Food is good. The service was quick and there was seatings for those that wants to dine in. It was reminded me of hotboys but with quicker service and better parking. I got the chicken Sando Jr. in mild and it was the perfect size and heat. I don't think I could have finished the regular. My friend ordered the medium spice level and he said it was a bit too hot which I agree. I think the spice level here is higher than most places because the mild has a KICK and I love spicy food. The waffle fries with cheese is just regular waffle fries with a cheese sauce on the side. When we ordered it again we got cheese dust on the side which was strange. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed Hangry Joe's! The Chicken Sando was very flavorful (and despite it being a to-go order and sitting in the car for a long time, it still tasted great)! The chicken was perfectly cooked and is much bigger than the bun; the combination of the chicken with the bun, slaw, pickle, and sauce was so good! I will definitely be ordering this menu item again. The waffle fries included with the combo had good flavor. The portion was good as well. Although, I prefer my fries to be more well-fried and less mushy. The mild spice level wasn't spicy at all to me. However, I tried the next spice level above (medium) on the wings and it was uncomfortably spicy to me, so I'll personally stick with mild. Super delicious food! The sandwich was a huge breast piece twice the size of the bun. The waffle fries are made to a crisp perfection. A little too much salt for me but still super delicious. I got the mild heat on the sandwich and there was still a little kick which I liked but be warned if you are sensitive to spice. They only have Pepsi products to drink. Not a lot of parking spaces so could see that being a challenge when all businesses are open. Prices seemed pretty good with meals for about $11-12 and they give you a nice size portion. Nearest competitors to compare it to would be a Dave's Hot Chicken or Nashville Hot Chicken. Flavors were really good and the chicken was crisp. The heat level of what they call "hot" was pretty good and had the heat level of about a habanero. Not over the top but you feel the heat. Saw this spot on Insta and we just had to try it out. It did not disappoint. The chicken in the sandwich was massive. By the time you even reach the bun you are already full however you now bite into new textures and flavors so you just keep eating. The chicken has a wonderful flavor and perfect amount of crunch to it. The inside of the sandwich has a chopped slaw, best pickles, and their sauce. The bread was nice and soft and was able to handle everything inside so that was nice. We also ordered some spicy soy garlic wings to try them out cause we love our wings and those were also perfectly flavored and had a perfect crunch. Service was amazing, I walked in and couldn't read the menu cause I forgot my darn glasses however Ava was wonderful and patient. She read the menu to me without hesitation. Been wanting to try this place because all the photos look amazing. Went with my friend and he got their tenders combo and I got the Korean fried nuggets that comes with rice. I got the spicy soy glaze. Ok so the portions are HUGE and the chicken is juicy. But I was really disappointed in the spicy soy glaze flavor. It tasted like burnt soy sauce and even looked really dark on the chicken. It has zero spicy and honestly didn't taste that great. I was expecting either Korean yang yang flavor or bonchon soy glaze flavor. The rice was also very mushy. Wish they had some sesame seeds and green onions on it or something. My friend enjoyed his huge tenders but he did not like their dipping sauce. It was very sweet ketchup forward. He said raisin canes sauce is way better. He said his tenders were super juicy but the dryrub tasted more like just paprika and red chile powder than anything else. Hoping it was just off that day whoever made the sauces didn't know what they're doing. Gonna probably give them a try again in the future to see if they improve. First - you order at an electronic kiosk - not a deal breaker but it's funny how everyone has a tipping screen programed yet where's the actual service? Next - ordered hot wings (level hot) and they are actually too spicy to enjoy. Spicer tolerance is subjective yes, but I have high spice tolerance and this was too hot to actually enjoy. Ordered a wrap for my daughter at medium level - that was pretty spicy. I can get past the spice levels - but why this gets 1 star is 1) kiosk ordering and no service 2) everyone in my family had severe stomach cramping and issues later. The wings had A LOT of oil. I'm not sure if they clean their fryer and replace with fresh oil or if they are using old oil but 3 out of 3 people with severe cramping and stomach issues - we won't be back. read more

I came in with some friends on a Tuesday around 730pm. There was just one person waiting inside. As soon as you walk in you can see their wall art it looks nice. The place is kinda narrow inside and seats about 12 people. When I seen their menu I looked and seen they had boba tea! I was super exited because if my sandwich was too hot I was going to cool it down with this but they don't me they didn't have any at the moment :(. The total for three people was 82 with some change I was a little shocked because that was quite a lot for just us. Anyways, I tried the Sando Jr. it was actually big for being the jr. The only thing I did not like was it looked like two tenders or frog legs hanging out not a chicken breast. I got a medium flavor and did not get any kick nor spice with it. I did love how the chicken actually has a taste to it. Unlike other places were it is bland. I also tried the Korean chicken nuggets. I did like the sauce used but anytime I've had Korean chicken there is a nice crunch and that wasn't here. It says chicken nuggets but these were more like cut up chicken tenders. Newly opened chicken spot that needs more experience to deliver a decent product. Workers are basically just either standing around waiting just like a conveyor belt. It's obvious they can't process more than one thing at the same time. And as for the chicken, mine was overcooked. Not much I can do, especially if it's takeout and you're stuck with what they give you. BUT WAIT!!!! Combo does NOT include a drink. Really, why not? 20 cents for a cup and 15 cents for the soda. Makes no sense. Even the pictures on the menu board of the combos show drinks with them. I am not the only person who questioned this. While I was there, 3 other customers questioned the lack of drink and were told the same thing I was, combos don't come with drinks. One guy even said to them, "don't call it a combo". They reply sorry. I liked the food and would be interested in going back, but if I have to pay an extra $3.85 for a drink, which is a must have when eating hot chicken, I don't think I will be going back.
