We had an excellent lunch here. Staff is pleasant, patient, and helpful. And the food is fresh and tasty. We had been to another of their restaurants before in Coral Springs and liked it. My husband is a veteran and saw they were offering a meal in support of Veteran's Day. (Thank you for doing this!) We decided to try this location. I got their "scoop" of Kelli -- which is chicken salad with almonds and cranberries. It is slightly sweet and the nuts add crunch. It comes with wheat crackers and a yummy iced cookie for dessert. You have your choice of sides. I got their Mac n cheese -- served hot -- which was okay, but did not pair that well with a cold "salad". Next time I'd get their pasta salad, I think. A gal stopped by to clear our table and was nice enough to get me a lid/cover for my Mac n cheese container (taking it home for later consumption) as well as a bag. My husband had a similar meal but enjoyed the grape salad as his side. Just as a note, the ladies room was spotless and had some of the cutest signs displayed on the walls. We will definitely return here. Just wish there were some closer locations on the east side. read more

How nice of the folks at Chicken Salad Chick to honor Vetrans by offering a free lunch! Looks like several Vetrans have showed up. I'm sure they will enjoy their lunches as much as I do! We have had lunch at one of their other locations and it was great. This location is exemplary of the consistent quality and freshness of the food and the fantastic customer service. I had the Cranberry Scoop with a side of Grape salad. My chicken salad was delicious as well as my favorite Grape salad. The large lot in this plaza is very busy. I have tried their food on three separate occasions. It's always amazingly fresh, as is everything on their menu. The fruits and breads they serve also equally as fresh. So from first entering the restaurant you are greeted with a friendly smile and a person of whom which is eager to help you out.The dining area is regularly maintained and is always very clean and inviting. So again I had three positive experiences back to back. They could use a bit more variety of choice on the menu itself. But if you really like chicken salad this place would be a positive experience. read more

I am so very disappointed in the discontinued choice of the house salad served with ranch on the side. I have spent $100.00's of dollars here. I have all of the merchandise including 3 different CSC bags because I always have points in the 400's. I used to drive every week from Lake Worth Beach to Wellington. Check the map, it's far. I would buy 4 salads for the week plus a jumbo broccoli salad. I just took my business to "Culver's" and I bought the grilled chicken for two house salads. I am driving just as far North but CSC gets no more of my money. Someone could not leave well enough alone and the CSC in Wellington is a Ghost town now and Checkers next door is a ghost town. Somebody got greedy! Didn't you learn anything from what just happened to the Cracker Barrel? People are eating healthier and not everyone wants a croissant. read more

Luckily today was the day since I was in the Wellington area. I drove through the drive thru to grab lunch on the go. Of course I asked my sis n law for a recommendation and went with what she said. I got the kickin Kay Lynn on a croissant with the broccoli salad. I just finished up lunch and came to write my review. Just go there! I know what you're thinking.. chicken salad? Who would think to open a spot revolving around chicken salad? But GO! Perfect spot for lunch! The kicking Kay Lynne had a buffalo kick to it. I could of opted for an extra scoop instead of the side but wanted to try the broccoli salad. I have already googled the copycat recipe to make the broccoli salad at home. I visited on Veteran's Day because they offer a free combo meal to veterans. It comes with a chicken salad sandwich (or scoop), a side, dessert cookie, and fountain drink. The meal usually costs around $12.50, which is not cheap, but I was very pleased with it. The got regular chicken salad on a croissant along with fresh fruit. The sandwich goes down easy and I ate it in maybe 2 minutes and felt good and light afterwards. (oops, I forgot to add that you can get lettuce and tomato on your sandwich and the tomato comes nicely sliced like real produce) I let my daughter eat the fruit and dessert cookie. She commented about how much she liked the strawberries and grapes. In additon, she said the frosted cookie was really good. I had some soda pop, but they also has some lemonade and blue powerade in the fountain. The restaurant opens at 10:30am, is very clean, service is quick, and the bathroom is clean as well. The only recommendation I have is to look at the menu beforehand as there are twelve different types of chicken salad you can get, but I didn't know what was available, so just had the original flavor. read more

This is such a delicious quick lunch spot! They have a bunch of choices.... all chicken salad type options. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly. The food comes out really fast, you order at a counter and they bring it to your table. I loved the combo option. It was a great price at $8.49. You can chose a sandwich or a scoop of any chicken salad or pimento cheese. Then you can add a side or another scoop. This time I had the cranberry Kelly and the baked potato soup. My friend had the fancy Nancy and the pasta salad. We both loved our lunches! My only critique would have been the baked potato soup had the skins on. It ruined the texture for me but the flavor was awesome.... I ate the whole cup. For a place to survive solely on chicken salad it has to be good and I believe it is. I've picked lunch here tons of times already and have made my way through a nice portion of the menu. My two favorite chick's thus far are Olivia's old south - made with pickle and egg and the Dixie- lots and lots of onions for you onion lovers. For sides their grape salad is yummy and loaded potato soup is an absolute must try. Chicken salad can come as a scoop with crackers or be served on croissant/bread. There are also different types of combos you can create but definitely take a good look at them because the wording is a bit confusing. Overall good spot for lunch with a real nice staff! read more

One of my go-to places. Relatively healthy and quick fast food restaurant around the block. I can come here everyday it's that good.

We LOVED this place! However, lately, it is obviously being run on a shoestring budget and the management doesn't care! Ordered on-line for a pickup; when I got there, I was informed by the staff member (who was very nice) that they were out of two of the items ordered at 5:45PM. Made another selection and she had to come back to me (sheepishly) to tell me that they were out of that item also (while the two gentlemen working the line was shaking their heads and laughing)! I said that this is the 3rd time they have been out of items recently and all three employees agreed it was a problem that happens all of the time! I asked if I could speak to the manager and the counter person said she was too busy to come out to talk to me and I am REALLY a nice person that believed in their product! So I went home and filled out a complaint on the National Chicken Salad Chick Website and they said someone would be in touch with me... I gave them my cell phone number and my email address... 6 Days Later and I Have Heard Nothing! So, it's rather obvious that they just don't care! I should also note that there were only 2 tables in the entire place the last 2 times that I was there! It's a shame... We were loyal guests... However, it appears that the place is in a state of cost cutting not realizing that the most expensive thing to any restaurant is an empty seat! read more

Didn't really do It for me. Maybe it's more lunch than dinner. It's billed as low cal and it didn't cut it for dinner. Got the blt with the buffalo/ ranch/ siracha one, and it was more bacon than chicken salad.
