Double double animal style, cheeseburger animal style, fries
    Brian F.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This location is at The District which is a busy area. It's in a plaza with Chick-fil-a, The Halal Guys, and many other food options but still has long lines.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Other than that it's pretty much like every other location you've seen with the palm trees and the red and white interior.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My go-to order has been a double double animal style ($6.35) with french fries ($2.40) for a long time. If I'm feeling extra hungry I'll order another patty and slice of cheese for a triple triple. The burger is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. The fries are soft and more limp but if you want you can ask for medium well or even well done for a crispier product. Asking for spread is a must and I dip my fries into it. It's best eaten fresh right when it's ready but it is so good all the time.

Does this place really even need a review? I feel rhetorical even typing this because this is just the best. It doesn't get better than in-n-out. I will say, while they all operate the same. The one on park Ave at the district is the best one in Irvine/Tustin area. If you prefer fries crispy or softer, just say that when ordering and they'll help you order them to your liking

Consistent with the quality of their food, the only drawback is that the drive through is always soooo long. Not the fault of in n out, they're just always slammed at this location (I mean... I guess you could say most all their locations) The service is quick with their drive through team that takes your order with their tablet. Always friendly, and I've never had an incorrect order!

A good spot for burgers that's consistent with the rest of the chain. This location is in the corner of the district closest to the Jamboree/Barranca intersection. There's a decent amount of parking, but you just have to be careful because some of the spaces may get blocked by the drive thru lines for this restaurant and Chick-fil-A. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have both indoor and outdoor seating available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the few times that I've opted to dine outside, there was a very strong mulch smell from the plants.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is normal, nothing outstanding and very standard with the rest of the chain. The food comes out as quickly as they can make it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They try to keep the location as clean as they can.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is very consistent with every other location that I've been to. There are a few occasions where I've received burgers and the buns were very cold. Other than that, everything matches up to what you would expect from the chain.

In N Out at The District delivers exactly what you expect from the brand and continues to show why their customer service and organization have been dialed in for decades. This location is no exception. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is consistently clean, from the dining floor to the bathrooms. Employees are always wiping down tables, sweeping and even grabbing people's trash which keeps the place looking fresh no matter how busy it gets.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The burgers come out fast and they handle customizations flawlessly. I usually get a 4x4 ( meat x cheese) with grilled onions and chopped chillies along with fries cooked light well for that crispier, firmer texture. They get it right every time. Parking is also convenient. Since this In N Out sits in the corner of a large plaza, you can always find parking if you are willing to walk just a few extra steps. Overall, this location is reliable, well run and consistently delivers a great meal. I recommend it.

Anytime I'm in the west coast, I always have to stop by here and get animal style for both the burger and the fries. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff is always friendly and the place is always packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Friendly service.

I stopped by In-N-Out recently and had a solid experience overall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was packed, as always.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Despite , the staff kept things moving at an impressive pace, so the wait didn't feel nearly as long as I expected. My order was fresh, hot, and made just the way I like it, which is pretty much what I've come to expect here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining area was clean considering how busy it was, and employees were friendly and efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's not exactly a quick in-and-out stop during peak hours, but the quality and consistency make it worth it.

First Time at In-N-Out: The Hype is Real! I finally checked this off the bucket list at an Orange County location, and honestly, it lived up to the California legend. The Vibe & Service Insanely Busy: I went during peak hours on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. Fast AF: Even with the crowds, the customer service was top-tier. They move people through the line so quickly, it's honestly a science. The Energy: [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's definitely crowded, but the vibe is fun and the establishment is kept very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Main Event The Secret Hookup: I went for the Animal Style burger (it's on the "secret menu"--ask for it!). It was easily a 10/10 burger. Milkshake Win: I grabbed a strawberry milkshake and was happy to find it's actually "sippable" through a straw--not one of those you have to eat with a spoon. Good to Know No Outdoor Seating: [[HIGHLIGHT]]This specific spot didn't have any tables outside, so be prepared to squeeze in or eat in your car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Location: It's tucked into a shopping center parking lot, so navigating the traffic can be a little tricky when it's busy. The Verdict For a first-timer, this was a total win. If you're in OC, you have to stop by, just be prepared for a crowd!

Forever busy because it's so delicious!!

Geographically, this location has an excellent path for the drive thru lane which accommodates the long line (that moves quickly!). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is spotless with plenty of crew to serve the constant crowds.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The burgers, fries and milkshakes are a treasure because they are so delicious. Allyson was a Rockstar efficiently handling my need for multiple gift cards in different denominations and gift receipts. Of course had to leave with a double double!

    Sarah R.

