I live the milk shakes. Right now it's the peach one. There is always the strawberry shake. At Christmas holidays it's a peppermint shake. All are good. I usually get a salad. They are all 3 good. And they have a variety of salad dressings. As well, as you can choose grilled or breaded chicken and the chicken can be warm or cold. One of my grandsons get the grilled chicken meal which comes with lettuce and tomato. I always super size it for him. Love the crispy waffle fries. My other grandson likes the breaded chicken sandwich meal with cheese on it. I super size his as well. This way they both get plenty of fries. The cashiers are always so friendly. And I appreciate the person in the dining room who will get us refills in drinks. Which is a big help when you are with children or you have trouble walking like I do. read more

4/10/26 at 9:15pm- waited in the "mobile thru" line too long. Cars in the other lane moved but not our lane. Waited too long. The staff was walking out orders to the cars waiting (that couldn't move due to being stuck in the line of cars). Staff person said they had a lot of orders. We gave always loved Chic-fil-A! Today we trued the new Maple Pepper Bacon Chicken Sandwich. I gad mine fried, Carolyn had grilled. Today, I discovered I like my fries dipped in Chic-fil-A sauce! What a nice change from ketchup. The sandwich was good! Bacon was sweet and peppery - a nice addition to the chicken. One thing I noticed is that the grilled chicken sandwich is $.90 cents more than the fried one. Don't really get that. Topped things off with a Peach shake - my favorite. In typical Chic-fil-A fashion, staff was professional and friendly. Dining room was clean. Hard to go wrong with a Chic-fil-A lunch and we highly recommend the new Maple Pepper Bacon sandwich! read more

My go to when I need a quick lunch when I'm headed into the office around lunchtime. The drive through is so efficient but I take an extra step and order ahead. Consistent, quality food! I've come here a few times with coworkers for a quick fresh lunch. It's a nice clean place with plenty of seating inside, a few outdoor spots when the weather is nicer. A while back, I tried their honey pimiento chicken sandwich and salted caramel milkshake special. Most recently, I redeemed an 8 piece nugget entree and paired that with an ice dream cup with chocolate sauce and cookie crumbles. Wish I could say I have ever tried much of anything besides the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a half sweet half unsweet tea... but frankly, why mess with a good thing? Also, try mixing the CFA sauce and Polynesian sauce and dipping your fries in it... pretty great. Anyway, this particular location is up to the standards I've come to expect of the chain. I don't usually do drive-thru, because you'll usually get your food faster inside either way. The employees are courteous, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently good. I have no problem with the food it's always good. I do have a problem with the employees treating me like I don't know what I'm doing. There is a line for mobile orders and one for regular ordering. Since I chose to order with a person I went to the regular drive through line. When I got up to the window they didn't see my order. As a matter of fact the two customers behind me came up first. They asked me twice if I placed a mobile order. I told them no the first time. I read the sign and the lane for mobile order was the outside lane. I wasn't going to say anything but it got annoying when I was treated like I didn't know what I was doing. Finally they found my order. This is the worst Chick-fil-A we have done business with in NC. We patronized their business with over 2,000 in 2 days for appreciation events at UNCSA and WSSU and we over ordered 50 bags of chips and asked if we could return the unused/unopened chips. I explained to the manager my employee was not authorized to make the purchase and hoped they could help remedy the situation. I was first told yes to return the chips and they would give us a credit back. Then I received a call and was told the manager made an error in telling me yes to return. According to Daniel and the other manger the General Manager Peter Zimmerman refused to give us at least a credit. I couldn't believe we had just spent almost $2500 with them and he refused to give at least a $50 or $100 credit. It shows me that customer service means nothing to this owner of this franchise. Peter Zimmerman your decision not to do nothing means I will never support your location in the future for any events or personal dining experiences. read more

I always praise Chic Fila on their customer service. It's truly unbeatable. Today the cashiers were nice and prompt and I got through the drive thru rather quickly. But after receiving my order I pulled of assuming that everything is correct. Luckily I did not get far because they forgot to put several things in my bag. Starting with the nuts for my salad. So I get out to go grab a pack and they were really nice about giving it to me only to find out when I leave the parking lot I don't have a fork for my salad. Personal politics aside, this Chick-Fil-A is as superb as the general Chick-Fil-A experience. Plus, this location is new and super clean with a full. menu. The bathrooms were clean, they conveniently put sauces and condiments in front of the dining area and the food was just as good as at any other Chick-Fil-A. Unfortunately, I had one bad piece of chicken in my sandwich but that happens from time to time. The staff here were so amazingly polite and went above and beyond for me! I carried my baby in and had so much that I was holding onto that they carried my tray to my table and then brought me a high chair! When I thanked them, they said "My pleasure." Telling her co worker that they were and complaining about everything. And that may be but I feel like I always catch the tail end of the drive thru employees making fun of someone or roasting them after they've left the window. Retail and food service can be soul sucking jobs where people are not always kind to you but please keep in mind people can hear you too. I hate to do it but because of several bad visits in a row it's time. I know some of the people work hard but somethings are unforgivable. Usually everything goes by ok and we don't have much to say about anything. What tipped me over to write this review was my last visit. In a rush between life I stopped to grab dinner. Unfortunately there was a long wait for spicy chicken and several cars had to be side lined. The guy at the window outside was working hard. When he brought the food out I had to go and barely made it on time to where I was heading because how long I had to wait. Anyway not that it's a big deal but my sandwich had 2 bottom buns, but my daughter's had an unexpected surprise. She flipped the sandwich over to see if she had 2 bottoms and found the bread bun closure. I know these sandwiches are supposed to go through a quick quality inspection so this was an epic failure. Many times the quality of our food isn't up to Chick-fil-A's standards. I hope that this will give those who are failing a kick in the butt to start producing quality more consistently. They're so damn nice to you, never in a bad mood. I love that about the ambiance, it's very inviting. My favorite go to items are the breakfast chicken minis! These things are straight up heavenly. Their lemonade is awesome too and I love the waffle fries. I like their options for kids because they have healthier options than some other places. As far as Chick-fil-A goes, this one is okay. It's probably my least favorite location but I keep returning because it's convenient to my workplace. They ALWAYS manage to forget to give me something. The last time they forgot to give me a fruit cup and so, I called them and the manager/whoever I spoke to promised to mail me some coupons. I never received them. Today, I went into the store to grab some breakfast before work and my co-worker wanted a cup of coffee. I ordered both, they gave me my food and my drink, and then I walked away from the counter without the coffee. I stopped before going outside because it was raining to put my hood up and get my things together and no one said anything to me. The store wasn't busy and there was only one person in line behind me. I'm not saying it's entirely their fault because I was the one who walked away, but no one tried to catch me to give me the coffee. I would call and complain, but I'll probably get promised coupons again that I'll never see! read more
