Wouldn't accept a mobile coupon from the McDonald's app for veterans to get a Big Mac on Veterans Day.

I'm reviewing this location, not the McDonalds Brand. It has a nice play area for the kids & free wifi.

So there was actually two places in the Parkville Market I tried after I went to the Blue Heron…read moreYelp Event. The first stop was Hibachi La Ceiba which was honestly really good. This was the second stop and the stop that concluded my visit to Hartford today. So like the other three places, let's talk about this. So firstly, you should know this wasn't even my first choice after the hibachi place. Yelp had mentioned a place called "Taste of Portugal" and wanted to try that. However, Taste of Portugal was not around when I looked inside, so this ended up being my ultimate backup spot. While not bad, it was my least favorite place of the day and the only one I can't give five stars to. Let's go over the pros and cons and see where this lands (after the Carolina Dog and Twisted Fries that made up my order here). So for the pros, that Carolina Dog was bangin' out the frame good! If that Carolina Hot Dog was the only thing I was grading this place on, then this would be a guaranteed 5-star. That golden mustard and pulled pork on top made this an awesome dog from start to finish, served very warm like a hug from the Carolinas. I do also like that the menus display how much each thing costs and what is on each of the things one can order. It's quite neat there. Prices are also reasonable here which is another plus. For the cons, I had to wait to even be able to order. There was a longer line, but it was also impossible to know if I was the next person in line or if there was someone else who needed to order their food that got there before I did. Also, the employee working there didn't recognize I was customer right away. I mean, come on. I did not have this happen with the other two spots in the Parkville Market I was at, and all of it was in the same visit to Parkville Market in the middle of lunch hour. The Twisted Fries I had mixed opinions about. So the fry itself was crunchy, but because of all the toppings, I'd realized too late that the fries were completely drowned out, so I didn't really get to taste the potato. I didn't mind the wait here either since I was warned it would be a wait. Plus, it gave me a chance to upload photos to Yelp and charge my phone since my battery was low. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but if I did come here again, I would gladly order another Carolina Dog. Seriously, that's one of the best hot dogs I've eaten.

I just had one of the best fast food experiences of my life at Chick-fil-A, and I genuinely feel…read morelike it deserves a full, detailed review -- especially because of one incredible employee: Tyrone. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was already welcoming. Chick-fil-A is known for being clean, organized, and efficient, but this visit went above and beyond. The dining area was spotless, the line moved quickly even though it was busy, and everything felt calm and smooth instead of chaotic. You could tell the team was working together like a well-oiled machine. Now let me talk about Tyrone. Tyrone is hands down one of the best employees I have ever interacted with at any restaurant. The first thing I noticed was his energy. It wasn't forced or robotic -- it was genuine. He greeted me with a real smile, made eye contact, and made me feel like he was actually happy I was there. That kind of customer service is rare. He was patient while I decided what to order, answered my questions without rushing me, and even made a helpful suggestion that ended up being perfect. You can tell he knows the menu well and takes pride in doing his job right. He wasn't just "taking an order" -- he was making sure my experience was great from the start. What really stood out was how consistent he was. I watched him interact with other customers while I waited, and he treated everyone the same way -- respectful, upbeat, and attentive. Whether it was a family with kids, an older couple, or someone just grabbing a quick meal, he gave every person his full attention. That kind of professionalism says a lot. When my food came out, it was exactly how I ordered it -- hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the fries were golden and seasoned just right, and everything was neatly packaged. Even the presentation felt thoughtful. Tyrone didn't stop at just handing off the food either. He checked in to make sure everything was correct and asked if I needed anything else. That extra step made a big difference. It showed that he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, not just completing tasks. Chick-fil-A already has a strong reputation for customer service, but employees like Tyrone are the reason that reputation exists. He represents everything great about the brand: kindness, efficiency, attention to detail, and positivity. It's clear that he takes pride in his work, and that pride shows in every interaction. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Tyrone stood out in the best possible way. He turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. If every restaurant had someone like him on their team, the world would honestly feel a little friendlier. To management: recognize this employee. He is a huge asset to your store. Employees like Tyrone are the reason customers come back again and again. Five stars isn't enough. Outstanding service, amazing food, and one truly exceptional worker. I'll absolutely be coming back -- and I hope Tyrone is there when I do.

