Really like this place! It took me a few months to go out for a visit and I just so happened to show up on customer appreciation day! This location also has a drive thru which I will definitely use next time. I ordered a scoop of the chicken salad with onion and my husband ordered a scoop of the chicken salad with jalapeno. Yes, they all have cute names but I'm horrible at remembering names. We also received a free scoop of their traditional/original chicken salad due to customer appreciation day. They had an issue with their ticketing system, so I ended up waiting for a while. I received a coupon for a future visit and the staff could not have been nicer. I'm not too crazy about this location. It's new but there are issues already. Quality of food is not up to standards. Got old scraped up from the bottom Mac and cheese, order was wrong, sandwich was missing pesto mayo. They did try to rectify the wrong order by giving me a free scoop of what I should've gotten but I wasn't going to drive 20 min back to this place. They put my name in a "book" so I can get my free scoop next time. When life gets back to normal, I'll just once in a blue moon visit the tampa location instead. I didn't want to leave a review but I've called twice to inform them that I'm finding bugs in my lettuce in the sandwiches that I order. My last 3 consecutive orders have had insects in the lettuce. I no longer feel comfortable coming to this location. I have felt the need to check my sandwiches before eating them and good thing I do because I keep finding bugs. They told me that they rinse their lettuce well but it's been at the top of the lettuce which makes me think they aren't washing it at all. Please fix this problem so that we can continue coming to this location. Super upsetting considering this is the only chicken salad chick near me. read more

The associate working at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. She offered to let us sample several different chicken salads. I had the Olivia's old south on toasted sandwich bread. The bread was soft and nicely toasted. I also had a slice of pumping cheesecake which was delicious as well. The strawberry lemonade was also very good and refreshing. I visited Chicken Salad Chick for the first time on last Saturday. The staff was genuinely friendly. The server/cashier offered my husband and I a sample of the chicken salad. I ordered the original chicken salad ( one scoop) and one slice of pumpkin cheesecake. My husband ordered the chicken salad sandwich. OMG...the absolute best chicken salad!!! So I moved here, I thought it was quite strange to have a chicken salad only restaurant with drive-thru. But who am I kidding! I met a friend for lunch here recently since I had been wanting to try it! It's a fast service place so you walk up to the counter and order. The service was friendly and they have some grab and go options as you walk to the counter. I got my husband the Sassy Scotty since it was a bacon & cheese, which is his thing. I tried the lemon basil chicken salad & the chicken artichoke florentine soup. The only problem I had is I'm pretty sure they forgot my food. My friend got her food quickly and mine took a while so we went up to the front and asked them and they made sure and got it to us quickly with apologies so it really was not a big deal, mistakes happen. It was still delicious and we were chatting so it was no big deal. It came with a iced sugar cookie that was so delish too. This is a really great lunch spot and everything I tried was super tasty. I thought the Fancy Nancy needed more fruit, I didn't get any grapes in mine but 2 apple pieces. It was still good though. The grape salad is something I've made at home and theirs is just as good. The service was very fast. The food is delicious. I ordered the Signature BLT with the Fancy Nancy chicken salad and a side of mac and cheese. The restaurant has a unique menu. They have about 10 -15 chicken salads you can get in a scoop, sandwich, or salad. They also sell soups and kids meals. It's pretty healthy no junk food. Most of their food items are gluten free. All meals come with a pickle and a cookie. Very clean and new. My only negative is that the floor is carpet. I'm a huge believer that restaurants should NOT have carpet because they get dirty quickly and trap smells. read more
