Excited to have a Chicken Fiesta so close by. Have been to the other Midlo location, loved it, but it was a long way to get home with hot food. Haven't yet tried everything on the menu but everything I have had has been delish. The ribs ($11.25 w/2 sides) were meaty and cooked to perfection with a not-too-sweet sauce. Fried yucca ($2.15) with aji amarillo sauce is a delicious diversion from fries. A whole rotisserie chicken w/2 sides for $15.75. Flan or tres leches cake. ¡Si a todo! Absolute worst experience. I forgot to take a picture. I ordered four chicken tacos and rice no beans ask them to put chicken and cheese on side because the meat is wet like makes tacos soggy and it's disgusting. They made it as a regular order. And I called for a replacement. They want me to bring the same wet soggy food up there for proof, the proof is that I paid cash and left with a doggy bag! Fuck this location and the manager I will never eat here again. Take care of your customers first! I will not be returning or spending another dime there. Be ware and check your food before you leave. People work hard for their money. Money doesn't grow on trees. My hard earned money is keeping y'all employed. This is inexcusable and unacceptable. So awesomely delicious. Their chicken sandwich is the best thing I've eaten in a month! Too sloppy to eat while driving though. Nachos different from any you've had before. Beware the green sauce. I was in the mood for Mexican with a different flare, so I decided to check out Chicken Fiesta for the first time. I got a few things cuz I was getting lunch and dinner for the day, with hopes of leftovers for lunch the next day as well. During Covid, sometimes you get tired of cooking and washing dishes. Just being honest :-) First, I ordered the grilled chicken tacos with soft corn tortillas which comes with rice & beans and second I ordered a steak burrito platter which also comes with rice & beans, plus an extra side of pico de gallo that I don't think was worth $1.25 for the small amount but it did taste pretty good. The food was warm, not hot but not too bad. I enjoyed the food. I enjoyed the steak better than the chicken. The chicken was kinda dry. Actually the tacos were bare, meat and shell only. I guess you have to put everything together yourself. So I didn't really care for that part. I like my tacos juicy & full of toppings. I hate to give a bad review as Chicken fiesta is one of my top go to restaurants. Unfortunately I've tried this location and it's by far the worst. Customer service is excellent. I'm a regular therefore my order is the same: steak fiesta salad, dressing on the side and extra steak on the side or whole chick meal. When I visited this location my chicken was dry and hard. Steak in my salad was extra cold and dry. Now I know it's on a salad but every knows chickens fiesta salad steak is warm, tender and full of flavor. Not here, I've tried twice. read more

I got the steak and ribs with rice and French fries. It was enough for two meals and very very good. The price was also not bad at all.

Sadly I must give this restaurant one star. In better times, I might have given them four: the food tastes great, portions are ample and prices are reasonable. But no lunch is worth getting a deadly disease. I went to the drive-through on Dec. 29, with the pandemic in full swing and predicted to get worse, and there was an employee in the kitchen wearing his cloth face mask as a chin strap, and a second (the manager?) wearing a disposable mask that did not cover his nose. I told the nice lady at the window (who was properly masked) that because I had already paid I would take the food and decide on the way home whether to eat it or not, but I would not be back until the pandemic passes because of the chin strap guy and she said he hadn't touched my food. That's not the point! The virus is transmitted through the air - you don't have to touch anything to pass it. Just breathing is sufficient; talking is worse, and this guy seemed to be a real blabbermouth. Regardless, the fact that two people were going around improperly masked does not speak well of the store's management or their attention to sanitation. Sorry, not worth the risk. I love Chicken Fiesta! I highly recommend Carne Asada tacos. The meat is so tender and flavorful, I could lick the plate clean. I also love their salmon salad, tacos and rotisserie chicken. The yucca fries with the yellow sauce is the stuff of dreams. Ribs are very tasty and the enchiladas are a favorite. There are a few things that I think need improvement. I'm a huge guacamole fan, and theirs isn't quite up to snuff for me. A little too much onion and I'm not sure, but the avocado seems like it was frozen and thawed. Plus, you also just don't get very much for the cost. I was also disappointed in the flan. The texture wasn't quite smooth enough for me. Honestly, I wasn't able to finish it. Last time I went, I tried the Carne Asada meal, since the tacos are something I order almost every time. Sorry to say it didn't compare. The meat wasn't nearly as tender or flavorful. All that being said, it's one of our family favorites and we are SO glad they came to Midlothian! read more

Food was good but not great. Portions are enormous. Guacamole was delicious. My only real complaint is that they use styrofoam and I'm eliminating all restaurants that use this so I will not be going back unless they switch to more eco friendly packaging. read more

Great food and great service!! I ordered a rather large order in the drive thru and the employees were very patient with me and got my food out in a timely manner. My entire order was correct including the extra sauces I asked for on the side! I usually get either the chicken grande burrito or the veggie burrito and both are 10/10 as well as the yucca. We had an excellent meal at this new location tonight! The staff is extremely friendly & welcoming! I had the ribs & chicken both were amazing as were the yucca fries and black beans! I highly recommend the cookie for dessert the coconut & caramel are very yummy and not overly sweet. We will definitely be back the drive through is an added plus!! read more

Normally I love Chicken fiesta. However we had one person in our group that ordered steak so I believe they made our tacos and then waited for the steak to be done to call our order. We started to eat and our tacos were soggy and mushy and fell apart. I asked for fresh shells to eat our tacos and she said I would have to pay for another shell. Im used to the sogginess and eat them in a hurry or they will fall apart. But to be served tacos that have broken from the bottom and far apart as soon as we pick them up is unacceptable. This restaurant and the new Midlothian location is the best in flavor but the colonial heights location lacks any flavor. Lesson to be learned: get one taco at a time and dont order with a group that doesnt get tacos or they will be taco salad in seconds read more

I had lunch at Chicken Vista in Midlothian with my family to celebrate my daughter's success in 5th grade. The food was good and reasonably priced. We had chicken, fries and salad. Their chicken is full of flavor and so moist, but their fries are moist, and you won't hear the delicious crunchy sound as you grind them in your mouth. Also, their salad is just a vegetable that does not have any distinct flavor that makes me dive into it. Relaxing atmosphere for dining. The place is always clean inside and outside. I very much enjoyed eating my food at a round brown table under the canopy and enjoying the beautiful air in front of the restaurant. Staff have a welcoming demeanor. Their smiles and words are comforting and friendly. They have good behavior and patience, especially when my son poured the sauce and juice on the floor and started crying. The amount of food is good and at reasonable prices. We were able to enjoy the food without being sad about paying our money without interest. We can come back again to enjoy the rich chicken, the distinctive flavor and the pleasant atmosphere especially at sunset time. It was a good experience. read more
