This store couldn't care less about its customers. I placed an order online for a party I was having at work. Our timeline was really tight and when we went in for pickup, the food wasn't ready. Not only did the staff NOT CARE AT ALL, they didn't even try and move quickly to pull it together. They were over an hour late, with us standing there waiting, and by the time we got the food to the event half the people had left. Free standing Chick-fil-a is the draw here as you can get breakfast. What's better than a original Chick-fil-a sandwich with extra pickles?!?! How about a Chicken Egg and Cheese on a Brisket (that's right, tell them to stuff that multigrain bagel and do it right)?!?! No other word for Chick-fil-a other than YUMMY! Just about anyone I talk to regularly knows how much I love Chick-fil-A. I used to love vacationing in the South where I could eat Chick-fil-A as often as I wanted. Then I'd come back to the sad Chick-fil-A lacking North. My favorite thing about Chick-fil-A? Chicken for breakfast! I try to make it to this location most Saturdays for breakfast. This location is usually super crowded, but it's totally worth the wait. Chick-fil-a puts chicken nuggets everywhere else to shame. I think it's interesting that someone said it was made of pink slime. My guess is that they've never actually eaten here. I mean come on even my four year old cousins can tell real chicken from ground "chicken". They're juicy real chicken, none of that ground up crap that you find most places. The milkshakes are better than most ice cream places. The waffles fries aren't my favorite thing about the place but they are still pretty good. I came here for dinner because my husband really wanted to try this place. Honestly I expected a lot more because of all the hype it has going but it just seemed like another fast food restaurant. Stay away from this location trust me it's worth driving further for better service and cleanliness. Staff was a joke the state of the restaurant was disgusting. They tried to serve cold food and when asked for exchange for greasy food was advised they can only refresh the fries. Asked a refund and then after waiting they said they made the whole fresh order... sorry microwaving is not a fresh order. I would give negative stars if I could. And this isn't even the first instance of this.... this corporate should do a complete staff revamp at this location. read more

Chick-fil-A... it's pretty self-explanatory it's a chicken joint. Some of the best cheap chicken a man on a budget could buy. Maybe not cheap in quality but definitely in price. This place is fast food with good service & clean restrooms. One server was so friendly I almost thought she was flirting with me. She was cute so I didn't mind. The portions are average size, I consider it a good thing, considering fried chicken typically gives me heartburn. The only gripe I have is that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. As far as fast food goes, no other chain restaurant can compare (unless you are in the mood for onion rings, oddly enough this is one item Chick-fil-A does not offer). The drive through is convenient, with two lanes for faster service. The chicken nuggets are 100% white meat, and the waffle fries are a refreshing change. If you are hungry, in a rush, and in the area, I highly recommend you stop here. Oh, and do yourself a favor, ask for the honey mustard. It's delicious. read more

It's a holiday weekend and I just got my food via drive thru and I am impressed. There are about 8 people who are working OUTSIDE the drive thru to keep the traffic flow run smoothly! The food is always great. Im obsessed with the #1 deluxe and lemonade. The chick-fil-a and honey mustard sauce is a must have. This time around it was extremely hard to find parking. The drive-thru was packed, and so was the parking lot, and inside. For some reason my food was not as hot as I would have liked it to be. It didn't have that just cooked temperature. My boyfriend introduce me to chick fil a the one in Edison at Menlo Park ever since then I feel in love with it

The food taste pretty good, I just don't think people realize the quality is not much higher than McDonald's/Wendy's etc. The sauces are all made of corn syrup and the bread is bleached enriched flour which is not even really food after all the processing it goes through. The culture and service does seem to be above average, and they claim to only use humanely raised chicken, however they are still peddling crap at the end of the day. Five stars, no question! I've been to this Chick Fil A at least a dozen times, and each visit has been great. The employees are nice and accommodating, and the food is always hot and fresh. Political leanings aside, CFA places well above the bar in terms of customer service. The attention to customer experience really does go a long way. I actually prefer to dine in at this location, because everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is not as depressing as other fast food places. read more

I ordered four items from this location via door dash, only one item (French fries) was correct and none of the 8 sauces were included. An order of chicken nuggets was missing and replaced with a random plain chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches ordered were missing cheese and one was missing lettuce and tomato. When we called chick-fil-a they took no responsibility and told us to speak to door dash, despite the fact the restaurant was the party that got the order wrong (the receipt on the bag was correct). They did not even offer to recreate the order for us to come pick up. I had to go spend another $20 on lunch. I will not order or go to this location again. read more

This place is always busy, which is good for them. But as a customer who has gone through the drive through a total of 3 times, all 3 times they have messed up our order. I visited this location last week while doing some last minute Christmas shopping. I've been to many Chick-fil-A restaurants in other states and in different parts of NJ. But what I experienced was beyond disbelief! So I'm pulling into the drive through line and there's a woman directing traffic because its very busy . Which is normal for this chain . The woman comes to my car in a rage and says you have to leave and go all the way back around ? Now this restaurant sits on a busy highway and I wasn't entering the drive through incorrectly . I said how am I supposed to do that ? She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I sat there for a minute puzzled and then she began blocking the entrance to the drive through with orange cones in a rage ! I'm like are you closing the drive through?!? Now it's 1pm in the afternoon and people are try to enter the restaurant from various directions and people are blowing their horns trying to figure out what's going on ! I yelled can you get your manager out here this is ridiculous! She then yelled back at me saying that the cars behind me all had to go around a different way, however you can enter from that direction also since there's arrows on the ground . The manager came out and said "Sasha " what are you doing ?!?! And told her she can't close down a drive through! The manager addressed Sasha but her attitude and the things that she said to me were disgusting! I've never experienced anything like this at any Chick-fil-A restaurant! I love chick fila but this is literally the worst location I've ever been to. It's slow, I probably waited 20+ minutes for my food. I got my food and they forgot to put the sauces in that I had ordered, the fries thing was only HALF full, and the chicken nuggets were cold and hard.
