When I attempted to use the credit, the cashier didn't know what to do with the credit, and said if I had a credit it would be in the computer already. He then called his manager, and then told me he couldn't use it and there was nothing he could do. So I said so not only did they mess up my original order 6 months ago, but now they wouldn't honor the credit they gave me. His response was that person doesn't even work here, insinuating that I made a fake credit on a pizza hut receipt and signed some random person's name on it. I again confirmed that they would not honor the credit. I then said that if they do not honor the credit and I had to pay full price for my order, that I would never come to pizza hut again. The cashier then said "that's fine". Pizza hut clearly couldn't care less about their customers.
