I don't think that this place was anything special. I think we might have ordered the wrong things or just had higher expectations. There was no one there so we had no idea if it was open and didn't realize it was basically just a drive through there is no place to sit other than 1 table outside . I think they are in the process of building more space to eat but it was too hot outside so we ate the food in the car. We ordered a basket of loaded fries with bacon , cheese sauce , and chives . For them being a fry shippers I thought this would be better . The fries themselves were okay but the stuff on top was cheap tasting . Worst food I have ever had in my life! I wanted to give this the benefit of the doubt when I pulled up to a disgusting building with homeless people everywhere, but I saw someone post a video how great this place was on instagram...she had to have been paid! 2 burgers, fries and a pop $35 and we took it to the truck to eat, and had a few bites and threw out the entire order and now are just hoping what we did eat we don't get food poisoning! I have been wanting to try this little fry shop for the longest time. They are located by the BP on the corner of Semoran Blvd and Aloma Ave. Finally, last Friday I had an appointment right by it, and after my appointment I went and fell in love with them. I tried their Garlic Cilantro Delight fries; what a delight! The fries are crispy and tender with lots of flavor as they are seasoned, and they were topped with cheese and garlic cilantro sauce. Delicious is an understatement. The building is small and really cute. The staff was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She always had a smile on her face; thank you for that. There is no inside eating, but they do have a nice outside seating area and very clean. So since it's the FRY shop I wanted to try just fries so I opted for just plain no sauce. I was surprised to find they had crispy, skin on and waffle options. I have to say they were really good. I enjoy the crispy crunch with a warm center and these delivered for sure. I tried the crispy as well as the skin on. I thought both were very crispy but about halfway through I don't think I was able to taste the difference. I think because they were both equally tasty. Staff was really pleasant and the wait was not too long because I appreciate that these were made/finished AFTER I ordered and were fresh and not just sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. I was also surprised to see the food options like smash burger and wings so I might have to go check those out sometime soon. I got to say that is a good bang for your buck kind of place. You can order fries anywhich way, many toppings to choose from, different types of fries, and several sauces. This is a drive-thru/walk up only establishment. There are a few tables out front to sit at if you wish to eat there. I opted for the drive-thru and was greeted immediately. I ordered the regular fry with bacon toppings and the smoke ketchup sauce. Also, the loaded cheese fries. The customer service was great. They absolutely love the chicken. It was delicious moist and well seasoned and I agreed with them. I was finally able to check out the Fry Shoppe. It's such a cute spot where you can drive through or choose to eat outside on the patio area. The menu is straight forward & the staff is very friendly and will explain anything you need to know. The options are the fry cone , the fry box or loaded fries . You can also choose which type of fry you want & they also have desserts. I got the fry cone which comes in 2 sizes regular & large. I went with a regular size and kind of stuck to basic. I ordered a crispy fry & you can choose one sauce & one topping so I went with vegan garlic Aioli topped with mozzarella cheese. You are able to pay extra for additional sauces and/or toppings. I also ordered a regular lemonade because they were already sold out of the passion mango flavor. My order took about 20 minutes to complete. I decided to eat on the patio since it was a nice day and I was in no rush to get anywhere. The fries were very crispy and layered well. I enjoyed them. The lemonade was just ok. I will definitely come back with my husband I want to try the box or loaded fries next they even have waffle fries available under that option. The ambiance is cute but small and allot of the parking is reserved for the medical facility in the plaza. Because if I was, I would've went straight for it with popcorn, chicken, and it would've been a real feast. However, for what it's worth this was actually delicious and I'm actually looking forward to coming again, on a day thats a lot cooler. But for the concept of this restaurant and the simplicity of it. I like it. Also, I forgot to take a picture of it, but the mango fountain drink that is TO DIE FOR! You had me at loaded fries! You can pick your fries (skin on or crispy) a sauce and then toppings. There is a large selection of sauces and toppings. You can either walk up to the window or go through the drive-thru. The only downside is that there isn't anywhere to sit and eat. I got crispy fries with garlic aioli, mozerella and bacon bits. It was sooo good and the regular size is very generous. Not that anyone ever shares their fries, but the regular size is enough for two. Service was very friendly. Everything is made to order. We visited the Fry Shoppe fir our first time a couple of weeks ago in the afternoon. This is a small place with a drive thru and walk up window with a few tables outside in front. We ordered the Pizza Fries and upgraded to Waffle Fries. The fries were made to order and served crisp and perfect. The were covered with marinara, shredded mozzarella and slices of pepperoni. These were so tasty. The box of fries we got were enough fir two of us to share and we couldn't finish them. He should be ashamed to be in the service industry with that kind of attitude & defensiveness! No one was there when I went and the wait time was LONG (FYI) meaning no one cared to pull through that entire time. Yikes. Won't be long before they close. It took about 20 minutes from ordering in the drive thru for me to make it to the front window to pay. I got the crispy fries with Smokey mayo ketchup and scallions and cheddar cheese on top. They allowed me to taste a couple of sauces at the window which was nice. I had high hopes for this place - while it does have potential, it definitely lacked in execution. The premise of this place is it just sells fries that are loaded with all kinds of things. They have premade concoctions such a s pepperoni pizza firs, or you can build your own creation - to which there are tons of options. The place is a drive-thru with a few outside picnic benches. Here's the problem. It's in a parking lot on an extremely busy intersection. I can't imagine anyone wanting to sit there and enjoy their well appointed fry concoction.....and there is not really anywhere close enough that would be easy to take your fries to go enjoy. So your option is to take it to-go......for which they will put in in a nice cardboard box and send you on your way........no matter where you go, those fries are steaming inside that box getting soggy quickly. Not ideal. The thing is, the fries and huge number of combinations is a great idea! In a better selected location (say Baldwin park, College Park, Some Town Center area, etc) then this place would be a grand slam! But as-is it is not. To be fair, the fry options are great, the topings are what you would wish for. When we go ours home, I could imagine that they tased great when they were fist made, but they don't travel so well to the destination where you would eat them - so its kind of irrelevant.
