Worst customer service I've had to deal with out of any fast food establishment in the area. Which blows my mind since Chick-Fil-A restaurants are normally the best. Absolutely horrible night manager who is dumb as rocks. In the past month, I've eaten here four times. They've screwed up EVERY SINGLE ORDER! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!Placed an order online so I could quick pick up during my lunch break . Got to the store and couldn't get anybody's attention for ten minutes, they just kept walking past or saying "one second" . After finally getting someone's attention, she called out my order and it still wasn't ready. I waited patiently for 10 more minutes and had to ask for my meal again which I remind you!!!! was PAID fOR 20 minutes prior . After waiting 10 more minutes (30 minutes had passed) she looked again after I sternly spoke to her and apologized saying it got stuck in the drive thru and it will be out soon . I ORdeRED CARRY OUT. can you guess what I did next? I waited 10 more minutes and then I lost it asking to speak to a manager - I got told she would grab him , and then I watched her proceed to grab other people's orders and never go find the manager . after 40 minutes of waiting . My first bad experience at Chick fil A. I ordered at the drive thru and was charged for another car's meal. I requested a receipt for the refund and was told one could not be provided by the assistant manager. I was so frustrated with her lack of customer service that I asked for a refund for what I ordered and returned to work without lunch. This chick-fil-a is the worst one I have ever been too. I have came here a couple of times (not because I wanted to , but because it was convenient). The manager is basically not even a manager. The other person who I believe is in charge kali is also rude and immature. She told me that the cheese always comes cold on sandwiches, which is not true it is always somewhat melted. By far the worst Chick-fil-A around and worst experience I've had at a Chick-Fil-A. We all know what the food taste like and thats what generally keeps us going to a Chick-fil-A. The service at this location was absolutely horrendous. Chick-fil-A is known for their good service while serving delicious chicken sammys and nuggets. Well the service here is terrible. Bottom of the barrel terrible. There is a double lane in the drive thru and I chose the left lane. Two cars in each lane and maybe two to three cars in line past the ordering window. I proceeded to sit there for roughly 10 minutes while watching car after car after car in the right lane get their order taken and move up. I finally get up to the window and no one answers. Finally I get a voice telling me to continue to hold on. After another two minutes or so I ask if I can give my order. No reply. I ask again and get a snarky reply telling me to wait. FINALLY, my order gets taken. So total time in line was about 20 minutes. If only one competent person is available to manage the drive thru I would suggest closing a lane in order to not screw over the people who chose the lane with a non competent employee. Once you are in a lane you are stuck. You cant move over or escape the drive thru all together! A thirty minute round trip for two meals. Crazy. Not even an apology or anything. Ok so let me begin by saying most reviews before me are true. The wait is pretty long and the food is generally not that great at this location. I got a spicy sandwich breakfast meal and it just wasn't right. It tasted old and chewy (maybe stale?) and had an odd taste to it. I ended up throwing it out and getting something else to eat from somewhere else. I don't know what happened when they moved locations. The old store used to be so busy and on the ball. I just left from the drive through and even though my order was correct, there were two ladies working the window. The one actually working the cash register was professional, friendly and smiled! She represents the service I'm use to getting. It's interesting when you have a company with such high customer service standards it starts to entitle the customer. The service I received today wasn't bad however I felt it wasn't up to Chick-fil-A standards. It kind of put me in a precarious position. I felt denied of my over-the-top customer service experience I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru was packed however they actually did a pretty good job of moving everything along. You should know what you're getting into when you go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. unfortunately they executed one of the biggest faux pas's in drive thru etiquette. She handed me my drink covered in sticky soda. The grilled chicken sandwich was very good. The vegetables were fresh and the sandwich was served hot. The chicken was flavorful and juicy and can stand on its own without the use of the honey roasted barbecue sauce. Overall I had a good lunch I just thought my overall experience wasn't up to Chick-fil-A standards. read more

This particular location is my personal favorite. I've never had any problems in the drive thru and the lines always seem to go fast when I have visited. I've never gotten any food here that tasted off. I've also never encountered a rude employee here. My favorite thing about this location is they have the frosted coffee year round. This location has ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service ever. You'd think you were at McDonald's. I ordered drive thru and they forgot an item, (ok that happens even to the best) so I called the location and informed them I was coming back and what took place. The woman proceeds to tell me to come inside and pick up the food, I asked if someone could bring it out and she asked why I couldn't come in. I love chick fil over all and the one off 646 is exceptional This one however disappointed me greatly in both staff, manager on duty and customer service The girl who took my order "Victoria" didn't even crack a smile the multiple times I tried smiling at her she gave no response and was downright rude at one point My order missed fries to two children's meals And upon the arrival of my frosted lemonade my daughter later on reached for it and by accident spilled it, leaving a very sticky mess under our table. We visited the old location (the one they demolished to expand the freeway, sigh) regularly and were looking forward to this one opening. Unfortunately, this one is a terrible replacement and after eating here once, I will not return. I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the food was fine - normal Chick-fil-a fare. However, the seating is HORRIBLE. It is poorly played out, making it difficult to combine tables (I cannot tell you how many times I have met friends with children at Chick-fil-a). Worse though, is that the seating seems to have been designed as torture devices. The booths,the chairs, all horrible. (The booths right in front of the play area are the very worst -- who in the world picked those?) Maybe they want to turn tables quickly, but I was uncomfortable the entire meal and in pain by the time I was done. I have been to MANY Chick-fil-as both in the area and in multiple states and have never had this experience before. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chick-fil-a or get your food to go. I don't even eat meat and we love coming here. It's always clean and I've never dealt with bad customer service. We go because of the indoor playground. It's clean and cool inside. We usually just order buns with 2 slices of cheese which comes out to only .90 per sandwich. Then load it up with ketchup and fries. Not the most nutritious but my kids love it. read more

I organized a bus trip for 30 students and chaperones from northern IL to Texas. One of our stops was a tour at NASA Johnson Space Center. Called around 8am and ordered 28 meals for pick up at 10:15am. The manager, took my call and was very professional and friendly. We arrived at about 10:15am and she was juggling several large carry out orders, but was on top of everything. Had us ready and out the door in five minutes. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Unfortunately I misplaced my receipt which is needed for reimbursement by the school district. I called on the following Monday morning and spoke to the manager again. She remembered me by name and our order. She wasn't sure if she could get a duplicate receipt to me, but quickly checked and was able to fax. Within 2 hours I had a replacement. This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. The CFA Team always gets my orders right and quick. I usually get the Regular or Spicy Chicken sandwich. If i'm feeling luxurious, I will order the chick n' strips or the Chicken Nuggets. Both are also really good! The price definitely matches what you pay for, so that is a plus! My favorite trips are when I get a receipt to fill out a short survey in exchange for a free CFA Sandwich. I always do them just because I love the food here. The fries are also really tasty here too. My favorite drink to go along with my meal would be a lemonade. I see a lot of negative reviews on here but I frequently come here bc I love chick fil a and I've never had a problem they have never messed up a single order and I'm picky I modify everything! Also until recently when the opened up the one on nasa this was the only chick fil a in the clear lake area so ofcourse they are gonna get busy and the drive thru line could possibly leave you waiting up to 20 min, if you have a problem with waiting try going inside and see if that route is faster don't just give them a bad review bc you chose to go in the line when multiple cars are already backed up, that's your fault people!
