It was our 1st visit to this location, and we ordered on the app to pickup curbside. After placing order it would be about 5 minutes to pickup we ordered Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl,Tortilla soup,Regular Chips & Guacamole along with 2 churros to finish off our cravings. 26 bucks feeling really good about that. Once arriving we looked for the curbside pickup spaces but none were marked so we just pulled in close to store, we checked in on the app, nevertheless I decided to just drive through once at the window we were greeted and mention we were here for curbside pickup, she told us just to pull around they're wasn't any marked spaces and she would bring out was just waiting on the Chicken.Which we did. Shortly after she brought it out piping hot. Once home we tore into the package to discover churros were missing & without hesitation I ran back to informed them, they fixed me up with double orginal order in about 5 minutes, OMG I was thinking hoped my food didn't get cold....but too happy to double up on the churros. The wife was steady munching but had me set to go & still warm so I didn't hesitate. Overall the food was spot on Tortilla soup hit the spot and the Bowl was plenty and mixed really well. Really have come to love this location, glad it's close to home. Unusually-good grilled chicken for fast-food. The service is consistently great, both "with us AND each other". I don't know about y'all, but I think it's great to hear a staff enjoying each other's company, having a laugh and such. And today was no different than usual, contagious positivity. My favorite is their double-chicken bowl, and a couple taco al carbon's on the side when I'm especially hangry! I have missed Pollo Loco. So glad we travelled to a place today that has it. Their grilled chicken is hands down the best. It's juicy and flavorful. We usually get the leg & thigh. The side of corn is pretty good too. The spanish rice and macNcheese is good. We ordered the 16 piece family meal with 3 large sides. It was a very good deal. I've driven by this place multiple of times and decided to check out this location. I ordered chips, salsa, guacamole, horchata drink and taco Al carbon. The drink was delicious, the chips, salsa and guacamole tasted fresh however the guacamole lacked flavor. The chips were crunchy and delicious. The chicken taco came with onions and cilantro, however the taco lacked flavor as well. The customer service was friendly and attentive. The pricing is decent as well. read more

Instead, after ordering the 3 piece, DRY. I will say the two sides were ok, but really, how can you screw up something out of a can. The two chicken wings were a joke; Small and dry and the breast was tiny, over cooked, cold, and probably sitting on some warming table all day. My wife ordered the avocado burrito. Extremely spicing, very little chicken and avocado, with lots of rice for a filler. Leaving the drive through, they forgot my Diet Coke . Allie is an extremely kind and courteous person that has the best people personality. I've been living in this area for about 3 years, and when I first moved here I had a bad experience at this same El Pollo Loco. I stopped going there for about a year but decided to give it another shot. I have to say that Allie is so amazing that she even knew that I'm originally from California based on what I ordered! I usually go through the drive thru but for the first time today (6/19/2024) I went inside of the restaurant. I must say the Ambiance is very inviting and extremely clean. We ordered Grande Avocado chicken bowls. Chicken was so dry it was all crispy. My rice had dried clumps. Their solution was to offer more chicken in a little cup. No thank you! We were the only ones in there at 7pm. Other restaurants around it were really busy so when we saw that we should have just left. After 2nd complaint about the chicken they did offer to remake the bowls but by then I was grossed out and just wanted out of there. No offer to refund either. Now we are praying we don't get sick from it. Warning-steer clear of this place-there are many other choices around this location to choose from so don't make the same mistake we did tonight. Broooooo! Drive thrus really haven't been the same since covid. Customer service has plummeted. Soo when we pulled up to a long line we expected the worst. We ordered a lot of food the girl taking the order was so sweet and patient she repeated our order back a few times (nobody does this anymore) we got to the window she's smiling asking us how we are doing again repeated the order. Me and my boyfriend were jaw on the floor. The food was ready quick. I ordered a sweet tea and lemonade mix she havre us the drink said try it and said if i didn't like it she would remake it! this was the most painful experience I have ever had at a fast food place. ordering was a nightmare... the person at the register had to FaceTime someone else for me to be able to order and she didn't ring up half my order and when she gave me a total I knew it was wrong so we had to start over .... I asked for house salsa , she gave 3 different kinds and I had to actually take the wrong ones out of the bag and point at the sign on the counter to show her what I actually wanted. At the last minute someone came in and finished the order for her and fixed all the mistakes she had made. to add insult to injury the chicken was over cooked and dried out because it wasn't cooked fresh just reheated. First time visiting this place and I was dissapointed, I ordered 3 piece meal I got small leg and wings, chicken was very dry and hard to literally rip off the bone, it was EXTREMELY cold in the building, could not enjoy my food... and the choice of music was not the best.. not kid friendly at all, very explicit like Nikki Minaj and Eminem and not the censored version.. I had my 9 yr old with me and there were other families with children in the building as welll.. they got my sons order wrong, they were kind when they fixed it, very apologetic but I don't think I would ever come back. So I've been here before when they first opened and thought it was ok, not great, but then again is it fair to review a place that's brand new? I didn't think so. Went here again tonight and ordered a chicken fajita burrito. It was slimy and just not good. I've had the chicken avocado burrito before and it wasn't bad. Is this burrito supposed to be slimy? Even so I ended up chunking it and moving on to the chips with the avocado salsa. I love that salsa! These chips though are hanging out in the trash bin with the burrito. Way way WAY to salty. I ended up eating Tostitos with my salsa. So far all the employees here have been super nice, and in a few months I may try it again. I went here today for a preview of the grand opening. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had never been to one of these restaurants so it took a little while to decide because everything sounded awesome! I ended up With the chicken fajita bowl and small chips/quest.
