This was my first time trying their milkshake. I got the peach milkshake which is only limited time. It is sweet, delicious, and taste a lot of peaches. I usually come here with my boyfriend for the sandwiches and lemonades along with their waffle potato fries. Their service is fast in the drive thru. I chose to top mine with the grilled chicken nuggets, which is a very flavorful and healthier version to their usually sought after breaded. The roasted corn, grape tomatoes, crumbled bacon, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses all combined really well. They also include the traditional sliced hard boiled egg. The surprise was a bag of charred tomato and crispy red peppers to sprinkle on top and they were an excellent addition. You can't go wrong with tried and true ranch but the option of avocado lime ranch dressing is a lovely choice if you want to experiment. We used the app to fill the cart with our dinner picks. After arriving, we took our seats and scanned the code on the table. The order was placed, our table was assigned and we waited for hot, yummy food to be brought to us. I've visited both as a take-away as well as dined in. The service is always friendly - like noticeably more friendly than most other fast food joints. I've tried a lot of their menu items including their classic chick-fil-a chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and waffle fries. As for drinks I've tried the Watermelon Mint Sunjoy (Sweet Tea, Lemonade with Watermelon flavor) - I found this to be incredibly refreshing, the Cookies and Cream Milkshake *drool* and Strawberry Milkshake and can attest to them always hitting the spot on hot days. I am so sad that chick fil a has completely gone down the tubes. When I go and drive thru, I wait like 20 mins and this is after my truck doesn't register on the drive thru so I have to drive up to the window so everyone in line behind me is pissed off and cussing at me. That was a miserable experience and actually happened twice.. I thought I would give them a second chance and it happened again. So this time I try delivery. After 30 mins, I check the app and it doesn't show any order but my card was charged when I ordered. So I try and call. None of the lines go through except catering. They all say "no number was set up" and then hang up on me. The 5th, 6th and 7th time I call catering and there is this terrible echo. The 8th time I get through and they forward me to the restaurant that tells me to contact my credit card company... hahahahahaha. Update: charge fell off but I am done with the beach location. I plan to try the new goldenwest location and am cautiously hopeful that it will not disappoint as much as beach has but I think the management is the same and so customer service is likely to be the same but we will see. Most ppl know that Chick-til-A has good quality food and a nice ambiance, but the service today was less than expected and hers why: While ordering from the drive-through we were asked "what sauce", and we replied "just ketchup" and the staff asked "how many?" We asked for 4 ketchup because we were asked how many, and we were surprised to them be told "we can give you 3." Why ask the # if there's a limit, when what you should be doing is asking and informing at the same time. Penny pinching on a ketchup packet only send us away with a weird look on our faces. Everything else, including the dog treat was appreciated, but we think the max ketchup packet policy should be posted openly and staff should not ask how many of there's a limit. read more

We purchased 2 bags of ice and a dream cone in January at the beach blvd Westminster location. A few days after the purchase we opened the ice to use. The 1st bag had a gray color to it. We dumped it and contacted the Corp office. We were told that the location would be contacting us. Almost a month later we reached out to corporate again. We were told each location handles their own complaints. We called the location and was told they would put 2 bags on hold but we are requesting a refund. Why would I trust the ice is clean. We have the receipt and the 2nd bag of ice still. I would like my freezer space back. We had been buying bags of ice from this location for a few years. They recently built a new restaurant across the drive so I assume they have new equipment that was not cleaned properly before use. We have had the run around for the past month. I don't understand the horrible customer service. We asked for a credit to our app for 2 bags of ice but they don't see where we purchased through it. We see it corporate sees it. Before they moved we frequented this location. Waited in lines in drive up and the dining room. They were always busy. Now you can get through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes and not because of fast service but lack of customers. This doesn't surprise me at all with the poor customer service. The 2 bags of ice were $3 each. Instead of owning their mistake they now own a poor review. Over a month later corporate asked for pictures of the ice. Then they finally agreed to refund the $6. This was corporate not the location. Either way no apologies, no admission of being in the wrong. If you order drinks at this location you might want to order without ice. They supposably check and clean the ice machine throughout the day. Maybe have 2nd thoughts on how well they clean the drink machines also. read more

Chick fil a HB is one of my favorite and go to place when I am craving for some chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. I love the 8pc chicken nuggets, it comes out crispy and hot, and my go to dipping sauce are the chick fil a sauce and the bbq sauce for the nuggets. I also love their spicy chicken sandwich, if you want some veggies with it, I normally order the spicy chicken sandwich and I add lettuce, tomatoes and cheese for additional 70 cents which is not bad at all. I always order on my chick fil a app to save time. The app is pretty cool where once you are there, you just click I am here and they'll start making your order. Most of the time the order comes out really quick. Be sure to check the bag after you receive your order because sometimes they might forget your sauces, if they do, just ask the staff and and they are really good and nice about it giving you the sauces. read more

Can't ask for better service and food from another CFA! Placed a mobile order for a breakfast burrito and iced coffee for curbside pickup. A team member came out 5 minutes later with my food, friendly and courteous in the process! The coffee was good, I asked for light ice and the request was followed.
