Sharing a parking lot with Costco, this location gets super busy! Like most other locations for this chain, the lines move fast! The only issue is really getting into and out of the location overall. Since it sits both at a busy corner, and has a busy lot, it's a bit of a pain. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is painless and we've never had an issue with getting through the lines. The inside is well-kept, clean, and has plenty of seating. Overall: A Despite the chaos and busy nature of this location, things move fast!

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but our experience today was so exemplary. I absolutely must leave a review. Today we went through the drive-through and we were served by Dominick, he was an absolute gem. He helped us navigate the menu and options with a smile. No question was too dumb. I wish all servers at Chick-fil-A were this dedicated and passionate in their roles. Thank you so much to Dominick, who truly made this pleasurable experience ours! The ambience of the drive-through was clean, modern. It looks like as if it was recently built. The outside of the restaurant as well taking care of and you can tell that the staff take pride in their workplace and user experience.

    ASSEMBLED COBB SALAD

I ordered ahead on the app, which was easy to navigate and use. I placed an order for the cobb salad with honey mustard dressing. Once arriving in the drive-thru line, the staff member outside confirmed my name and had me pull up to the window. The whole process only took a few minutes to get through the drive-thru and secure my order. Once home, I started to assemble my salad. It comes with the dressing packet and red bell pepper crispies. The salad container seemed nice and full. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. While there was plenty of chicken, I thought the chicken could have been a bit fresher tasting. Like it may have been sitting on the salad for a while at the restaurant pre-made before I ordered it. However, the salad was good and I enjoyed it.

Today was opening day of the newly constructed from the ground up Chic-Fil-A! I can't say enough good things about how much of an improvement this location has been given with the amazing new building set up. The parking lot is so much bigger. The entrance off of university has been pushed back so there are no back ups onto the road anymore. The drive thru is three huge lanes with one detonated to mobile pick up orders and completely under a huge canopy cover so there is zero chance of rain soaking your order. I was so impressed by the drive thru. And pick up was a breeze. We stepped inside briefly to check out the interior and the completely updated look with all the celebration balloons for the grand opening was actually a lot of fun. The food is the quality you expect and perfectly done. The drive thru was quick and the app was easy to use for that mobile ordering. This is now my favorite location. How marvelous it's so convenient for my area shopping as well! Kudos to Chic-fil-a they should ALL look like this!

This location is so hit or miss and lately it's been a lot of shortcomings. I mean $5 for a breakfast sandwich and you barely get something remotely close to a chicken breast. It was incredibly thin and all I could taste was the biscuit. Thank gosh that was buttery and soft this time. I understand the scale may be different from the lunch sandwich but come on now. Let's get real. Times are hard enough, and now I have to go to work with an empty stomach. Not cool. No issues with service. Standard each time . I hate to say it McDonalds had a bigger and better chicken biscuit sandwich

I love this location! Customer service and order times are exceptional, along with food quality. l've never had a bad experience here. My favorite (and lesser known) items to order are the chicken noodle soup, mac & cheese and cookies & cream milkshake!

    Waiting and waiting.

We were in a hurry so we did a curbside pick up. It was so incredibly slow, we should have gone through the drive thru. This restaurant isn't as busy as most. I think I know why now. Don't choose curbside pick-up. My husband had to go inside to get it.

They do an excellent job making use of an awkward location. The drive thru has a specific entrance and there is also a lane for people trying to park. The inside also has a specific pick up area and after the remodel it is more spacious. I had frequented this location when they did trivia nights (unfortunately they haven't continued this after Covid). Recently I was able to try the watermelon mint lemonade and it was delicious!

This was my FIRST time to a Chick-fil-A, and man it makes me glad I let Elder Shamus into my house for a lecture, because these chicken nibblers were DELICIOUS. Give it up to the Mormons to develop such a juicy piece of chicken, even in spicy crispy form. I can understand why they needed Sunday off, because well, you need time to butter those chicken breasts. I've had the best relationships with Mormons, maybe it's a Hill Cumorah thing OR maybe it's because I am a chicken...who knows? The Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich- what a signature sandwich to get inducted into the family for the first time. It was beautifully crisped, and lightly buttered on top. It came with lett, and tom, and had just the right amount of kick. Yelp! Tip- the Sandwiches DO NOT come with dressing for the most part. Request the Chick-Fil-A sauce for the REG GRILLED/FRIED sandwiches. The Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich- this is definitely my go to sandwich for grilled chicken. I love the signature honey roasted bbq sauce, but still not my favorite sauce overall. The lemon grilled chicken here is so juicy, it's incredible that its fast food. This sandwich is a BONUS for the Apple-wood smoked bacon--that was the REAL stuff, cause no-one likes a faker. The brioche bun was the BEST to hold the entire sandwich together. WAFFLE POTATO FRIES- this is my winner for BEST side you can get at a "fast food" establishment. Their perfectly crispy while still maintaining those squishy parts, like a good bum bum. Always hard to order a large cause they sell out FAST. Get these with the Sweet N Spicy Sriracha Sauce- THE BEST SAUCE HERE. This sauce I will actually replace on ALL my sandwiches from now on, a delicious blend of chili peppers for a spicy twist. Unfortunately, it's one of the only sauces you can't get in bulk. Get the POLYNESIAN SAUCE in the bulk bottle, the CHICK-FIL-A sauce goes bad FAST in bulk bottle. BEVERAGE- i am making a note that my Dr. Pepper tasted so real, that the regular beverages are still ABOVE most fast food establishments. Overall- go to Chick-Fil-A, Get the Above Sandwiches, Don't forget about the Sweet N Spicy Sriracha Sauce, and thank your " Elders" for these delicious chickens.

