I get doordash from here often and I've never had any issues. They always get my order right and its dropped off fast. Spicy chicken sandwich, fries, nugs, and shakes are always consistent and what I expect. Thats all I want from fast food. The food is good. So what I came for was solid 4 But the experience could have been better, hence the drop in rating, although, maybe that's what fast food is like these days? This is a clean store as well and the bathroom require a code, which I wish they printed on the receipt - I had to reline up to ask for the code. Spicy chicken sandwich almost always delivers. And that's the highlight and the good today ended there. My lesson learned is that customizing or removing anything might be tricky since they're working so fast that despite it being spelled out, it still gets missed. I don't mind going back to ask for sauces that were missed, or asking for a replacement since the modification wasn't made. But I think what really was unfortunate and really dampened my experience was they threw away the salad in front of me (I have a weak spot for wasting food). I really think we have enough food for everyone, but hunger exists in part because of this practice. And I know some people pull this trick to get another one for free, and that's also disgraceful. I come here regularly and on some weeks I'll spend a little over $35. I was shocked when they insisted I couldn't have more than 2 sauces for my $16 order. Never heard this before. We were in the area for a funeral, so we stopped here on the way home. The taste of the food is fine. Not as hot, but it wasn't cold, so that was a plus. Getting in and out of the place is a challenge, but there was someone attempting to keep order. The parking is limited, so we opted to pick up in the drive through. We checked in and it wasn't long before someone brought the food out to us. We still had to wait for the other cars in line to move before we could exit the line though. read more

Been here several times. The location is VERY tight, but they do a good job of getting customers through the drive-thru line. The food is fresh, probably because they do so much business that nothing gets stale or cold. Order takers and window servers are always professional and fast. Only issue is the fries are never full. So are here due to a funeral service of a lost loved one we are from Massachusetts my husband and I went here today to get our baby fries who has a lot of allergies. We always get fries w/o salt due to the fact that he's a baby and we are health conscious. We were told that owner does not allow them to make fries w/o. We were very disappointed chikfila is one of the only fast food restaurants that my son can get fries from due to his allergies to soy and other things. We asked why and were told that it slows down the line so the owner does not allow that request. They also said they couldn't make our fries fresh either. This chick fil a is fairly new probably 4 months old. It started out pretty rocky with the service since I'm guessing all the staff was new being trained on the spot. I've been going consistently over the last few weeks and the service has gotten a lot better and the wait time has gone down significantly. I'm just happy there's a location closer to me now but the experience is definitely not as great as older locations. The layout logistics for the place is absolutely awful. For a restaurant that usually has such a busy drive thru they picked a terrible spot to build the restaurant. read more

I have been to this location twice and I'm pretty disappointed. It's a bad reflection on the great customer service Chick-fil-A is famous for. The first time I went, the line was crazy long. The staff tried to help with telling cars which lane to go into. Upon leaving, I realized they didn't give me my drink. I had to go back around the block to get back in line just to make it into the parking lot. When I parked (instead of continuing to stay in line for the drive thru), an employee came to my door saying I could not park there. I let her know I was missing an item and she let me in. The park was not marked as handicap nor delivery. Why have parking spots that I can't park in? Everyone has to go into the drive-thru? The second time I ordered from here, I did delivery through the Chick-fil-A app. Doordash is who actually delivered the order. Only half of my order showed up. I called the store and they were extremely unprofessional. You can hear the employees yelling at each other loudly. The lady who answered the phone was distracted and laughing with her co-worker. I had to repeat my inquiry about my order three times. I had to then ask for a manager because she kept saying "we don't have any delivery drivers right now. It let you order delivery?" She also told me that I'd have to go to the actual location to be issued a refund, which sounds crazy considering it was an online order via their app. The manager informed me that the Doordash driver was rushing and only grabbed one bag of my food. Why is the driver allowed to just grab the food? I blame both the staff and the driver. If they had been paying attention, the driver would have had all the food to deliver. I ordered two things of nuggets and a large fry. Despite the app allowing me to add 5 sauces the employee refused to give me more than 2. She said they "only give 2 per meal". When I offered to pay for additional sauce packets, I was told I could only buy a large bottle. This alleged policy is inconsistent with other locations and even this location depending on the employee. This reflects poorly on the customer service of the company as a whole and is false advertisement for people ordering on the app. It really lowers chick fila's customer service experience to that of a mcdonald's. read more

I have been to this location twice (once was the afternoon of opening day). On both occasions I had placed a mobile order for pickup since I had an injured foot. On both occasions I had to abandon the drive through line and walk in because the line was either too long or moving very slowly. Unless you walk in, be prepared to wait in the drive through lanes. This is true even if you place a mobile order. There are only four parking spaces - one for handicapped. Two of the other spaces were occupied by their delivery vehicles. There is no curbside pick up. Also, to get to the parking spaces you have to wait in the drive through line which queues up along 3rd street. There is limited street parking so walking in can also present a challenge if you want to park and walk in. When I spoke to the manager about the difficulty accessing the limited parking spaces he suggested next time I could park in Walmart's underground lot and walk over. The South Dakota Avenue, Riggs Road, 3rd Street intersection was horrible before they built this Chick-Fil-A. The nonsensical configuration of the drive through and parking is the reason I only gave 3 stars. read more

This "space" used to be a KFC/Taco Bell. Knowing that Chick-fill-A is known for their professionalism & courteousness, it was extinct on 10/17/2023. It appears to now become a hang out for young people. The cashier, Ms. Araceli was extremely rude to the point that I actually had to take a step back from the counter and say, "ahhh SHIT". I then kept asking for a manager, but a team captain or something (not a manager) came over and I told her what happened. She apologized for the cashier's behavior. The cashier never took accountability or responsibility for her attitude. Matter of fact, the cashier didn't care how she treated me. Now she was nice to the customers after me. I don't know if it was because I am a Black woman, but her mannerisms were on a break when dealing with me. The manager came over to deliver my food in a bag, but was there all the time, even when I was calling for a manager. I will NOT be supporting this particular franchise. I guess I will have to find another one. Either Ms. Araceli needs to be re-trained, suspended, or another form of action. She did not uphold one of Chick-fil-A's mottos.
