The service at this place was great! Very friendly! We got the order to go. We went at 7pm and they were out of a ton. The chicken salad was amazing! I got a spicy pimento BLT that was TERRIBLE. It had bacon but crumbles and not actual bacon strips which kinda ruined it for me. Chicken poblano soup was good! Soda fountain was out of most sodas either no syrup or no carbonation. Staff is woke AF and unfriendly. The gay black man at the counter heard me say loud and clear I wanted white bread. Immediately after he was like "you want wheat"? I've never been here, and the front counter dude acted ultra irritated when I didn't already know which kind of chicken salad I wanted on my chicken salad sandwich. No offer to help me decide. I had no idea there even was multiple types. I explained I'd never been here before and he just gave me a shitty look with no response. Then I ordered a side of soup, he didn't even ring it up, which I found out when I got my order and it wasn't there. I did get the side of salad that I ordered, but in my to-go bag he gave me no fork which are kept behind the counter. I could see them right there. I asked "do you guys have a fork or something"? To which he grabbed one and gave it to me, no apology or friendliness whatsoever. Never asked if I was eating here or taking out, clearly he preferred me to just leave. I was SO enthusiastic about getting some dinner to go for a meeting I had. I have had their chicken salads from coworkers who have brought it into work and I knew exactly what I'd get. Fancy Nancy with a side of broccoli salad. I ordered it and got my drink and when I opened the container at the meeting, I let out an audible, unenthusiastic "woa". One piece of lettuce for the bed, as expected, but a minuscule scoop of chicken salad. I mean like between a third and a quarter cup scoop. The side salad was smaller. It all tasted good but holy crap, for $13? It was a "welp" moment. Basically "welp, I won't be going back". Bummer. read more

First time at Chicken Salad Chick. This is a newer location so it was very nice inside, very clean. The service was friendly. I ordered a scoop of Classic Carol which is their most basic chicken salad. I also added a scoop of Sassy Scotty which has ranch, bacon, and cheddar cheese blended in. Both were very good. Large scoops of chicken salad. I was impressed and will be back again to try other flavors of chicken. They have around 12 flavors along with some cheese spreads, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
