When the Supersonics turned their back on Seattle for Oklahoma City. When your first love moved to Pittsburgh because her dad got a promotion. Sigh..... White Castle sliders are legit. These little buggers take about 2 minutes to cook because of their skimpy size. Who cares. Delicious. Get them with or without cheese, teeny onions included with a baby pickle slice thrown on top. Eat it while its hot because no self respecting WC fan likes a soggy bun. No sir. I've eaten 10 of these at a time before and had the stomach ache to prove it. Want ketchup? You'll have to grab 20 packets like in a school lunch line to satisfy your needs. The crinkly fries are also good. Don't pass up the opportunity for some chicken rings also. White Castle corporate needs to clean house and start over. The manager needs to be fired. There were 8 employees behind the counter doing very little. I would not recommend going to this white castle. They usually are slow and just recently went through the drive-through ordered 12 cheeseburgers , when we arrived home , we realized they only gave us six cheeseburgers instead of 12. This would be a 20 mile round-trip for us so going back was not an option. We went there two weeks prior to this happening. We sat at the drive-through with no cars at all in front of us. Not fast food. The dining room was closed so the drive-thru was the only option here on a mid-week evening. I believed White Castle would be quick. I was wrong. Arriving at 7:20pm on a Thursday there were five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru lane. At the point I'd exhausted my patience I was stuck without an exit. Twenty-five minutes after arriving I pulled to the window to wait longer for my order. I know no one wants to review fast food places but this is strictly being reviewed based on the service this location is providing. I have never seen a more busy White Castle in my life. Their staff was taking care of walk-in to-go orders. A super busy drive thru and online orders and did it with zero complaining and the manager was right in the middle of it busting her hump with them. Great job. Oh and those little burgers were also some of the best WC burgers I've ever had. read more

Yeah the energy and environment here sucks. No one wants to do their job or be here it seems. We couldn't understand the girl taking our order at the front because she was so quiet. The whole staff was dismissive and rude. We had to come inside to place our order too since apparently "the drive through doesn't work". The woman who took our order also got a girls change wrong who was behind us. My cousin ordered mac and cheese bites which they didn't bother to tell her they didn't have them till after she paid. I am a huge fan of White Castle and this used to be a good one. Not any more. Rather than use more grills they we're using 2 as they made over 100 slider in the lunch rush. This lead to the buns being drenched and inedible. A lady in front of us was over charged and they only halfway worked to fix that. The lobby coke machine was out of almost everything with the remaining choices being only diet. Do not waste time waiting here. There are other options here or for White Castle. read more

The place is always clean and the drive through, I noticed, always is quick. Although, I don't use the drive through, but sat and watched it flow as I ate my meal. Thought I would do something different than pizza for the guys at the shop and ordered 50 sliders and 40 chicken rings for our staff meeting. Sent my runner to grab the order and when she returned to our shop in Marthasville and unpacked everything for our meeting, we noticed we had two small orders of cheese fries and no chicken rings. It sucked that we were basically limiting our team to what they could eat because we were short food. After our meeting, I called the hire castle and asked to speak to a manager about creating my card for the $35 for the missing part of my order and the guy that answered took my number and said someone would call back. I have not heard a word from anyone in a week. So badly disappointed in the lack of follow up. I guess I'll have to drive to the store and address this in person since nobody cares enough to return a call for a $100 order. I have never seen a group of people move so slow in my life. And the manager said they're short staffed. When is this going to stop being an excuse? There were 5 people behind the counter. Every single one of them working at a half-speed walking pace, outside of the manager. Nobody was in a hurry while the line for the drive through was literally around the building and out the parking lot. Love White Castle.......the furthest West they go is to the western suburbs of St. Louis....wish they had some on the West Coast! I always love to get the Jalapeno burgers because they have that extra kick in them. This time they also have these new waffle-cut sweet potato fries! And they come with either the honey marshmallow sauce or with this spicy Chipotle Ranch sauce....of course I had to try both and they let me do it! I also couldn't go back to KC, so I ordered a Crave Case and carried all 30 of my Jalapeno cheeseburgers home :D. Also, White Castle has this new app where you can order food online...like Crave Cases or Crave Crates as well....I did this an my food was done right on time.....and you can either pay online or just pay in the store as well. Pros: - delicious steamed burgers that are smothered in grilled onions....even the bread has been steamed as well! - many new flavors of burgers to try now - sweet potato fries...YUM! Cons: - only complaint is that I wish there were some on the West Coast! Why I gave it a 5..... Delicious burgers! I love it! Every time I hit a city or town with a White Castle I run straight for it. I LOVE White Castle. The small, greasy goodness melts in my mouth. As soon as I hit the St. Louis area for my family reunion, I headed to the closest White Castle I could get to. I had eaten 2 burgers in less than 5 minutes; I am embarrassed to admit, but once I had those two, I slowed down enough to savoy each burger. I had 5 in all. My mother would never let me have them as a kid, in Chicago, because they were greasy, but I became obsessed with them when I was old enough to get them on my own. The natives that have access to White Castle don't always appreciate them as much as I do but they usually accommodate my need for them when I come to town. The frozen ones do NOT even come CLOSE to the real deal. So there is no comparison. White Castle can you contemplate coming to the DFW area?!! read more
