Spicy Chicken Sandwich with large Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries.
    Juan Pablo S.

Chick-fil-A is great but skimflation has arrived. Both the bread and the chicken patty were considerably thinner than a few months back. Service is always top although this time they forgot the sauces. Ambiance is busy but clean. The food taste is great and their rewards program is also one of the best out there.

Man the food was soooo good. Customer service on point! Got home. Chicken was phenomenal and warm. Took some bites out of my chicken soup and then wait what is that!? Cracker pieces maybe? Piece of vegetable? NOPE! Piece of long hair. Sorry but for as common as It happens my food experience and meal was pretty much tainted after that. You guys need some more hair nets when you pour the soup into the soup warmer. Yuck!

I WOULD GIVE THIS VISIT 0 STARS! I went through the drive thru at 3:49 didn't get a receipt but i scanned my app for points. I got home and realize i was missing a spicy chicken sandwich , so i called and the guy serigo was very rude on the phone and didn't believe me i told him i didn't have the receipt but it shows on my app i scanned for points and the total. It was maybe 10 mins later and i gave him the time it had on my app so if he didn't believe me like he was coming off he could've looked back if he wanted too. I told him could i just come back and get the sandwich and he said sure after minutes or not believing me. So i come in i ask for him he looks at me and i see him tell one of his employees to "shush me away" so the girl comes over NOT THE MANAGER WHO YOU THINK I WOULD, to at least apologize or anything she asked me what i needed i told her i called and talked to serigo about my missing spicy sandwich and she asked me my name and looked for my order found it and said oh okay and gave me a sandwich ended up being a regular one not even the spicy. I still got no apology or refund this was the worst service EVER!!! Serigo needs to get fired , or some customer service training ASAP! He is ruining the CFA image! @Charles Gibson you are the restaurant operator and need to talk to Mr.serigo asap he treated me so bad i never want to come back ever again or fire him! ( the pics i included are when i got home and realize i didn't have my 2nd sandwich since SERIGO DIDNT BELIEVE ME OVER THE PHONE!!)

This is like the most ridiculous yelp review but it made me super happy so I figured I would leave a good comment! My boyfriend and I always come to this Chick-fil-A location they never skimp on the Chick-fil-A sauce and are very giving when I asked them to give me extra pickles on my sandwich!! The people here are always super nice and very quick!!

This Chick-fil-A is super fast. Even with long lines, they get your order out pretty quickly. The food is fresh and staff is very friendly. I also noticed they provide proper shade for their outdoor employees. That's a must in Texas heat!

I thought the interior was clean and their staff was friendly. The chipotle chicken avocado melt was good. It was made with a black pepper focaccia bread that was nicely toasted. It had a little crunch and the inside was soft and fluffy. I was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup though. It reminded me of canned soup that's not good at all. Honestly, I've had canned soup that tastes better. Overall, my experience was good. I will be back for my free drinks, of course, and I'm willing to try other sandwiches and also some of their salads.

Additionally, when we got our food our dragon fruit refresher drink did not come out, I went to ask for the drink and the manager pointed to a drink on the counter that had been sitting there long before we got there (clearly melted) and suggested the worker gave us that, he refused because it had been there so long but was completely disgusted she would suggest that considering it took me once glance to realize that was not a fresh drink.

I also really liked the little corner both I sat in as it felt very secluded. The service was great. They were really fast and efficient and gave good serving sizes with each of my topping selections. I really loaded everything onto my salad, and I got a small salad, but it was super filling, and I don't think I could have finished a large bowl. Definitely recommend getting a combo of the herb vinaigrette with the jalapeño avocado dressing. It created a nice limey flavor profile and added a zest to the entire salad. Also highly recommend paying the extra $3 and getting the pesto chicken. Needed that protein in my dish, and it was 10/10.

Usually I'll walk on a bad bar, but I stayed and ordered as not all of the green roughage was wilted, only about 3/4's. Not a fan of how all the vegetables are diced, rather than sliced, julienned, and diced. Except the carrots-- these were whole carrots, sliced, which is off for salad carrots. Other Salatas I've been too have the different slices to match the texture you want to and expect in a salad. The lady was super sweet, and provided great service-- but was very light-handed with toppings. I just asked for 1 or 2 more scoops of everything. I did get excited about the selection of flavored teas and lemonades-- only to discover that they were out of everything except the tropical green tea. I genuinely hate paying this much for a salad and having it miss all the marks. But I'm not interested in being placated here by a customer service representative. Maybe just do some re-training for this location. Everything should be so fresh, and cut correctly. And when your only drink selections are water and 6-7 teas and lemonades, it would be nice for at least half of them to be functional. As someone in culinary management, that would be a pretty solid move on y'all's part-- looks like a lot of the reviews reflect similar experiences, and this *should* be a high volume location.

The restaurant logo is different than other locations. The place was clean and had plenty of seating. We *think* the bathrooms were being renovated because there was painters plastic by the door. We didn't investigate further. We got our "usual": kid pizzas and a salad bar. The food was GREAT! The kid's pizzas were even better than other locations and the salad bar was the freshest I have seen in the last couple visits (at other locations). This visit I used my free birthday dessert coupon. The gentlemen at the counter recommended the Strawberry Shortcake and I went with it. Unfortunately, i actually didn't care for it at all. One of my kids tried it and didn't like it either. Should have gone with a brownie or something instead. Ah well, at least I didn't pay for it. The kids of course had their fill of the FREE ice cream. (I actually think this is their main reason for coming to Jason's Deli.) Cost is pretty fair. Kid's meals were under $5 and I think my salad bar was like $10.50-ish. The main negative was that there was a *bit* of a wait before having our order taken despite no line. The guy was friendly though. We'll definitely come back!

They even sell bulk items such as nuts, flour, nutritional yeast, dried fruit, natural detergent, oils, loose-leaf teas, etc. Some are made in-house, including vegan hot chocolate mix. I like getting my seasonings and spices here, opposed to the grocery store, because it is very fresh and hasn't been sitting out for years upon years on end. There aren't a lot of raw vegan restaurants down south of 45, but surprise, surprise, Natural Living has raw vegan onsite. I've only eaten there twice, and due to the limited hours throughout the week. I am only able to get down here on the weekends in the morning. I frequent Nokturne more as a vegan restaurant in CL, just due to the simple fact of the flexibility of hours. At Natural Living, I ordered the taco salad; it was vegan meat crumbles and veggies. There were more veggies than meat. A limited amount of dressing to lather the veggies, so it made the salad a bit dry, but tasty. I loved the peanut butter cookies on sale. They were my favorite. I love that they have a food fair program for organic fruits/vegetables from local gardeners. I'm not a big fan of organic anything as I feel that it is more of a marketing gimmick, but if others care about that, that's a perk. The program is very affordable. I've personally never tried it, but I always wanted to. The ambiance can be a bit off; the staff is sometimes nice, sometimes don't want to be bothered. The apothecary side of things system is just grab jars of what you want, and they weigh it, put it in baggies, and you pay for it. However, things can get complicated when there a multiple people on the apothecary side and there is nowhere to wait since the whole building is tight and small. Now the pricing; this establishment isn't the cheapest, but when you factor in the value of what you are purchasing with the quantity of goods, then you are getting a solid deal. They sell crystal jewelry, and parking is across the street. I always tell people I'm going to the apothecary, and when they Google it, they can't find it, so it is definitely a hidden gem. I would have given them 5 stars across the board, but with the very limited hours not good for the working class working between 8 am - 5 pm; they close at 6 pm, closed on Sundays and Mondays. I hate that, but I will continue to only come on Saturdays.
