The flavor was good, but it was served on a basic toast. I think it would really pop on a sturdier, toasted bread for a better texture contrast with the creamy goat cheese. The space itself is simple and beachy. They have about 7-8 tables, with bench seating on one side and chairs on the other. Heads up: no padding, so if you're like some of my family, you may want to bring a cushion (LOL). We didn't feel rushed at all even though they close at 3pm, and it was nice to enjoy our meal and conversation without feeling hurried. Parking can be tricky in this area, but we found a spot across the street and walked over. All in all, Vessel makes for a pleasant, casual spot for lunch.
