Good food served quickly. CFA is really the only fast food that has such consistent quality. I ordered the South West Salad with avocado ranch. Always yummy! The other person ordered chicken nuggets & fries and enjoyed every bite. We actually came here twice recently and both times the drive through line was around the building but moving pretty good and both times the food was good. Hi, this was in Last week in March Month, decide between CULVER'S or Chick Fil-A for Dinner w/ Family, and I pay aroun $30 (no problem ) I order 3 Chicken sandwiches (1 crispy & Two Grilled); and * . . ... when I receive my Order Dine In, I receive This for the 2 Grilled Sandwiches ( see picture ); I receive BOTHS SANDWICHES WITH RESIDUES OF GRILL OF ALL DAY IN BOTHS SANWICHES, plus yours can see a case with LETTUCE, well!!!! because EITHER they put lettuce in sandwich and I pay for that in the Combo, and I put my review here, BECAUSE I GIVE TO CF-A the opportunity to fix that, AND A CHRISTAN COMPANY NEVER NEVER NEVER FIX THAT, never answer, plus the attitude of lady this day WAS POOR, for me I think THAT CF-A not supervised regularly, because if they doing, THIS NOT HAPPEN. read more

We stopped by here to have a potty break and eat some breakfast before we went to Legoland and it was nice. They were clean, very efficient even though they were super busy. Got our food fast and it was good, I hadn't had breakfast here before, so I'm glad we all liked it, they had a coffee drink that was good too and overall a nice pit stop before our destination. read more

I hate writing reviews, but you guys earned this one tonight. I didn't order a large water but we got a large water. I didn't order chicken tenders but we got chicken tenders. I definitely didn't order tenders spicy either but you get the point here. I didn't get the nuggets that I actually did order-surprise...This is the 3rd time in the last month that our order has been wrong. I will take responsibility for the last 2 visits because I should have not gone back after the 1st time. Everything has become way too expensive to just be taken in the chin. Service is the best in Winter Haven. They come around the tables to serve and please the customer. The food is one of the best chicken products in the area. Only 1 problem, sometimes it is crowded and walking across the parking lot could be dangerous. read more

40 minutes trapped in drive thru before we even got to kiosk to place order. No one outside taking orders

I went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and was in the left lane. After 6 cars went by in the right lane they finally asked for my order. When I asked why I was skipped 5 times I was rudely told that they were shorthanded and if I was going to complain to leave. I'm sorry if your having a bad day but there's no excuse for being rude. You could have turned it into a positive and apologized and given a free cookie or something instead of just being negative and telling customers to leave. If you're having a bad day and can't handle it close the doors and try again tomorrow with a smile. read more

Every Chick-fil-A is so consistent. Super-friendly staff, hot food in a timely manner, and cleaner than what I would imagine other fast food chains are like. Drive-thru or dine-in, never have any issues. Their spicy deluxe sandwich is so good, paired with their waffle fries and lemonade, and that is the best food you'll get from a fast food place! First of all the parking and drive thru situation is a mess. Very confusing. The speed of service in the drive thru was good once you figured it out. I ordered 3 regular Chick fil a sandwiches, what I got was 3 sandwiches with a biscuit size piece of chicken on them. You know, more bun than burger size. It was very, very disappointing. I understand the cost of everything is a problem everywhere, so raise the price, don't sacrifice QUALITY. I am a Chick-fil-A connoisseur LOL I eat Chick-fil-A at least three times a week and this is by far the worst location I have been to in my entire life. The drive-through takes almost an hour to get your food. If you go Inside the restaurant to get your food it's just as bad. I always order a deluxe chicken sandwich with no pickles only lettuce and tomato and somehow they almost never put the lettuce and tomato on it and when I go and let them know " this is a deluxe with no deluxe. The Winter Haven CFA has been the most unreasonable and ridiculous during COVID. Made us wait outside in the rain and heat for mobile orders until only very recently. And now that we have been deemed privileged enough to enter the lobby, we are not allowed to dine-in. Curbside was started in the pandemic and then discontinued shortly after; meanwhile, the drive-thru is the slowest of any other CFA. It's clear this CFA wants its customers' money but not the people. The hospitality is gone. We used to view CFA as a restaurant that cared for people, but COVID has revealed their true colors. read more

I was in the mood for a chicken sandwich, so I decided to try this place. I had only been to one other chick fil a way back, and was disappointed back then. This place was newer, and yet my opinion hasn't changed. The place was utter chaos the moment I stepped into it. Noisy, somewhat crowded. The workers behind the counter were VERY unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I ordered a shake, which took them about 5 minutes AFTER I got my food to get me. They had to go in the back to get syrup. Why weren't they better prepared so this wouldn't happen?? Needless to say, by the time I got my shake, my waffle fries were too cold to eat. yet again, lots of people running around behind the counter filling drive thru orders an but still can't get a simple salad correct for a customer in the dining area. The salad maybe had 2 ounces of chicken pieces about the size of a crouton, there were no slices of chicken to be found. No crumbled blue cheese, no granola, no red cabbage or carrots, and no roasted nut blend, the salad was awful. Hey! operator Ed, What a disappointment. Must admit I've never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. To start their app was not working that would allow curbside or pickup, so had to go through the drive-thru. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Didn't seem they had enough people working. Then made the 20 minute drive home only to find out they messed up my wife's order with her salad. Awesome restaurant and it goes beyond customer service! I had unexpected incident happened to me when I was entering into Chick-fil-a parking lot. My lug nuts popped off my tire and sent my driver tire rolling into the parking( lucky no cars were coming) and this wonderful worker, Marvin Duarte helped me along with another patron with moving my car to a safe place. And not excluding me scrapping my drum brake! Marvin got right into action with helping me and I'm so appreciative for his humanity and assistance.
