Anyway back to Panda, it's a nice quick meal that doesn't disappoint. Although concerning the super greens; why is there cabbage in it? Cabbage is not a super greens I would like to see more kale or collard greens along with broccoli. For those on a low carb diet due to diabetes and other health issues; quality super greens are beneficial. My favorite entrees are string bean chicken; I love the crunchy texture of the string beans, I also have to have orange chicken, it seems to be made with white meat and it has a fabulous orange sauce that's addictive. I would eat more of the teriyaki chicken but it's dark chicken and I don't like the flavor. My suggestion would be to use chicken breast. This place takes so long for drive thru, it's not even funny. I've been here several times, inside and drive thru, but the service is just not worth it for drive thru. They never fully fill up your food unless you come inside and ask for more specifically. Just don't so drive thru and you'll be alright. The inside is nice tho, I suppose. read more

So the food is Panda quality! That's the great news. The location is meh and the service is subpar. The lady that was preparing my order kept yelling at me and couldn't understand what I was saying because she didn't speak English very well and also it was very loud in the kitchen. I ended up resorting to pointing because customers that were sitting in the dining area all were staring, it was quite a scene. Once we received our food, the Arabic men that were in the dining area would NOT stop staring at my girls and I. It was so uncomfortable that I gathered our food and left. Been coming here for the last 10 years. I've experienced a huge negative difference of food taste from the past. I usually give places couple times to correct. This place I will now avoid. So many newer Asian places now I made the mistake of coming back. I'm done with this location. Dried unflavored rice and gummy like noodles were just the start. 2 women working today - The tallest of them (non-Asian) was obviously having a sour day. I could tell by her reaction when I asked for another packet of soy. This time I avoided her and I asked the tall guy for more soy. Believe the other reviewers when they say the Denton Hwy location in Watauga, Tx is subpar. Be prepared to park in the front if they need to cook more food. I had to wait at least 20 mins for them to prepare more chow mein, only for them to give me an incorrect order. My total order came to $21, I could have received better service and food from another Chinese restaurant that I normally patronize for less money. This is one the better locations of Panda Express. Service today for 3 of us for supper was friendly and fast. We got 2 bowls grilled teriyaki, one with chow mein and one with fried rice and a 2 entree plate with chicken teriyaki, fried rice and kung pao. Today I went inside and from the moment I stepped up to order to the time I walked out, EMMA and her co worker couldn't stop talking about their personal lives for two mins to get me in and out. I had to keep repeating my order because it was more important to listen to her friend about her Halloween costume than it was to listen to their customer. Panda is a family go-to for us, and it never disappoints. The price and portions are good, the food is always fresh and we enjoy the variety of flavors. I've been enjoying the Beijing Beef lately and usually pair it with the Teriyaki Chicken without sauce. They give a generous portion of the chicken and it has so much flavor by itself. If I'm really hungry, I get noodles, which are always piled high, but a healthier mood would go for vegetables. Other times just rice. The food is good, but I just wish they had better customer service. The lady working the register most of the time is rude and impatient. Bigger Plate had Broccoli Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweet Fire Chicken. Sides were Fried rice and Chow Mein. There was no Shrimp. Broccoli beef was literally 3 pieces of Broccoli with one small piece of Beef. Chicken was on the side but was dry, rubbery and had no sauce. Egg roll was greasy and inedible. Spent money to get it delivered by uber and that is money that I will never get back. Taking advantage and abusing customers thank to Covid. A while ago the machines messed our order up and the manager was a kind older man that was so generous giving us two coupons. But today a worker lady was so rude and disrespectful. I was disappointed because Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants. But this location is horrible. The lady yelled and gave us less food just to be mean and we pay for a whole plate not two pieces of chicken! And to top it off the food tastes absolutely horrible!!