By experience from a different line of work, most people can't distinguish the two and call it in Hartford though some may bed to differ. I have visited this establishment on a number of times during bingo night. It's a fun engagement to the crowd while also grabbing dinner. It's most convenient that the foyer leads to both the ordering counter and dining area. It is even more convenient that QR codes are placed at each table and you can order from the app while being comfortable in your seat. It's most helpful if someone is trying to limit contact. The staff will bring your food right to you too. The food is always amazing!! Can't go wrong with any kind of chicken sandwich. My children do not care for the bread and usually opts for tenders. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also one of the things we love taking home after a visit. The overall expense is high though I think paired with an event, it makes it all worth it. There is also a "playground 4 little chkn eatrz" that my children love and tucked in a corner in the back is a comfy red couch for selfies. I can't forget to mention that the staff are friendly. They come around and refill, refillable drinks too! That is so hospitable! The whole place is really clean.

I love the really huge booth! I like the vegan options too! To start it out, I'm having a Saratoga sparkling water. I've never seen the smaller, plastic bottle versions. I like this stuff! They serve seasoned popcorn as a complementary item. That's different. It's quite fresh and very good! For my first drink, I'm having a Cosmopolitan. This is made with Tito's Vodka, cranberry juice, orange liqueur and a little lemon juice. I like the floating dried lime wheel garnish. Nice glass. This tastes perfect! For my first item, I'm having the Caesar Salad. This is made with little gems lettuce, shaved Parmesan (light), brioche croutons and Caesar dressing (light). Well, it's not tossed so I think I scared the cook when I wanted light dressing. Croutons are nice and soft. I like the dressing. This is good! For my next item, I'm having the Beyond Chicken Nuggets. These are eight nuggets. I've never had these before! I'm having the Mango Szechuan sauce and the Szechuan dry rub. Let's see what this tastes like! These are good! I taste sweetness but not very spicy. For my entree (burger), I'm having the The Great Beyond Combo. This is a burger made with Beyond Italian Sausage, pickled jalapeño, raw red onion (raw? Who the heck actually cooks it?) and Dijon aioli on a sesame seminal hero. I want it as spicy as possible. The Combo includes an order of cole slaw. It is all served on a warm, green metal plate. The cole slaw is served in a cold little bowl. I like it! I can taste the heat of the sandwich. Well, a little of it. It tastes great though! Yummy! For my last drink, I'm having a Chai Old Fashioned made with Evan Williams bourbon, chai, sugar (do they actually muddle a sugar cube? Nah!) and Angostura bitters. This is different! Chai and bourbon! It is served in a big, huge glass with a single, large, square ice cube to slow the dilution process. Great garnish! A star anise! If you eat it, there is a licorice taste. That's very original! Good job! What a great meal here!

The restaurant is a fast casual environment with some tables. The two people working the counter was super nice. We ordered two corn dogs for my toddler and as an appetizer. We had the cheesy potato and the cheesy meat. Those were good, hot, and crunchy. We also had a cup of miso soup ($2.50) and very small side of kimchi; the amount of kimchi given was not worth the $2.50. We got the Korean bulgogi which is thin sliced BBQ beef with teriyaki sauce, onion, and carrots. Unfortunately, the flavor of the bulgogi was lacking in that dish, it was very bland and I didn't enjoy it. Eventually, I plan to go back to try out the bibimbap, spicy pork, and Korean fried chicken. The pictures online for those items, look pretty delicious. But for now, I don't recommend the beef bulgogi, unless they change up the recipe. Another downfall, they didn't have restrooms for us to use, we had to go next door to Dunkin. The place seemed pretty popular for takeout though.

Yuck. just Yuck…read more always make sure order on the app for franchise places. this is one of the poorly maintained place unfortunately. i ordered on the app, 2 sandwiches, and one 6 wings order. i went to pick it up, and picked up my order (packed and ready to go!) as it was a stapled package, i did not check inside (mental note, next time i will). once i got home, i checked inside, and volla! only one sandwich! ok, mistakes happen. though when my order is for three things, its a little much missing one of the three things. then came the yuck part. i normally dip my wings in sauce. my wife tried to have one bite without sauce. and she spit it out instantly! i smelled the wing piece, it smelled rotten. i thought it might be one wing, but every single wing was smelling rotten meat. i go on the app, and complain about the missing sandwich, and quality issue with the wings. the app wont let me complain about the wings. turns out, i could no longer order wings from this location anymore!! here's what i think happened. they served me the very last bit of their wings, which was either expired or improperly stored, hence the meat rot. i know its a fast food place, but this has literally never happened to me at any fast food place, that i had to throw out food. NEVER EVER ordering again from this location. go to the Windsor Location (10 min drive from here) if you dont want your food to be rotten.

Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. We couldn't resist grabbing a few on our way out, and we took home a box with a Spinach croissant, iced blueberry scone, and a cruffin (croissant/muffin hybrid).