It's been a few years since I've been to this location but I've always had a great experience! Of course lines are long, it's in-n-out, but they move fast here. Recently stopped by late on a Saturday night and enjoyed a grilled cheese meal with my sister. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tables were clean, service was great, and the vibes were vibin'.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Some of the best burgers in the US, in terms of value for money! Juicy, powerful, fast service, any burger customization to suit your taste!

    YUMMMM!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Love that they are open late, came close to closing so we sat outside to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great customer service which I always expect from In N Out! Food was amazing and fresh as always.

Paula at In-N-Out is seriously one of the nicest employees I've come across. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and such positive energy. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everything in my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her job. It's rare to see customer service that feels this authentic these days. Paula made the whole experience better just by being kind and attentive. In-N-Out is lucky to have her -- she definitely stands out!

It was that good!!! Flying Dutchman with fried mustard grilled onion wrapped, animal style fries w chopped chilies didn't stand a chance

After The Counter…read moreclosed nearby, I really needed a new local burger place when I had a burger craving, and The Cut delivers. I either order The Cut (yes, the $40 burger and fries) or I make my own bleu cheese burger depending on my mood. I'll cut to the chase: is the $40 burger worth it? If you've got $40 to spare and you like burgers, I think it's definitely worth it. I mean, I've had it probably three or four times now, and I'm not some kind of moron who likes setting money on fire (I hope), so it must be good, right? What's unique about it? Basically everything, but obviously the patty of meat is the star of the show, with a unique taste and texture that makes it stand out from a normal ground beef patty, and the cheese is no slouch either. The only negative is that my wife bullies me into ordering it so she can steal a few bites. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are also great. My wife got a steak with her caesar salad one time, and that was delicious too. We usually have the same waiter since we come around the same time/day every time, and he's always great. They also always have a great selection of beers on tap, today they had three different West Coast IPAs and I felt like a kid in a candy store... yum! Normally when writing a review I can come up with some sort of complaint to balance things out, but not really in this case. I mean, I could whine that the burger is $40, but no one is forcing me to buy it (except for my wife). All in all, I think this is one of the best places in Irvine to have a pint of beer and a good meal.

But the Caesar dressing for the salad was amazing with homemade croutons. So let's discuss sauces. Three thousand island - yowsa- and house the cut sauce - my blue cheese sauce - and the ranch dressing! I want more things to dip in the sauces. Next time we will dine in and try more. Definitely a smash hit for a Friday night.

I also got a side of their spaghetti. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, while the spaghetti had the signature sweet Filipino-style sauce that many people love. The Ube pie was hot, crispy, but I feel that the Peach Mango pie tasted better. My order did take a long time to come out around 15 minutes. I had to ask 2 staff members what's going on and looks to me they had forgotten my order. But they did redeem themselves by putting my as priority. Overall good visit. Will be back here again soon.

The service was fast, as my order was completed before the expected time and all the staff was nice from the quick interaction. I ordered a nashville hot cluck size sandwich, a standard size cluck sandwhich combo, corn fritters, and CBR loaded fries. Everything was hot and smelled amazing from the bag, and even better once I opened it. The nashville cluck was in the more expensive side for a single sandwich but the flavor and heat was really worth it. I have been craving a hot chicken sandwich for a while now and this was the best I've had in the area. It combined both a hot heat and excellent flavor. The cluck sandwich was very standard but very good at the same time. Again on the more expensive side for a single sandwich but it was well made, the patty was crispy and flavorful. The CBR fries were on the softer side, and the most expensive singluar item I ordered. The flavor itself was delicious, nothing overbearing in terms of flavor as all the toppings blended well together. The corn fritters were amazing, the fritter was crispy, the elote flavor was there, and the bits of corn were a nice touch. Ordered chicken tenders (various flavors but the standout flavor was garlic parm), Mac and cheese, corn fritters (the only item we regret ordering it was lackluster), Cole slaw, and the Caesar salad wrap (delicious!). The employee at the register was helpful in explaining their spice levels. The reason for the three stars vs five stars is that one other employee (a cook - young man that was on break in the front guest area) was obviously in a bad mood or angry at his coworkers because he loudly cursed the F-word multiple times and demanded "respect" I don't believe the cook knew that a customer (me) was there because I was sitting at a table hidden by a divider. This was very unprofessional and I was going to approach him to let him know that he shouldn't act/speak this way at work but then he was gone in the back. I did speak with the cashier to share that I overheard the cook acting unprofessionally. The cashier apologized on the cooks behalf. I will return to this location as it was delicious but I hope that the cook gets the training he needs or refresh in courtesy in the workplace as he could seriously affect others dining here.
