    1/2 Chicken Combo
    Warren L.

A small little Greek chicken place. Nothing crazy or fancy, super straight to the point. I got a half chicken rotisserie combo which comes with a salad and rice OR fries. It costed $15. Chill place to get food real quick.

I ordered because of the rice and it didn't come with the rice.

I just ordered my food and I apparently my notes were not read again, there is a issues it's not allowing me to select the sides, I putted in the notes and this is the second time I get different things, I'm so tired of writing same note, again and again. Please pay attention to your customers orders.

Called in my order for pick up and right of the bat the customer service was a little bit poor in my option. The guy who took my order didn't even ask me if I wanted anything else just told me the price and that it would take about 10 minutes then just hung up the phone. Once I came to pick up my order the place was empty and my order was ready for pickup. This platter cost me $17 which I think is a bit much. The food it self was good just the chicken was a bit salty. Everything tasted fresh so I couldn't complaint. This place has a good variety of stuff and I would come back here to try other things in the future.

First time ordering delivery from this restaurant. The food took over an hour to deliver, but it was worth it! I had the chicken tenders, which were crunchy and so flavorful. The grilled wings are delicious, but the charbroiled chicken was on point. I love the healthy options available here. This place is worth trying.

Review during COVID: Tasty food, good portions, reasonable prices, and very nice owners/staff. Seating outside for about 8 people. Homemade lemonade was delicious! Definitely worth stopping by. I went with the 1/4 dark chicken combo with rice (can sub fries), salad, and pita. They cut the 1/4 chicken into 3 pieces which made eating it more convenient or easier to portion it out for leftovers. Juicy chicken and nicely cooked skin. Neighbors with Maya Congee Cafe. Perfect to hit up both spots!

Chicken Kebab platter, I had requested to sub Greek Salad instead of rice, and they obliged!

A quick, tasty, and reliable go to! My fav is the chicken kebab meal which general comes with roasted veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, and res pepper), yellow rice, char grilled chicken chunks, pita, and tzatziki. All delicious and a big portion! The roasted vegetables are super fresh and an excellent addition! I've also asked to substitute greek salad for the rice, and they have obliged the request, which was so lovely! Definitely recommend!

Chicken Souvlaki Platter with fresh lemon slice and Greek salad

Excellent ! Chicken Souvlaki Platter - one of the best takeout meals I've had in Brooklyn. The price was higher than expected but they made up for it with the high quality & good quantity of food. I like that the menu states "ten pieces of juicy marinated chicken chunks." The portion size is not random - they tell you what to expect. The platter included one dolmade - it was delicious but not very large. Wish they'd included two. The fresh lemon slice was a nice touch. And the homemade Greek tzatziki sauce was delicious! The pita bread was very average, IMO, but I buy my own anyway. Good salad. Preparation was super fast.

Chicken/rib combo, rice and beans, Greek Salad, and Pita bread. All delicious beyond belief!

BRAVO! STANDING OVATION! If you're searching Yelp for a GREAT meal then your search is over. Stop looking. It's that good. Oh, you want details? Sure! I assumed that my taste buds were magically transported overseas, to where rustic and brilliant cooking methods never disappeared. A place where family is always in the kitchen, cooking and also singing songs of love and peace to the food. Kind of like Encanto, but instead of songs about magic they're singing about magical food. Oh, you want flavor details? No problem! The chicken- I assume it's brined, as it's moist to the point of being criminal. Then the char! It's light and succulent and really tastes like the countryside in Greece, I assume. If you had to describe a perfect bite of chicken, this would be it- the natural flavors are allowed to shine as if a Master Chef cooked it. Even the pita that accompanied the plate was a revelation. The ribs are also a delight. They're cooked with great seasonings, then the sweet sauce is added and then they're grilled even more. The result is EXACTLY what I think of when I dig into my childhood memories at cousins' homes. Also the chicken/rib meal easily feeds 2-3 people. 3 if it didn't taste so good, but it's likely you'll overeat because just WOW. GO TODAY!

Greetings all, it's been a while but here I am. Let's talk about Emily a quant pizza restaurant…read morethat you could easily walk pass and not know what they sold. Today however it wasn't pizza that brought me here, it was the famous Emmy Burger. To begin with the atmosphere of the restaurant is dim lighting a few tables with a reasonable sized bar in the middle of the room. They also have an open kitchen concept where just past the bar you can see the cooks working. My server Inda was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. My burger was excellent, normally I don't eat my burger with a knife and folk, but in this case with all the cheese and sauce oozing down the sides, not to mention the caramelized onions, it was necessary. (If I were home I wouldn't mind having burger juices running down my arm, but other people were eating in the restaurant also). The tiny pickles which I can't remember the name of were an added treat to the burger. I decided to order mine with the loaded fries. Just imagine the ground burger with all the toppings covering french fries and add melted white cheese. Since I was alone I didn't order a pizza because how would I eat it all, but next time I will try the pizza. I don't mind paying extra for a burger when it's aged beef and the taste is great. I definitely recommend this location. There is a fast food burger restaurant next door to Emily's but I can't imagine there burgers compare. I will try them another time and let you know. That's all for now, see you on my next review.

