Sometimes even when I order online, I'll still need to wait beyond the arrival time. If I could give a more accurate rating, it would be slightly below a 3-star review, as it has happened way too frequently that they are understaff and they cannot meet their arrival pick up times. Just recently in June of 2026, I waited over 10-minutes from the expected pickup time from my online order.
