was by far the dirtiest one I've been to. The indoor tables and outdoor tables were filthy, the floor was dirty and the countertops looked sticky. Maybe instead of only management mopping as we saw while we were there the staff should also be directed to help keep this restaurant clean and tidy. Went through the Drive-thru and they got my entire order completely wrong. They gave me chicken strips rather than the nuggets but charged me for nuggets. They did not give me any condiments even though I was clear on which ones I wanted and they did not give any napkins at all. I like Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and waffle fries (with that addictive Chick-Fil-A sauce) and this location does not disappoint in the food department. But my most recent visit is a good example of why I have to knock off a star. Arriving at the counter I noted that I was not welcomed as I always am at other locations. Probably because no one was at the counter at all. I stood and waited...not a long time, probably 3 minutes (which feels long when you are waiting)...until someone finally walked to the register and offered to help me. The condiment bar was a bit of a disaster and I took the last 3 napkins from a neglected dispenser. My food was delivered to the table quickly and I enjoyed every bite. But customer service needs more discipline. Definitely my least favorite location of this chain that I've been to (3.5 stars rounded up). read more
