The chicken was seasoned to perfection. Hubby felt they skimped on the broccoli but it was the end of the night so they might have been running low. They have Regular with 1 Protein or Large with 2 Proteins. Today i built my own Regular bowl with Asian Sweet Potato Noodles, Black Rice, Teriyaki Chicken, Feta, Marinated cherry tomatoes and Creamy Garlic & Herb Sauce. So yummy! So I tried Bolay for the first time in Wellington last week & was impressed it was seasoned , full of flavor & fresh but I went to this location a few days later & learned that all Bolays are not created equal. I ordered the exact same thing ( teriyaki chicken , sweet potato noodles , tomatoes, broccoli & pineapple habanero sauce on the side). The sweet potato noodles were ice cold , dry & bland. The teriyaki chicken was soooo dry & had no flavor, the broccoli was edible & they forgot my sauce. My friend got a steak bowl & her noodles were also bland & the steak was hard & tasted old. The service here was also very slow. This location needs to take some pointers from the Wellington location. The 2 stars are for the pineapple ginger drink which was really good & the broccoli & my friend liked her zucchini & 2 stars is actually being generous. read more

So this Bolay location feels that it is ok to have a refrigerated truck block the EV charging stations in the parking lot for several days. when I spoke to the GM he was very rude and and basically didn't care and said that's were the owner wants it. First of all it is illegal for them to park the truck blocking the Ev chargers and it very rude to the people who use the chargers every day and actually come in and spend money while there vehicle is charging and it is very disrespectful to FPL the chargers owners who pay rent to loose half of there ability to provide chargers for people because Bolay wants to block the Ev Charging Stations Shame On You Bolay I guess I won't be spending my money at Bolay anymore And yes it is illegal to block the chargers Florida State Statue 366.94 read more

Ok I'm a fan. Since it was my first time in I took the easy route and ordered one of the suggested bowls - the vegan miso tofu. It was great! The kale salad base was just the right texture and fresh, and the potatoes, tofu and broccoli were seasoned and cooked well. I also added roasted tomatoes at the end. Walking down the line of food choices I was so excited to see so many things clearly labeled as vegan. I can't wait to go back and make my own bowl with so many bases and veggies to choose from. I don't know if this is my unlucky day at Bolay, This is my first time at this location but recently I have notice the food they serve has been cut back. However particularly this time, i would say at least I will not be returning to this location. I try to take more representative pictures of the large bowl, but I don't think pictures can tell how little of portion it was. When I get large bowls, I pay the extra for 2 meals but after I mixed the meat with the noodles, its not even filled to halfway of the large bowl!!!! I love Bolay and the flavor profile is definitely great! I understand all the price increases, however, if the brand increases the overall price of the bowl by 30% more and decrease the servings by 50%. I don't know how I would feel about that. read more

This is a pretty big Bolay location. I used to be obsessed with Bolay. They always made me feel like I was eating at a higher quality chipotle. However this location doesn't have ahí tuna or steak for protein. I decided to get a small bowl with shrimp and the shrimp was over cooked. It was super soft. The bbq chicken was pretty good tho.