This is just outrageous. What is this? So I get a meal for 10 bucks and this is what I get? If I didn't have work I would have turned around. Definitely going to get this rectified because this is a rip off. I go here several times a week enroute to work. So disappointed. Check your bags before you leave the window .

But I had an urge to find some fried chicken that is lightly battered and this place hit the spot. Located just off of Park Avenue and Fairbanks is The Hen & Hog. Got a 6 piece fried chicken anf a few sides which consisted of mac and cheese, fries and a pickled slaw. Juicy freshly fried and ever so gently battered chicken that was crisp with every bite. Definitely some tasty chicken. I really liked the slaw that had garlic onions celery and some other items but it cut through the savoriness of the chicken. Yes, i ate all of it to the bone. Wife also got chicken and waffles which she thoroughly enjoyed. Also had fried banana peppers with a pimento spread. Pretty nice combination. Staff was super helpful. They also have wings with a lot of great sauces to try. That will be my order for next time. Cant wait to come back.

I liked the t beers (white meat) the best. Melting the mouth breast with crunchy exterior. My chicken and waffles did not really hit the spot for me. I learned I'm not a fan of open fried thighs because they were fatty and that consistency in my mouth was not appetizing; but, they were well done and seasoned perfectly. The waffle was fluffy inside and just a tad burnt outside. FYI: the syrup is kinda spicy. Pleasant interior with friendly and attentive service.

We were greeted immediately. I ordered at the counter the basic 3 wings combo (a little over 10 dollars), which included 3 chicken tenders, fries, canes sauce, and a drink. I was told the lemon juice was homemade, so I took that. While the lemons could have been fresher, it was still good with the light of sweetness from the sugar without being overbearing. The 3 chicken tenders are nicely sized and fried perfectly. Crispy breading on the outside, while still being tender and moist on the inside. The canes sauce was mild, but just had the light flavor to enjoy the chicken with. I enjoyed it so much that I used it to dip my fries as well. While most of the fries were crispy and enjoyable, it did get a bit soggy at the end if left out too long. I wish there were more of the cane sauce to enjoy, but it was small portion. Texas toast was also included and that was enjoyable too. It was filling for the slightly over 10 bucks paid. The service was very friendly and cheerful. The staff was upbeat and very helpful, even clearing our plates when done. What I also liked was that there was no option to tip when paying. You just scan your card, and you're done. They call out your name with it is ready, you can pick up the order. The atmosphere is casual with the upbeat dancing music with disco balls in the dining area. If you don't want to go inside, you can use the drive through as well. While it is definitely high in fat and calories, and not the healthiest food, the chicken tenders are very good here. Tender and juicy, while still crispy with the breading. Only combo options are available, and I don't recall whether you can buy anything individually (unless you need an extra item). It's definitely worth visiting for a cheat day, or a nice treat after a hard day's at work or school. Overall: A-

This particular truck is probably my favorite amongst the ones I've visited thus far.. serious noshing business! The concept is a baked potato or sweet potato LAVISHLY doctored with Puerto Rican style meats and veggies. LAAAVISH. I've never been a baked potato fan, but this place has made me a believer. Every split and baked potato comes defaulted with copious amounts of melted queso and your choice of sweet or garlic butter. It's up to you if you'd like to pile on the meat and veggies. The owner made it a point to express that he throws away any unused meat that's gone stale during the day and replaces it with freshly marinated, cooked meats. My foray into Papas Gourmet included a basic baked potato (sweet potato was sold out) with melted queso, garlic butter, mixed veggies, Bistec (marinated steak) and Pernil (roast pork). I kid you not, as soon as I bit into my first fork full, I reached potato Nirvana and found myself shoveling the meal down my mouth like Garfield does with lasagna. There was enough potato and ingredients there to feed 2 people HANDILY. All for $6.00! I was so entranced by the savory, melt in your mouth flavors that I devoured the entire thing on my own. Just like the Papas Gourmet icon (a personified potato sprawled out on a couch) I was incapacitated for hours on my couch, blissed out and content. I encourage everyone in Orlando to visit this joint at least once. Be prepared, because it will knock you on your behind once you're through eating. For those of you who love a challenge, Papas Gourmet also has a Papa Extrema (Extreme Potato); which is a potato of your choice with ALL the fixings. Yep that includes chicken, turkey, steak, beef, ham, bacon, pork, sausage, cheese, butter, sour cream and mixed veggies.. yikes!
