I have been waiting for this place to open! I've been excited about it! Pros- It was tasty! I tried the Classic Carol and Olivia's Old South. Con's-I was very confused when ordering- I didn't want a combo--just chicken salad and crackers. A little pricey.

I've seen so many video reviews of Chicken Salad Chick on social media, so I was super curious to try this place. Right away, I was happy to see a drive-thru. Parking is kind of a pain in this plaza, so that was a bonus. They have several different types of chicken salad available. I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant, but I'm pretty sure they gave me Classic Carol. It was still really good. It comes with a choice of side (I just got chips, but they have some tasty looking sides), a pickle, and a little sugar cookie. The price wasn't too bad for everything you get. Overall, this is a nice addition to the area with a different option from the typical sandwich places.

The space is really nice. I didn't think there would be so many tables, but they are cleverly designed and spaced out to give customers lots of different options. I like the concept of their menu, placing the focus on the chicken salad as the star. You choose which of the dozen or so chicken salads you would like and determine if you would like it as a scoop or on a croissant. There are also options to add it to green salads. They also have chicken salad and sides prepared in "to go" containers, making it easy to swing by and pick up food to take home for dinner, lunch, a gathering, etc. My friend had the Fancy Nancy (fruity) chicken salad on a Croissant and thought that, while the chicken salad was good, it was overshadowed by the amount of croissant. The sandwich came with a side, drink, and buttercream frosted cookie. She plans to try the scoop next time so she can focus on the chicken salad a bit more (which she felt could have used a touch more fruit in it). As for me, I felt like trying out a bunch of sides (and dessert, of course). I enjoyed the pasta salad, Mac and cheese, and grape salad as sides. The pasta salad had a nice amount of pepper and other seasonings to it that made it especially appetizing. The Mac and cheese was good... not bad, not great... but overall quite satisfying. The grape salad was to die for! Their sweetness mixed with the crunch they sprinkled on top left me wanting more. But I had a cake to eat, so I turned my attention to another sweet treat. The slice of cake it quite large, so make sure you save space for it. They already have slices prepped in "to go" containers, though, so you are always able to eat what you can and take the rest home. I thought the cake was quite delicious and moist. I would recommend trying it when you are there. All in all, I like the unique business model of this restaurant and look forward to trying it again soon.

I did drive through on a week day around 11:30. It was fast and a complete order. I did The Chick special with Fancy Nancy I think so any chicken salad scoop and a side. I got the potato soup since it's so cold out! It was about $11 with tax. I highly recommend and all the first few months kinks seem ironed out.

A friend suggested I go here and said the chicken salad was great. I'm a big fan of chicken salad, so there was no question I'd be stopping. The inside is nice and simple with table clothed tables if you choose to eat your food there. You can also get meals and containers of chicken salad and other dishes to go. They also had a drive thru! I opted to get a container of chicken salad - so many options! With fruit, with nuts, spicy, the OG original. Since it was my first time there I got the original Classic Carol. And Carol didn't disappoint! The serving size was 2-3 and for me it was two sandwiches and a snack. A little pricey at $7.99 a container, but I feel like that's about what it's costing at the grocery store and this was much better. Refrigerated chicken can sometimes change flavor as the days pass (iykyk), but this did not. The staff was extremely friendly and explained the different choices. Next time I'd like to go and get one of the meals. Add it to your list people. This stuff is great!

First time I ate there the food was pretty good. Could've probably had a little bit more mayonnaise to it, but the prices were kind of high.

My husband had 2 Zero Eddys and the Tribute two for lunch. He raved about the lobster bisque. I had the Tribute two with French Onion Soup and a really wonderful piece of chicken parm, along with iced tea. We started our meal out with the Burrata Caprese and could have made a meal out of it! We will definitely return!

We're greeted promptly and seated right away. Our waitress took our drink order, two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc , a strawberry Mojito and a local brew. Their wine list is not great. When she returned with our drinks, we ordered some appetizers. We ordered the Wagyu meatballs, the Barrata, the Caio de Pepa, garlic rosemary fries, and the deviled eggs. Apps came out in a timely manner, and then we ordered dinner. For dinner we ordered the rigatoni and the pork belly carbonara (OMG). We ended the night with two desserts. The chocolate cheesecake and the blueberry cobbler à la mode. The ambience is definitely vibing & loud but you're still able to hold conversations at your table without having to talk louder. The place was packed. It was a Friday night. Our server was phenomenal. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. The FOOD REVIEW: Wagyu meatballs-SKIP them. They didn't taste like wagyu to us & they were overcooked and dry EVEN sitting in tomato sauce. Ick, The Barrata app was our favorite! Very flavorful. Very appetizing. The Caio de Pepa-SKIP it. Not at all what I thought was ordered. How dare they put a fried spin on an iconic Italian dish. FAIL. Deviled eggs were tasty. We really liked the pickled jalapeño topper. Maybe add a bigger square of Bacon. Garlic Rosemary Fries-Nothing special but the garlic aïoli was tasty. The rigatoni-I love the authentic Italian egg touch. The pork belly carbonara-WINNER WINNER!!!!!! This was so delicious!!!!! I couldn't get enough of it even when I was full. Absolutely hits all of your taste buds & senses!!!! I'm craving it again tonight. I want to pickup an order to bring with me back to Arizona, for my foodie friends to try. It's that good. Don't pass on the pork belly carbonara.!!!!! Chocolate cheesecake-SKIP it. Nothing special. Blueberry cobbler à la mode-GET IT!!!! Wow!!!!! Another delicious option!!!!! If I could eat, the pork belly carbonara & the blueberry cobbler à la lode, every day for the rest of my life, I would be happy!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I've had the most vicious craving lately and this location is safer for me to satisfy that urge. I really only go with friends who live in the area and we order ahead online. They currently do not allow dine-in and this makes for even more minimal interaction with the staff, but they're plenty polite and professional. (It is a good size dining area though, especially with the patio!) We haven't had any issues with accuracy or quality either. Our food is always ready when we arrive. I hesitated to order straight off the menu since I have my insider tricks, but I was pleasantly surprised when my dish wasn't burnt or dried out as expected. Props to this location for always having their ish together. Definitely recommend over the CR locations any day. Try the penne rosa or spicy Korean noodle and don't bother with sides lol.

Now it has broken windows, leaking pipes, dirty bathrooms, and some sort of ban on vacuuming the floor. The menu screens over the counter were off, but don't worry--an employee's phone was propped up and playing a TV show. And (like at so many other places that have shifted 90% of their focus to pickup and delivery orders) we had to wait a really long time for our in-person food. Two of our three dishes were done and plated right away, and then we watched them fill about five other orders before our third dish was cooked, so by the time we got our food, one bowl was steaming and two were lukewarm. I regretted saying "in person" pretty much the moment I said it, but we were also about 30 minutes from home and wanted to eat before our food got cold--now I know that it would have been cold either way, and we would have been better off going straight home and eating a bowl of cereal.
