    Chicharron with Yucca

Great little Spanish fusion fast food place. My husband got the chicharrones which he loved and I got the steak chimichanga which was delicious. The tres leches was good, the cake itself was a rough texture and it didn't really hit the tres leches spot so I probably wouldn't get it again. Over all I would definitely go back and try some other things.

Love that you can get your to go box without having to ask for one

We drive to DC a lot as that's where my husband's family lives. Therefore we are always looking for somewhere quick and tasty to stop for food on the way. Chicken Fiesta is a quick service rotisserie chicken and Tex-Mex restaurant in Colonial Heights (also has other locations). It hit on all cylinders. It is close off of 95, the food came out fast, and it was fresh and tasty. We have come here a couple times, but we decided to sit inside and eat our meal there this time as a break from the road. The space was clean and service quick. Fountain sodas available (Pepsi products). I ordered the quarter rotisserie chicken. The chicken is juicy and the skin crispy. It also comes with a few dipping sauces which I like. The chicken is the star for sure. It is served with 2 sides and I selected fries and coleslaw. If you want a veggie side the options here are kinda limited. I have gotten the salad before and it's kinda sad (just basically lettuce). The coleslaw wasn't much better, it was very finely chopped and mostly mayonnaise. The fries were also just okay. Wedges aren't my favorite cut and they lacked seasoning. Dipping them in ketchup or the sauces from the chicken definitely helped. The meal is satisfying and a good fast option if you want something other than typical fast food on the road.

I've been ordering from this location for a long time. I've never had any issues with my orders, whether it be dine in or carry out. I've also got catering here, which is very affordable and you get a lot of food. Every time I've visited this location, it's very clean and the employees are very nice and friendly. I've had multiple items; chicken platter tacos, enchiladas, salmon salad, friend ice cream- it never disappoints. Tonight I ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice. It came with 4 but I ate one before remembering to snap a pic. They look small but they're filling for sure!

New to town and was looking for something different. I saw this place not far from Walmart so I decided to give it a try. Upon walking in you see juicy chicken on this revolver just dripping all its goodness as it turns and cooks. There is plenty of options to try on the menu from chicken to steak to seafood. I decided to try the grilled chicken tacos with a side of chips and guacamole. They don't have salsa but the guacamole was really good. I also got a small horchata with my meal. The person who took my order was kind of to ask if I wanted my drink then or when I got my food since I did decide to sit down on the inside and eat. The tables were clean and it seemed like there's traffic that flows through pretty often but they keep it clean on the inside. I can say that these were probably the best grilled chicken tacos I have had in a long time. The chicken was so good and juicy. It was not dry at all and the rice with the garlic butter! So good. At first I was skeptical about putting the butter on the rice but once I did there was none left to take as left overs. I killed the whole plate of rice and beans while sitting down. It was enough to take some items home so it is a good price for the size. If you are looking for something quick and good, this chicken place is great! I can definitely see myself going back before I leave town.

    Grilled Chicken Tacos; Fiesta Platter

My daughter absolutely loves eating at Chicken Fiesta and since we were in the area, she wanted me to try it out for myself. The amazing smell of the rotisserie chicken hit me as soon as I walked in. Chicken Fiesta offers tacos, burritos, salads, sandwiches and whole, half or quarter size rotisserie chicken. I decided on the Grilled Chicken Tacos Fiesta Platter which came with rice, beans and filling for the tacos. Thankfully, it didn't take very long for the food to be prepared and I was very pleased with how much food they provided. The grilled chicken was absolutely delicious. It was juicy, tender and flavorful. The platter came with two different sauces and I'm not sure what flavor they were but they were amazing on the tacos. The rice and beans were okay but I could have done without them. Overall, I can see why my daughter enjoys this place and I definitely plan on returning to try some of their other items as well.

Right off the highway and with good reviews, we decided to stop in on a Tuesday evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu has a bit of everything, so it was hard to make up our minds. My partner got the chicken sandwich, which was super tasty and not short on chicken or grilled veggies. He also added an egg, which was an extra $1. I went for the fiesta burger, which had a good taste; I just wish they used ground meat versus a frozen patty. The sauce spread, lettuce, and ripe tomato were perfect for a burger. The steak fries were home made and not super greasy. The restaurant is super clean and there's plenty of parking out front. Definitely worth a try!

We ordered over the phone & got it to go. I do not eat Mexican food, so I've never been here before. To my surprise though, this place had some things I wanted to try. I got ribs/steak & double rice, and my family got beef taco salad and the soft taco platter. My steak was so thin. I was in shock when I opened the box, but I gave it a taste anyway. It was actually tasty & the ribs were DELICIOUS and tender. The rice was yellow with veggies in it. It was tasty too. My family's taco salad didn't have a good flavor to it. It was bland. The soft tacos were good though. I am happy to say that I eat Mexican food now & clearly have been missing out. I will definitely be back!!

Remember the year without a Santa Claus? I know, it's sounds random but bear with me. Santa had made a side trip to Petersburg, Virginia and he was hungry. It was a long trip, hot in the summer so he didn't have the luxury of time warping reindeer speed. He decided to stop in at Chicken Fiesta and try the enchiladas. Now as the name implies, they specialize in chicken and rotisserie chicken at that. But the enchilada combo plate caught Santa's. As he waited for his for to be prepared he marveled at how clean the place was. I mean real clean with staff (he knew they were staff because it said STAFF on the back of their uniform t-shirts) on the constant search for areas and tables to clean and straighten out. Top-notch he mentioned to himself. "I must remember to add extra gifts to their stockings come Christmas time", he said under his breath with joyful glee. His food arrived and what a beautiful colorful array of food. This is Tex-Mex done right. And Tex-Mex in the heart of Virginia. Who would have guessed? He started in on his plate and the cheese, oh the gooey cheese! Just the right consistency. The enchiladas just right. Beans, rice, pico de gallo! Yum. Everything was fine. Then he noticed the little plastic container of green sauce. He took his fork and tasted it..... The screen went blank. The was the last anyone heard from Santa until he recovered some months later and unfortunately Christmas had passed. What was it that brought Santa to his knees, you ask? It was the green crack!

Excellent location! Omg the fried yuca is amazing! I got the steak, fried yuca and a salad for 9.95 My husband got Lomo Saltado and loved it. Their sauces are perfect. Seriously it is very yummy and this review is short because I am so full!

Ordered a few chicken items. Everything I got was really good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. They had chicken on the rotisserie so you know the food you're getting was fresh cooked. The guacamole was really good and the chicken was tender and flavored very well.

Needless to say it made us go HMM but the reviews looked good on Google my wife picked it and we are always open for something new. The food is AMaAZING! India and Mexican fusion, what what?? Didn't get a picture of it but the chicken tandoori nachos were fabulous... Lots of those red flavorful nuggets of chicken, with I assume white cheese sauce / queso blanco and refried beans all on top of tortilla chips. We were basically full after this Wife got a quesabirria (with a ton of refried beans - I'm a big fan of) and I got a quesadilla Texana - we barely were able to eat it and had a ton of leftovers. Quick service but place was far from busy; I can only assume the owner came over to check on how the food is and what we thought - he is Indian and wife is Mexican which site makes sense for the fusion cuisine. Highly recommended! Bit out of our way but whenever we are going south on 95 and hungry, we will def check it back out. My wife wanted to try something involving the butter chicken.
