Hello I visited the Popeyes drive thru on Friday 4/10 with my wife for the first time and and it will be my last. The Glenway ave. Unit was horrible. First I ordered 2 #3's payed $22 and no cheese on my chicken sandwiches! Cheese was on both, I ordered 2 mashed potatoes and received NO fork or spoon for the potatoes! For the 2 #3's I received 19 napkins for just 2 sandwiches. Being a retired Wendy's GM i assure you it was a horrible experience. Since ate it in the car between appointments, we scooped our potatoes with our coke straw! Thank goodness, they gave straws with our drinks!! read more

Only 2 PCs regular... clerk tried to give only chicken (no sides), and this was 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The 2 associates who went to the parking lot to attend a street pharmacy transaction really elevated the ambiance for the experience. Do yourself a favor and get pizza instead. Pathetically awful service. Sat in the drive thru for fifteen minutes and it only moved because people were smart enough to give up and leave. Eventually we gave up as well and walked inside, stupidly thinking that would be the more expedient option. The employees there were lackadaisical and flippant, acting put off when several customers came back inside to complain about their order being wrong or missing items. We stood in line for another ten minutes, with literally only two groups ahead of us, and just listened in borderline awe as the person working the cash register listed all of the things they were out of, up to and including various lid sizes for containers and drinks. Every time someone told her their order was incorrect, she reacted like they were telling her a bad joke. It was a genuinely awkward experience, and it felt like no one was in charge or taking any kind of responsibility and that the entire place was completely at sea. People LOVE Popeye's chicken enough to put up with this farce of a franchise enough to keep it open, somehow, which to me means they could make an absolute killing around here if they could just hire a few employees that care enough to do their jobs correctly, or maybe just burn this one down and start over from scratch. I went through the drive thru at this location a few Friday nights ago. I'm not sure if they're doing dining room business yet but when and if they do I will revisit this restaurant then and see how it goes. As for the drive thru visit they parked me for a few minutes since I had a big order and they wanted the food to be hot and fresh which I greatly appreciated. Everything was exactly as I ordered it and the service was very good so full marks in that department. I got a big box of basic fried chicken with the spicy breading. The breading is exploding with awesome Cajun flavour and the chicken was juicy. The breasts were slighty on the small side but not too bad. Excellent fried chicken in my book. I also got their famous Spicy Chicken Sandwich which despite the fact it's kind of droopy and sad looking is still one of the best on the market. The spicy chicken breast is flavourful and awesome but the sauce is what makes this sandwich stand apart. It's kind of like a spicy chipolte mayo thing and it's legendary. The biscuits are kind of meh but the Cajun Fries are quite good. I still miss the Cajun Rice and wish very much it would make a return. In any case a darn good Friday night dinner to pick up. read more

No one for writing reviews but they took over 40 minutes to get our order to us, put it in the system wrong first as well which isn't a problem because we went in, SUPER slow, had employees working high, walking like zombies, multiple orders went out before us and people came back with and said things were missing.
