I told all of you standing around the window it was entirely too early for you to be that slow. Not a single one of you at the drive thru area acknowledged the comment. The restaurant itself had one person standing there waiting for their meal and by the scowl on his face he wasn't too happy about the wait either. I ordered three vanilla creamers, you gave me two half and half?! Then I said it twice more I ordered three vanilla creamers. Maybe you need the coffee more than me? The cken scramble bowl was pitiful. Looked like you couldn't spare the eggs or the cken. All that for nine bucks. I will not buy another sandwich here, for some reason there is no consistency with the chicken fillet size, some days are big like a chicken breast sandwich should be and other days look like they cut the same fillet in half, so small that the chicken gets lost inside the bread, are they doing this because they are running out of chicken or trying to save money? I have been coming to this chick fil a about 3x a week sometimes more for the past two years and I always order the same thing for my kid. A kids meal and substitute the fries for hash browns. Recently I've been having issues when I order this. One worker told me they don't do breakfast kids meals, another told me I have to order a la carte, another told me that there would be an up charge, etc. the inconsistency for the past month has been ridiculous!!! When I brought the issue to the cashier she literally gave me a death stare and responded "it's not a button on the iPad" what? Do buttons come and go every day? I'm confused. On busy lunch hours between 12 - 2 pm, this location is really slow through the drive-thru. Compared to other Chick-fil-A's they don't have employees outside with tablets getting orders, but they do have an employee outside handling payments. Even with this, you can expect to wait a good 5 - 10 minutes in line. Besides that, still great food from breakfast to lunch. read more

It's insanely busy. Huge Togo line and a lot of deliveries. There's workers that are doing work for three people and then you have managers and workers joking around and just watching the gates of hell open. I do not understand how you can get so comfortable at a place that you can watch your team mates drown in work and do nothing to help them. I went through the drive thru today on my lunch hour and they were just as accommodating as they always are however, when I went to go eat my food, not only did I find hair stuck to my tenders--but my chicken was slimy and not cooked all the way. It's the same problem here, as it is at most of their locations. The drive through process sucks. It takes the ease of it away completely. You get a service that's hit or miss, and it's frustrating. Taco Bell does it better. I'm not taking away from the fact the food is typically great, but I would like to to get a fast food order without a debacle. I walked in after going through the drive thru to fix a problem with my drink and immediately upon walking in, one of the managers had a nasty look on her face and walked up to the register. I love Chickfila. If you've never been here then I think you need to reevaluate your life. Besides the fact that the food is AMAZING, they're service is so good. What fast food place brings your food out to you? I particularly like this location because no matter what day or time I come the wait is never long, and most other locations I've gone too have always had a crazy long line that made me not want to go. I don't know what it is about Chick-fil-A, but I have yet to go to a location where the drive-through and the inside have not been very busy. When you walk in you're always greeted with a cheery hello. The young kids behind the counter are always ready eager and willing to take your order. The food is always fresh and delicious. They're always adding new things to the menu. I had the chicken soup as a free reward from buying the cow calendar and it was so good. It was not a small sample of the chicken soup, it was the full-size bowl. I must recommend that you try the frosted lemonade. It is unlike any thing you ever had and it will leave you wanting more and more. And the best part of it all anytime you say thank you to one of the workers they always respond with, "my pleasure". read more

This chickfila is the worst chickfila I've ever been to. I have never had a bad experience at any another chickfila except this one, the customer service is not consistent with other locations. They are rude, refuse to give more than one sauce, and don't offer hero discounts like most other locations do. Solid Chick-fil-A location. The service here is quick and very friendly -- we even saw the cashier give an extra milkshake to the family because she just "accidentally" made an extra. They do participate in the Magic games promotion (a certain number of three pointers have to be scored that game) where you get a free spicy chicken sandwich if you bring in your ticket from the night before. This place is my favorite fast food joint. I love the grilled chicken sandwich which comes on a wheat bread and ordering it with a fresh side salad. The lemonaid is fresh too! Yum! I highly recommend this place if you want a place where you can get healthy fast food (gasp!) but the line literally gets out the door. The open entrance floor gets confusing and you never know if you're waiting behind somebody who is waiting for their food or which register the line you're in leads to. Today is my 3rd visit and my sandwich was fried so hard it didn't resemble anything I'd seen at their restaurants. On my 2nd visit, my side salad was wilted and parts were brown. It took 20 minutes for our order to be done. The store on redbug road puts this one to shame. Won't be going back to this location. Usually this location is great but today when picking up food we had 2 separate orders in one car. When I asked for more sauce I was told I couldn't. I tried to explain I had two orders one of which was pretty big but was still told I could get any more even after saying I would pay for it. Every time I come to chick ful a I get the same order with the same amount of sauces and never have a problem. If this location is going to limit it then they at least need to come up with a way to charge for individual packets or only give upon request. I was so happy coming to this chick fil a because i often worry that my food won't be fresh and really hot. When it's steaming and the chicken is still crispy, I know I've got exactly what I wanted. I came to this location after my UCF class. I purposely didn't go to the on campus Express location because i don't like that they don't take my rewards and that they raised their prices. I also accidentally passed the other location that is closest to school on university. So I chose to drive a little further and go to this location. The drive thru line was horrendous! So long, I figured it'd be quicker to just go inside. I quickly parked and then ran inside. There was no line! I ordered and within a minute I had my food in my hand! Not only was it speedy, but the employees were as nice as they always are! Chick-fil-A is pretty consistent in this! Their employees are very customer service oriented. They remodeled this location and now the interior js alot nicer and their are 2 drive thru lanes. Chik Fil A is always a solid choice for fast food. This is one of my most frequented chick fil a locations. I don't even know why I'm writing a review because I'm sure that everyone who's reading this has probably been to a chick fil a before. But, it's so delicious I'm writing it anyway! I usually go basic when I go here. Just a simple chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Really disappointed, I ordered a meal here from door dash and apparently one of your girls was so rude to him that when he came and delivered my food he told me to call y'all and complain. Having gone here quite a few times I have to say that the crew here from clerk to manager is built to serve. The food is hot, fresh, flavorful and a nice respite from typical fast food. What gives this location and possibly the company special props is that even the manager is sweeping up, hand delivering orders and refilling my soda at the table unrequested. It only misses a 5 star rating due to their political stance on gay marriage, but in every other way they are about the "tippy top" as far as fast food goes. read more