I do have to say that the tables are way too tight next to each other as people kept squeezing in and out. I know it's a small space, but I didn't know I was dining with strangers. Anyways, we started off with the Hot Nguyen Wings ($18), which has a nice spicy glaze from the Gochujang. It also comes with 6 full wings, so you get a good amount of food here --perfect to share with two or three people. The flavor on these were one of my favorites that I'm still dreaming about these. Then we also got The Breeze Pizza ($26) and Emmy Burger ($31). The pizza dough was really good on this with a chewy texture and loaded with toppings. They have so many variations of pizza here that I'd love to try some of the more unique options next time. As for the burger that everyone comes here for, it's good. I can't say it's the best, but it's a solid and very messy burger with lots of carmelized onions. It's also quite a pricey burger, although it does come with some crispy fries. Also, I think the waiter forgot my burger order because every table got their burger before their pizza except ours. When my husband was already on his last slice of pizza, I had to ask if my burger was still coming. By the time it came, I had to eat this by myself and was a bit too full to even enjoy it anymore. Overall, loved the food here especially the wings that I find so underrated. The service was a bit off and it felt like it was just me sadly. Plus, the space is just way too cramped. It looks like others who celebrated their birthday here gets a Banana Pudding, so that's a plus.

Dinner- we all shared the Gala Apple Salad, Porter House, Linguini and Clams, Lundy's Potatoes, and Mac and Cheese. Dessert- The Butterscotch Sundae my daughter hogged, and the Lundy's Huckleberry Pie. Now let me tell you. I do not eat huckleberry pie, but that one, I could not believe how tasty. The crust was hard and sweet and the filling had the right flavor. Not too sweet or tart. All throughout dinner my husband and my son kept saying how great the food was. We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy. It's a beautifully designed space, and we went in the evening so it was dimly lit and had good tunes, contributing to an intimate and cool vibe. The service throughout was good both by our primary server and the rest of the team that was bringing out dishes. For the food, we did not feel that it was a strong start, but the ending was great! The first dish to come out was their cornbread, which we agreed was very light and had a super tender texture, but there was just nothing special about the taste profile to us. The second dish were their prawns. We couldn't put our finger on the off-putting flavor in there, but we agreed that something just wasn't right and almost tasted spoiled. You also had to work a bit to dissect the prawns and remove the heads and skin. To work for it and then not enjoy the taste wasn't a great combo for us, unfortunately. It started turning around with their sweet potatoes, a type I'd never had before that were "baby" and purple on the outside while white inside. They served the potatoes with a gorgeously whipped Greek yogurt that added the exact right amount of tang to balance the sweet potato and the herby topping. The stars of the night were the coconut basmati rice and the lamb shank. My goodness! The rice dish was so complex from a flavor and texture profile and just hit all the right notes for us, and that lamb! Definitely one of the best lamb dishes I've had - Impossibly tender and seasoned to perfection. One other note I'll make regarding drinks is that they did not have a strong wine list. I ended up ordering a red, but later heard our waiter recommend against getting their wine to another table and suggesting their cocktails and mocktails instead. It was refreshing and absolutely delicious. For our appetizer, we shared the quiche. It was so good that we completely forgot to take a photo before finishing it! For our entrées, I ordered the cod and my husband had the burger without the bun. The cod was honestly one of the best I've ever had--perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The pea purée that accompanied it was equally delicious and complemented the fish beautifully. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger, and I couldn't resist helping myself to some of his fries, which were excellent as well. Every part of this meal was enjoyable, from the drink and food to the warm hospitality and comfortable atmosphere. Needless to say, we both left very happy.

It gives old world charm meets NYC cool and the combination just works. The drinks set the tone perfectly. The Espresso Martini was bold and smooth, and the Heatwave Margarita had this creamy tropical quality that was really unique. Food-wise, the Smoked Salmon Plate with soda bread was a delish, first time trying soda bread and it was a solid pairing with the dish. The Asparagus & Spring Pea Quiche was hearty, savory and golden crusted perfection. But the star? The French Toast, sitting in a warm maple sauce topped with a cloud of cream. Fluffy, indulgent and an absolute must order!
