Food: such a variety of chicken salad, delightful Service: Great servers Ambiance: Family friendly

Fancy Nancy on a croissant. Yum!
    Cindy A.

I rarely give a "fast food" place 5 stars, but this one deserves it. The food was delicious! I had a "Fancy Nancy" on a croissant with a side of tomato bisque soup. Everything was fresh and the soup was hot. They even provided crackers and a mini frosted cookie as part of my meal. My tummy and taste buds are very happy! The staff was friendly and efficient, handling orders, takeout, and online orders without a hitch. The restaurant was following all COVID protocols and was bright and clean. This was definitely a good choice for lunch today!

This was our very first visit. Arrived at 12:30pm on a Friday and it was very busy. Majority of the tables were occupied so we weren't sure if we would be able to sit and eat. We waited for about 15 minutes and were able to order our meal. Most employees we encountered were nice but not bubbly or welcoming. The young lady behind the counter took our order and gave us a receipt to sit and wait for our order. We waited for around 15 minutes for our order to be called out. Thankfully we were able to find a table to sit at. Tables weren't very clean but no biggie, I can wipe down a table. Food was ok. The buffalo barclay was tasty with a nice kick. Classic carol on a BLT sandwich was just okay. I didn't find it to be anything special. The potato soup was very good - I would recommend you try that. They even top it with bits of bacon. The chicken salad melt was a much better option than the BLT and I would order that one again. Each meal comes with a small frosted sugar cookie which is actually pretty good. They do have an app where you can accumulate points but we didn't learn about it until we read the bottom of the receipt. Casual spot to have lunch.

IM A FAN!! I look for a location almost everywhere I go now. On this visit I had the sassy scotty BLT on a croissant so good aka... yummerz Every location I have been to is clean neat and every employee I encounter is very friendly. I have only tried sassy scotty and classic carol, olivia's old south. I feel tempted everytime to try the others, like buffalo and barbie Q flavor. I will be sure to on my next visits cause there will definitely be more.

I wish I could begin to describe how amazing this place is! SERIOUSLY service is always amazing greeted with smiles all round! The ambiance and vibe of the place just make you feel at home and give amazing energy! FOR THE FOOD I have never gotten anything bad from here, my go to is the jalapeño holly toasted bread with a cup of their soup of the day or another scoop of literally any other chicken salad! EVERYTHING HERE IS AMAZING and comes with the best cookie I've possibly ever had! 10/10 would recommend!

I came here for the first time today for lunch, although I've passed it numerous times when I am visiting the Kennesaw area. I missed breakfast and so by 11:15am I was starving! I drove by and saw this place was open. After much consideration I decided to finally give this place a try. I chose to do the *Special* Original Chick, which comes with your choice of any sandwich or scoop and one side item, pickle spear, & the cookie of the day. I picked the Dixie Chick chicken on wheat bread and as my side I picked the soup of the day which was Chicken & Artichoke Florentine, a little salty but tasty. The Dixie Chick is described as their "most offensive salad" definitely for the onion lover, however the onion flavor was very mild yet delicious. My wheat bread was so soft and perfect addition to my chicken salad! The cookie of the day was a chocolate chip cookie which was a perfect way to end my lunch. Overall, I enjoyed my dish tremendously! Would I come back? Most definitely! You must like chicken salad to come here and who doesn't? And for the price, you can't beat it! I will gladly pass Panera Bread next time and come here instead. Give this place a try!

Broccoli salad - good because of the bacon.

In the category of fast-casual chicken salad restaurants, The Chick is the best. Five stars. Great chicken salad - flavor, texture, consistency. Classic Carol was ... classically good. Kickin' Kay Lynn, although not very kickin', is delicious and offered a good counterpoint to the classic. Dining companion had sandwich with Jalapeno Holly - reported satisfaction and 'a bit of kick'. Very tasty broccoli salad side but mostly - OK partly - because of the bacon. I do like broccoli. Nice setup. Two middle rows of booths available that have a high enough wall from those in the other row to avoid being distracted by others. Some regular four tops, too. Tastefully appointed space, and quiet without being tomb-like. Very pleasant ambiance which makes this a good spot to lunch with friends or coworkers. Not too expensive, really. The trio for $8.50 was quite filling.

Their take-out did not disappoint....sandwich was toasted to perfection, and the fruit was so fresh. Compare that to your to-go Panera.

HOW DOES THIS NOT HAVE A 5 STAR AVG? Chicken Salad Chick is by far my favorite place to grab a moderately healthy, quick bite for lunch or dinner. I never used to be a fan of chicken salad....until I met Jalapeño Holly. If you haven't tried spicy chicken salad before, you're missing out. If by some misfortune jalapeños aren't your thing, there are plenty of other varieties to choose from, broken out into four categories: Traditional, Savory, Fruity & Nutty, and Spicy. There truly is something for everyone. Enjoy your chicken salad by itself or in a sandwich. Or get a regular salad, I guess. Next: sides. I've tried everything but the mac n' cheese. From pasta salad to broccoli salad, everything is fresh and delicious. Their fruit is my go-to....better than what you'll get at any other quick-service type place (even Chick-fil-A). This was my first visit to this location, and like every other location I've been to, the staff were friendly and the restaurant interior was clean and well-decorated. I was a little hesitant about taking my order to-go, but the portion sizes and quality mirror what you normally get dining in. Win. (I'll also point out that despite the "chick" in the name and the cute color scheme, the men in your life will enjoy eating here too. My boyfriend is hooked...though maybe not as obsessed as I am.)

Fantastic option to typical fast food/casual dining restaurants .. Chicken Salad Chick is a must-have experience as their staff is one of the most friendly that I've ever interacted, their dining area is very clean and follows social distancing guidelines, and their food is extremely tasty and made fresh to order .. if you have not eaten there yet, do your taste buds a favor and go the next time you have the urge to not cook

Grilled chicken with shawarma seasoning, spring mix, broccoli, sweet potatoes (I swapped mine for carrots), tomatoes, cucumber, and onion, plus hummus and pita on the side. Flavorful, filling, and didn't leave me feeling weighed down. They've also got fresh juices and bottled drinks, which fits the whole better-for-you vibe. The space is a little dim with a food court feel and pop music playing in the background. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. Prices are about what you'd expect, around $15 for a bowl, but you get a generous portion. I had leftovers, which made it feel more worth it. Overall, a healthier, dependable option when you want something quick but still good quality. Definitely worth checking out. Wear: Crocs Listen to: Fleetwood Mac, Dreams

It also has some high boy tables and booths. I decided to sit in at high table by the window and enjoy my lunch with a view. Trying to be in my healthy girl era so I decided to get the house salad that is served with honey mustard, and a order of rosemary pepper fries. This combo is the ultimate girl lunch. The salad was very good. At first glance, I thought it didn't have enough dressing on it so I went to the side where they have condiments and pour myself a little cup of honey mustard to add to my salad. That was a mistake because now my salad was overdressed. If I would've just mixed it up, I would've noticed that they had plenty of dressing on the lettuce underneath. But that's OK. It was still very good. And the rosemary pepper fries were perfect. The right amount of seasoning and flavor. They were very much the star of my lunch. This place is also very reasonable. I believe my lunch was less than $20. The staff was really nice. I asked young lady questions because this was my first time at a super chix. She was actually the one that recommended the rosemary fries. I would definitely recommend this spot for a cute casual lunch if you're out in the Kennesaw area.
