This is a brand new, beautiful store. It seems quite large. It is pretty busy because it's new to the area. I was there on the fifth day after opening. There was lots of staff and they seemed to have everything under control. The food was what I expected from any Chick-Fil-A! Yummy! read more

Well, chuck fil a messed up again. Their Mobil app was great, and you could pay with your credit card. No, you have to PREBUY credits with a minimum $10 purchase. That means if I wanna just order a drink with Mobile app, I have to spend $10 for a $3 drink. Extra fail. read more

I don't get what the hype is about this place. I have been to 2 different locations and had the same bad food. The chicken is soggy and greasy. Fried chicken isn't supposed to be soggy but neither the chicken sandwich nor the chicken strips had any crunch....GROSS!!!! We came here for my daughter's school fundraiser and she wouldn't finish her sandwich because the chicken was soggy and nasty. Will never, ever go to another Chick-fil-A!!! read more

First time at this location I went though the drive thru there was a long wait,when I reached the window the cashier was more interested in getting the fan to work that in making sure my order was complete.No greeting just your total is 9.97 here's your bag and no bye see you again or anything .I got cold fries no condiments and not even a bye but she made sure her fan was working. read more

I've been to plenty of chick fil a restaurants before and this one isn't as friendly. They're very dry and quick which is fine, but most chick fil a restaurants the employees are upbeat and extra happy! they don't have a drive thru trash can either, the kind gentlemen offered to take my other cup at the window and this Asian lady gave it back saying they couldn't take other trash. Then why did he offer to throw away my cup? Just not a fan of the employees. I've told a few people to make the drive and go to LH. Or City of industry. It's worth it when you get BETTER customer service. My friends and clients agreed. I don't like the service so much. I threw a few of the free sandwich coupons in the trash because there only good for this specific chick fil a. Call me crazy haha! read more

Every time I come here there is always something wrong with my order. I went a couple days ago, long line but it moved quick for the amount of cars that were there. When I pulled up to the window to get my food I was tempted to check my bag but I didn't want to be that person that held up the line so I parked and went through my bag before I left and saw they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo no pickles add lettuce and they gave me a deluxe spicy chicken with cheese and pickles. I saw how line the was and decided to go home instead of going back and having the rest of my food get cold but I should have just gone back because my food was cold anyway when I got home. The 2 times before that, they gave me a regular parfait instead of the cookie parfait I always order. Too many mistakes from this place, I guess I am better off making the extra drive to the Chick fil in La Habra instead. read more

They got my order wrong so I went through drive in to let her know they forgot to add the chicken and she said,"oh, they didn't add the chicken?" When I got the window they had no clue how they got my order wrong. I had to explain it and they said they had to charge me extra. Not cool! read more

The girl working iPad register 56 (from what our receipt said) just now around 12:45pm was awesome. My husband made a cheeky joke and she had the best reaction. 1st time at this location. Just ordered a chicken nugget meal with lemonade. All the staffs are very friendly and they really cater to your needs with refilling your drinks. I've never had a bad experience until now I came around 350 pm today and was cut in line.. I go on to make my way up to where you order after honking to let the girl know she cut a whole group of people off. the girl walks up to my car and says in case you don't know there is signs we follow for the drive thru I said yeah I know that why I waited behind the line and you let this lady cut in front of me (after awhile of her talking over me with attitude she said If I did again I would ask to leave the line) The manager was non apologetic and really rude... Let start by saying I enjoy chick-Fila, However tonight's service was unacceptable. From the beginning the line in drive is very long so I going inside to carry out , the employees at the door ( I can't really blame him he's only doing his job) tells me the only way to order is to through the ChickFila app ok I step aside,so I download the app, I place my order through app I used a gift card that was given to me to Christmas I try to process my payment, they're must have been heavy traffic on the app said" Sorry unable to checkout"(or something along those lines) so I decide to leave not really worth the wait,i head back to the car I get a notification from my email of a digit receipt with the amount of my gift cards value. I then return to the chickfila where i explain my situation to the employee he grabs the manager and then re explain myself to the situation. (At this time it my 2nd time at front door) all really want was either a refund or just make it even by simply taking my Order that was charged for seems fair enough. I show the manger the email how I was charged and would like my food or refund. He stated there was nothing he can to fix this issue other then suggesting the customer service hotline. Which is understandable. I asked him since I was put all this can please just take my order. He couldn't which was hard to believe seeing as I was already charged but whatever. I didn't get his mangers name but really wasn't no help to right this wrong. But I'm sorry if gave the guy handing out the online orders a hard time I know it was his fault. read more

