Normally places such as this one I wouldn't rate so high but quality and service has been consistent and fast thus far. The siblings are addicted to the chicken tenders and can do without any sauces. The food has never tasted old or cold - two pluses in my book in terms of anything I order. The line always moves quick - I've never sat in the drive thru wanting to blastoise anyone out of there. So I guess ++++ for this location!! The ladies (there's always a lady) at the drive thru window are really kind as well so kudos! Why this place has such a low rating... I don't know. The drive-through always takes forever. All Chick-Fil-A restaurants are busy, but they usely have quick drive-through service, so it's not an issue. This location does not have quick service at all. No matter what time I come, it's always a ridiculously long wait. read more

Just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food is delicious, and as busy as they always are, they get people served quickly. I recently discovered the strips...they're so good and a lot more filling than the nuggets or sandwiches. read more

We didn't have these places back west from where I was from so this was quite a treat when hearing about family on the east coast bragging about it nonstop. Their menu has fried or grilled meals which allows a lot of options for family. The drive through is pretty quick with two lanes leading into it surprisingly. The only issue I've had is sometimes they're out of Dr.Pepper or they mess up my drink the last couple times. The meals have been awesome otherwise. read more

Wow! Wow! I should've looked up this chickfila. I found plastic in my fries and a hair in my nuggets. I should've taken a pic of it before giving it back to the restaurant to get my money back. Bleh. Messes up orders often... I call and the manager woman speaks broken english and seems to have ZERO clue what to say... I come back and they just hand me my food (no free items as a courtesy whatsoever) and say nothing. No 'sorry' or anything... The chick fil a in alliance messes orders up too - but THEY SAY SORRY. On Monday 3/12/18 my son was in the play area and he happened to break his leg. My wife took him to urgent care and after X-Rays were taken it was confirmed he had a fracture. I happened to be out of town and when I got back on the following Friday I talked with a manager Brenda who absolutely unhelpful, unsympathetic and an absolute difficult person to talk to. Today, 3/20/18 I get a phone call from there insurance company Sedgewick. I was expecting a phone call from Brenda or Chic-fil-A. I'm not asking for money, nor am I asking for free food. My son broke his leg and I want to no how. She never even bothered to ask how my son was doing. I guess they aren't allowed to be friendly unless I'm spending money. All I'm asking is for video footage on exactly what happened to my sons leg. Is that too much to ask for? To try and find out what happened? And possibly prevent any other kid from getting hurt? read more

As a Chick Fil A connoisseur from frequenting CFA restaurants throughout the US (traveled all the time for work), this is by far my favorite one. They consistently have great food, bring your food to your table with a smile, run to hold the door open, and have the friendliest team members and owners - are super family oriented. This is my go-to fast food restaurant in Ft Worth and they have a large repeat fan base - I see familiar faces whenever I return, so you know their food is good if they have such a loyal following. The new egg white grill is the bomb - 27 g of protein and is moist and delicious. Best breakfast!! Can't wait for the peppermint shakes to return for the holidays!! Keep it up! read more

Love this location. I often get gallon jugs of tea and very often they already have hem made up and ready to go. Have gone to the Keller location several times and they were always disorganized and moving at a snail's pace. Also found hair in food twice at that location. Love the woman manager here when she's on duty. Always a smile and a wave! read more

I order chicken biscuit several times a week and every time I receive my food the chicken is way overcooked and hardly any meat Also the biscuit crumbles into pieces when you bite into it. This has to be the least friendliest chick fila I have ever been to. This review is not based on a one time visit but several. They are rude, have a hard time getting the order correct, & are unapologetic for their mistakes. My 2 year old daughter always gets a fruit cup but she cannot eat apples so I always order it without. The fruit cup is an item that they make ahead of time so other stores will tell me that my order will take a little longer which I'm fine with. This store will rudely tell you that they refuse to make "custom orders" and that it's not cost effective for them to accommodate me. I've also driven away from here several times without a toy in the kid meal....not fun explaining this to a 2 year old. I love chick fil a, but I will go out of my way to avoid this one. read more

Okay, I have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. ( I guess you could say I'm a 'regular') Service was always excellent, and food was always good. No complaints. But for the last 5 months or so, the quality of food has just spiraled downhill. I normally get the chicken sandwich meal, but every time I have gone the last 5 months the chicken breast tastes old and disgusting. I used to always get the chicken minis for breakfast, but the last time I got them the chicken was old and the bread was not even edible. I figured the quality of food had gone bad since it was summer time and there were a lot of new employees (teenagers) working there for a summer job, but the quality is still not good. Only reason why I'm not giving this location a 2 star is because I used to come here all the time and it was excellent. I don't know if you have new lazy staff or if the chicken supply has just been rotten for almost half a year. read more

I'm a big chick fa la fan, but Deffinantly won't come back. The watauga location is closest to my house, but I always drive to the Keller location. The food is inconsistent for fast food. Most of the time over cooked. The Keller location stays consistent, VERY FAST. And always good! Customer service difference for sure! read more
