He didn't come back until we were close to finished. If he had come back sooner, I would have told him that the steak was overdone and dry and the asparagus & carrots were overcooked and mushy. I didn't say anything since by then it wouldn't have mattered, we were finishing up. Unfortunately, we had high hopes but were disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Used their website to place an order and it was a 50 minute wait to pick up the order based on the confirmation email. Arrived at the establishment a few minutes after the designated time and was told no order was placed???? Even though a confirmation was sent from them. 20 minutes later I had my order. 37.00 and some odd cents for a large hoagie. Was charged 5.00 extra for ham and 5.00 extra for salami which is obscene. For two hoagies.. bill was over $50! Really?? Very disappointed and will not return here for hoagies. read more

If I wanted the plain I would need to pay full price. They also ran out of Pepsi, Pinot Grigio, and Micheliob Ultra. The happy hour bottled beers were all $5 where were also a few dollars more than previous and there was only one draft beer that qualified for that price. Finally, the TV behind the bar was turned to a religious show instead of your standard ESPN etc. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just not as good as it once was.