Came to this Chick Fil a... me and my friend ordered at the same time different cashiers.. when his food came out i wondered about mine.. and after 10-15 mins i finally asked the cashier that was walking around the cafe when it wasn't even packed about my food THE SAME CASHIER THAT TOOK MY ORDER AND he told me that she didn't remember what i had ordered & was very confused & if i wanted any sauces.. Oh boy...where do I begin? This is the absolute worst chick fil a. We pulled up to the drive thru and they had an employee walking to the cars taking orders while hiding the menu, as if we knew the menu by heart. Upon driving up to the window they hand us an order that isn't even ours. We gave them the name and they said they didn't have an order under that name. Then began the struggle to find an order under our name. We finally get our order and I open the bag to find three single chick fil a sauces for two full sized meals. I don't know about you guys but I like my chick fil a sauce (and I specifically asked for a lot of sauce when I ordered). Now for the ICING ON THE CAKE. We ordered two sprites with our meals and it was literally carbonated water. Absolute garbage. This is a sorry excuse for a chick fil a. This location very disorganized!! Went around 7:20 this morning and instead of asking for the car ahead of me to pull out front so they could get them their large order I waited 8 minutes, yes 8 minutes until I got up to window to get my order and only my iced tea was ready. I still waited to get my plain biscuit with a side of honey for an additional 2 minutes. They always move like sloths here every single time I use the drive thru. Also, I've been in the restaurant and asked for lemon for my Diet Coke and they take over 10 mins to get it to you. So frustrating!! read more

Going through the drive through there's a two way stop sign to get in. A white car let me go through first which I gladly accepted. As I pulled forward I noticed two employees in the far back of the parking lot in the shade talking. Assuming they were to there to take our orders for those in line, but since there really wasn't anyone in line they were probably taking orders on the screen when you first pull up.. When I got to the screen to order, no one answered even after saying hello a few times. Which then confirmed what those two ladies were outside for taking orders. I pulled forward again and the guy taking payments said he didn't see me on their end. Of course not, they didn't take my order. So I pulled forward through the drive through to leave, along with the other car that let me go first. Assuming they didn't get their order taken either. Ladies I get that it's hot outside, it gets boring if it's not busy I get it. But I wasted 20 minutes in that drive through just not to get anything on my 30 minute lunch break. read more

I am a hardcore Chick-fil-A lover and have not experienced this until recently at this specific Chick-fil-A. When I received my regular Chick-fil-A sandwich I found it to be very oily to the point where I had heart burn the two times I recently went and eventually threw up both times. So I've come here to this restaurant to eat quite a few times. The food here is really good, but there's just a couple people in specific that ruin it for me. I found out recently that one of their names is Clarissa, and the other is karen. The 2 if them are extremely rude and without customer service. It makes me uncomfortable to be in the restaurant and see them treat customers and the employees the way they do. I even saw Clarissa drop one of the red macaroni side cups with the lid on the floor, picked it up and then asked the customers if they wanted it still. To my dismay the customers still accepted the cup but the problem is, Clarissa should have just gotten a new one. It is purely and utterly disgusting and unsanitary. Her ethics do not exist. Both Karen and Clarissa wear the blue shirts with the dark gray pants. Good luck if you have to deal with one of them. I hope their store manager makes changes because this is very unsettling. read more

The Whittier location has the Best Customer service. The employees are all friendly and very welcoming. I go there on a weekly basis. They have the BEST milk shakes and the food is filling. This company knows how to properly train their employees and it shows. I have recommended this location to several people. It's the Kind of service you get at Disneyland where the workers are so friendly and nice but is rarely seen in the fast food industry. read more

First time at this location, food is fresh and service is great as always, but this review isn't in regards to that. I just witnessed an act of kindness on behalf of the staff. There was a car broken down in the parking lot in front of the restaurant, and a chick-fil-a employee came out and brought the whole family food and offered them water and stated it was on the house. What an incredible thing to do, I doubt any other fast food restaurant does this. I ordered one spicy chicken sandwich, 20 minutes later they told me that it still wasn't ready that they were waiting for spicy chicken sandwiches to be cooked so I waited another 15 minutes later I asked him about it again they said it still was not ready, I ask for the manager some young kid who said he was the manager came up to me and asked me if there was a problem oh, I said yes I had been there over a half an hour waiting for one spicy chicken sandwich, he tells me yes we're waiting for the spicy chicken sandwiches to be prepared. By that time I was very frustrated and they could tell I was getting upset but just kept ignoring me, then some young kid comes up and says were you waiting for a spicy chicken sandwich, and I said yes. Come to find out it has been sitting there all that time and everybody was just ignoring me. I tried to ask the cashier why he didn't acknowledge my order and he just ignored me continue straight. I then lost my temper and cussed at him and walked out. I will never go back to that Chick-fil-A again read more
