Every one of the staff is so kind and helpful and always ready to make your dining experience a great one! The Catering Group is always going above and beyond to remember small details needed to help when we are catering a large group. The food is fresh, on time and easily transported or delivered. They make our catering to large groups so much easier and fun since we look like hero's when we arrive with the Chick Fil A bags and trays! We love Chick-fil-a!!! But this location needs Improvement with it's customer service. We used to go to the La Habra location and felt the warm welcome upon walking in. We have been to this location three times, the register clerks always look busy and almost bothered to attend you. The young girl made a mistake with my order, I had told her twice about a kids meal. She charged me wrong, I told her and she was non chalant about it. She called her manager and he said, "oh it's because you ordered that kids meal" no the young lady knew I ordered the smaller kids meal. It was a $3 difference and did not want to stand and waste time. So I told him to forget about it, he said ok and walked away. Not even phased about it or trying to maintain good rapport with customers. Super disappointed, will make the extra drive to the La Habra location. read more

Food and service are always great and pretty fast.Today i had a order pick up inside and also was gonna order through the drive-through. I asked the gentleman if it was OK to pick up my order through the drive-through. I was also placing another order and He said not a problem since you only have one sandwich on the order. He went ahead and printed me a receipt for it. I proceeded to the next window and was waiting for my 2nd order. I said the name and handed my receipt. The manager named Jasmine snatched the receipt of the worker standing. And said it was a inside pickup. Then she tells me next time you need to come inside to pick up. I let her know I was aware and I kindly asked the gentleman and he said there wouldn't be a problem. She didn't let me finish. And repeat it next time come inside. To give a nasty attitude for whatever reason is unnecessary. Made everyone feel uncomfortable management does not give you a right to be rude! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but this time I will. I had a pretty long day and got hungry. I decided I would eat here because I'm leaving out of town and they aren't open on sundays so I would get my craving before I left. I get here and I'm waiting in the drive thru line to order. There's one guy working the drive they when I get there and he's helping the car in front of me with their order. Another guy comes out to help him with the orders and he starts helping the car behind me, doesn't ask me if I've ordered yet. The gentleman who was working the podium that hands out the receipts walks up to my truck and asked me what the name was for the order and I told him I hadn't been helped yet, his response was ohhhh. I don't know if he had told anyone I hadn't ordered yet. The one helping the car in front of me finished up with his customer and was walking towards my truck. I assumed he was going to the back of my truck to take down information then come help me, he doesn't and just walks by to help another car. I pull up to the podium where the gentleman was giving the receipt and he asked me what my name was for the order and I told him I still hadn't put my order in, I'm pretty irritated at this point. He asked me if I wanted to order and I told him no thank you cause I was pretty mad about it. He said he was sorry and I told him that he shouldn't be because it wasn't his fault. Not once have I ever had this kind of service from chick fil a and I probably won't be going back for a while. How is it that someone can make it all the way through the drive thru without being helped? I never thought this was possible. Came to this location around 10:30am. Was asked to pull forward and they would have my order right out. 15 minutes later I am calling to see if what was going on with my order (I had my baby with me and did not want to take him down to go inside). During this time I see plenty of other cars and people walking in getting there orders before mine. Finally get a hold of an extremely rude associate who's name I believe was Nadine but not to sure as the phone staticky. I informed her that I'd been waiting outside for 15 minutes for my order to which she replied "Yeah I have your order right here. I'm about to take it to you". No apology, no explanation for the hold up she just didn't care. She comes out gives me my order I ask her for her name but she ignored me and kept walking away. And to top it off my son's 6 piece nuggets only had 5. I've never had a bad experience at any Chik-Fil-A ever until I came to this location. This location is horrible. Avoid it! read more

This place is honestly the best chick fil a I have ever been to. I pulled up literally 3 minutes before closing because my friend and I just wanted ice cream, they had already started cleaning their ice cream machine and closing it up. I proceeded to order a meal but was sad about missing out on ice cream and at the 2nd window the manager Jose (I believe) was standing with two small ice cream cones for my friend and I! I ordered lunch, via the mobile app, to deliver to workers at one of the grocery store distribution centers. I pulled up to the restaurant to wait for my order. After waiting a while, I called the restaurant to ask what was taking long, I was informed that the order was already given to someone. Realizing it had been given to the wrong customer, the person on the phone assured me that my order would be right out. I received it and drove off. Once the orders was dropped off, we realized 3 of the 8 chicken sandwiches I ordered were not in the bags. I called the restaurant to inquire about a refund, and was told their policy is to replace the missing items, but no refunds are issued. I no longer need the sandwiches and the individuals whose food was missing do not work or live anywhere near the restaurant. How does a business not offer refunds for items a client paid for and did not receive?? VERY disappointed in Chick Fil A and their approach to this situation. read more

