1st time here. I ordered 4 strips chicken combo with a side salad and a lemonade, a chicken club combo with a lemonade and 8 piece grilled chicken. When we got our order the chicken club was missing and I also got the super food salad. I went to let them know what they got wrong and after 5 min of waiting for someone to help me and after another 5 min they got me the right food. When I got to my table the 4 strips where nuggets, my fault for not checking. Unlike other chick fil a restaurants where the employees check up on you, not here they just bring your food and just pass by you when they bring food to other tables. I don't think I will be back. Super crowded right now for the grand opening. But the staff is doing good. The chicken nuggets are my favorite. My daughter loves the grilled filet. The place mats for kids stick to the table with tape so it's a good place to bring my 1 year old. They even have the eat more chicken cow out taking photos and interacting with kids read more

Just came back from chick fil a and got home ready to eat my meal . I specifically asked for pepper jack cheese on the sandwich and there is none . I paid extra for this and when I called the only thing the manager could say was "i'm sorry". I paid extra for the burger to have cheese but that's just the start . I open my mac and cheese and there were little green specks in it . Not sure what it was but I didn't feel comfortable eating . This is one of my favorite fast food places but this particular location is my least favorite location. Most of the employees are great but the issue for me comes with the food I itself. The breakfast is great the issue is the consistency of the fried chicken sandwich as sometimes the chicken has a weird taste to it and is not crispy. The spicy chicken does not usuallyy have this problem it is mainly the original one. The Mac and cheese is good but the fries are also inconsistent . I will be back to give it another shot but I don't mind the drive to the La Habra location if needed. read more

May have been because this location is new but the wait was pretty long for drive thru and not well organized. Order takers outside kept getting interrupted by the manager or something. Took he three tries to finish my order. Food was ok. Not sure worth the hype. I appreciate the spicy chicken sandwich was actually spicy. I also tried the chicken supreme and tenders. Would have been much better if the chicken was crispy. Meter it's supposed to be but this location is still working out the kinks? The stand out was the dipping sauces. My family loves this location, it's our go to for a quick bite. Our most recent trip started off a little strange with a few hiccups in our order but it was all addressed by the ever so helpful Guest Specialist Nadine. Our issues were not only resolved but they made us feel as if we never even had any issues. Chick-fil-a's customer service goes above and beyond any other fast food out there, other chains can really learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-a. 3 stars? I know why! First of all this is my first time going to chick-fill-A. My family and I just went shopping and chose the drive thru to eat our meal at home. Thankfully there was nobody in the drive thru but three eagerly awaiting staff workers ready to take my order. They where kind and helpful, and assumingely how professional they where I didn't need a receipt, I approach the window for my meal and I see three staff workers huddled around the windowed talking about what there doing this sat night while one worker is preparing our meal. Honestly my first impression was this business hires kids and they looked like kids not being productive and standing around chatting. Where are the adults! My first impression. Anyways they gal hands me my the food and you can see the group disperse as she asks me questions about cup holders. I peer into the window as if an adult just broke up a lingering social group. Upon getting home we discover we are missing our child kids meal. So now we have to drive back to complete our order. And the only thing i can think of is gosh!! With all those workers standing around, they can't even get our order right. Disappointed!!! First and last time we'll go here. Ok maybe for a while, the super gave us a free meal for the inconveniences. After describing my experience regarding my situation, I received a message from corporate checking up on us. I truly do appreciate their dedication and seriousness in making sure customer satisfaction; which is why I decided to bump it up a star . I used to love coming to this chick fil a, but recently they've been messing up with my order, and the customer service is going downhill. The employees taking my order aren't taking their time, they're just rushing to get through the cars then just chill outside talking to one another. One employee had her sleeves rolled up. We love their chicken sandwich, but today we decided to also try the waffle fries. Ordered through the app and specifically requested "extra crispy" in the comment box. When I arrived, the order wasn't done yet, which was ok. The manager actually brought it out and handed it to me. Got home and opened it up to share with my wife and the waffle fries were only partially cooked. Very disappointing. Called the store and spoke with the manager. I expressed my disappointment and her response was "we don't cook anything well done or extra crispy". I asked why I wasn't told that and she would not answer. When they bring your food literally within seconds of ordering it you kind of have to wonder. Even a microwave isn't that fast. Maybe they keep the fries in steady supply but how do they make a sandwich that quickly? I will say that the chicken was fresh. But the sandwich over all was small and lifeless. The bun felt like it was microwaved. There were no condiments at all. When I removed the bottom bun I found nothing but two flimsy pickles. The fries were OK, nothing to brag about. Completely agree with what another reviewer said about this location cheaping out on sauces. You're only allowed 2 sauces max per meal. I need my sauces and 2 is simply not enough. I will not be visiting this location until this changes. Go to Norwalk instead, they allow up to 8 sauces! Other locations are also not doing this. To who ever made this cheap decision. I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a couple of years now. This morning I attempted to order breakfast approximately 10 minutes before they finished serving breakfast. I placed the order through the app and submitted it before the time was up. When I got there, they denied my order and said they can't serve breakfast any longer even though I had already ordered it. I love chick fil a but this particular location is sooooo slow. I live 5 min away so I'm always stuck with this location after 5pm they become massively slow. I'm not sure if they have less staff or the night shift doesn't care but the food is definitely not fresh (i.e fries) it's just annoying that you can't get that great chick fil a customer service and food that your used to. Spoke to the night manager Steven about it and he didn't seem to much care and basically told me there was nothing he can do about it. I went to this location around 9:30 pm on Tuesday, October 16th. I enjoyed the food and time spent there. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the customer service. As my boyfriend approached the cashier and asked for a drink, a young girl with glasses and blonde hair with black roots mocked him for not saying the drink with the appropriate name. As I have always known Chick-fil-a to be a fast food restaurant that provides great customer service, I was very displeased to see how unprofessional this young girl an employee responded.