He apologized for my experience and put me in contact with Linda Garrett, Director of Guest Satisfaction for their Whittier location. She was very attentive as to every detail in regards to my experience, over the phone. I really appreciated her respect and concern to make my next dine experience a better one. She took notes of my experience and gave me a voucher for the meals we purchased that day. I let her know I'd be going in to dine in towards the end of October to allow the staff there to make the adjustments that need to be made. I didn't know what to expect but to my surprise the dine in area was CLEAN this time. In addition, for the 1st time there was someone going to each table making sure everything was fine. My husband and I were thrilled to have a Chick-Fil-A in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, I think that the employees need a bit more training. We came in for an ice dream cone tonight. Three customers were ahead of us. It took 10+ minutes to get to the register. In total, we waited 25 minutes for an ice dream cone; it would have been longer had I not asked. Meanwhile, employees were having casual conversations about their breaks in front of the customers, without paying any mention to the line that was growing. Once we placed our order, we waited for another ten minutes for the cone. Having not received it, I asked a manager if would be willing to make us an ice cream cone. I am rooting for this store & love Tom's other Chick-Fil-A locations. I think more efficient processes may need to be put into place here (i.e. have each employee assigned to a different station - drive thru, drinks, register, rather than having them float until a manager instructed them where to be). The shift supervisors set the tone, & their lack of urgency definitely rubbed off on the employees. Hoping to see continued growth in this store, as we have never been as frustrated at any Chick-Fil-A as we were at Whittwood tonight. read more

They sent out a promotional card to receive a free item for the month of October and November. I just went to receive the free item for November. It was a breakfast item which says on the card only redeemable for breakfast. But does not say anywhere on the card what time breakfast is served too. So I went at 11am. I did not see any posting on the door for breakfast hours. I stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am and she would o not honor the promotion. My sons school was having a fundraiser there and it was very crowded but the staff was efficient and the cashier Alex (Alexander on the receipt) was extra friendly and personable. Sometime last week I went through the drive thru at this location and placed an order. The guy who took my order also took my payment. Then I got to the next person in the drive thru and she claimed my order got erased so she needed to take my order down again and charge me again. I thought it was weird because the guy claimed everything went through on my card just fine. But I gave her my order and card again for payment. She claimed that her machine wasn't working for payment so to go and pay at the window... making it a third time they would take my card for payment. I didn't have my phone with me at the time so I couldn't check my bank app to see if I got charged more than once which I was pretty sure would be the case. Out of the three times they took my card, I got charged twice for my one order. This is where the real complaint begins. I called their customer service line when I got home, was on hold forever so as I was on hold I also placed a complaint through their website in regards to this location. Literally for three days after that, THREE days I dealt with Linda who is like the customer service coordinator and deals with multiple locations complaints. Her and some guy who is affiliated with this location named Joe kept claiming over and over I only got charged once even when I showed proof of my bank statements saying I got charged twice, right next to each other, for the same amount. They had the audacity to tell me to reach out to my bank because it might be an issue on their end..... I knew my bank wouldn't give me a refund as it's chick fil as fault, but I contacted them anyways and they specifically told me chick fil a DID charge me twice and it is an error on their part. At this point I said I was losing my patience to Linda and asked for a refund for this maaaajoooooor headache and inconvenience. HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE A REFUND WHEN I HAVE EVEN SHOWN EVIDENCE OF BEING CHARGED TWICE? Linda said she'd be Calling me to follow up on the matter and never even did. I will NEVER go to this chick fil a again. Ever ever again. Terrible service with the higher ups and not a single offer for my inconvenience nor did I get my money back as I should have! read more

Came here for the first time. And am quite disappointed. The menu is TOO basic for the amount you spend. The chicken is way too salty and fries too plain.
