We had a very good lunch here. I'd never been in this area and was surprised to see a restaurant in this location. But they were quite busy for a Sunday. They serve breakfast, cooked meals, sandwiches and salads, plus desserts and also gelato. We both got sandwiches and took part of them home. I got their #2 which had prosciutto and sun dried tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella. I left off the lettuce and the mayo. I chose ciabatta for my bread. The sandwich was lightly toasted like a panini and delicious. My husband got their number 3 -- prosciutto with mozzarella, basil, balsamic, vinegar and oil. He got his sandwich on a baguette. He added some extra balsamic vinegar. It brought back memories of a favorite Italian place in Boca that we used to lunch at all the time before they closed... The lemon tart with meringue was calling my name and the passion fruit gelato was beckoning to my husband, but we were full and resisted. Definitely next time! read more

What a joke. If you want to have your order forgotten for almost an hour, the when you get refunded because you can't sit around and wait any longer, and a $40 bill they only give you 13 back, well then this is the place for you. I'll never go back there again. Except to go get the money they owe me which on my way back now to get it. That place sucks. Stopped in for a cappuccino. The place was cute inside with plenty of people sitting about chatting. Inviting atmosphere. Lady at the counter didn't say much but was nice enough. It's getting harder and harder to find people who care to make a cappuccino the way it should be made. I was handed a massive styrofoam cup entirely filled with liquid. Our favorite breakfast spot! This is our fourth visit and counting. It has consistently been great each time we come back. Our server and cook, Juan and Nidia, are welcoming and always give us excellent service. I don't understand some of these reviews that say otherwise, since we've seen them interact amazing with each and every customer. My experience with the food is always good. The omelet is tasty! You must order it with the veggies and ham to get the best flavor. My husband loves the egg, cheese croissant. They provide fresh, warm French baguettes to complement the meal. The lattes are always delicious. I consider myself a foodie and always trying new spots. This is by far one of my favorite breakfast spots. A must try! read more

Very disappointing experience!! Oddly, we enjoyed it twice before and were excited to return. I got the prosciutto with mozzarella and basil and balsamic. There was no basil or balsamic. The prosciutto was all hard and shiny like when you leave it out too long. It was tough. The sandwich was covered in Mayo which was not even listed as an ingredient and the baguette was hard as a rock. I couldn't even eat it. My husband got a gyro and the meat was all dried out like it had been sitting out. I don't know if they were just having a bad day over there but we certainly wouldn't rush to return back. I am kind sad that this place was not up to the expectations, I consider myself what one would call a food snob and ever since I moved to FL from up north it has been quite difficult to find good quality food spots to eat. We were excited to try this place when we saw the menu online and decided to give it a shot, the food is delicious but the hidden price tag is a disappointment, FYI the prices on their site are not the same as the ones they charge you at the register. I am sorry but black coffee for $5 and a cappuccino for $6 not even French restaurants are charging that, specially because a cup of coffee costs a business $0.31+/- so no, I will not return. $50-$60 for a cafe style breakfast for a couple just cannot cut it for me. read more

I would not eat here again. the baguette was tough that my chicken salad and tuna salad was made on. Their were flies everywhere inside, and it looks more abandoned in there and things were shut down. We love Cilantro's! We were introduced to this restaurant by family in the area and now make sure we go here every time we visit from NJ. The empanadas and quiches are amazing. We also love the Tortilla Espanola! The coffee as well and they have the best gelato. We have special ordered a full Tortilla Espanola and we always get a dozen alfajores to bring home. The staff here is also exceptional and always kind. Basically it's the perfect place to enjoy delicious food in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. read more

A terrible place!! I went there today with my family. It was our first time and we had a bad experience. First, we ordered plates, a hamburger, a flank steak with rice and a chicken parmigiana sandwich. When ordering, we checked what the ingredients were described in the hamburguer (Lettuce, tomato, bacon and cheese with fries.), as described in the restaurant's menu. The hamburg came with mayonnaise and the entraña tasted HORRIBLE, meat and the rice. They were inedible. The smell and taste of the meat was that of LIVER STEAK, which was supposed to be flank steak. We said to an attendant about the problems with the foods and he very ironic answered us smiling "I'm so sorry!" and said that all sandwiches come with mayonnaise and this is written on the menu. I ORDERED A BURGER, NOT A SANDWICH. And the specification of the burger ingredients does NOT include mayonnaise. He insisted saying that the information was on the menu and I told him that it was IN THE WRONG PLACE, because where the burger is described, it doesn't say that it comes with mayonnaise. And about the entraña, he said it was top class meat from America. As if we don't know what high-class meat is. But in the end, he said he could bring us new dishes or a ice cream for my daughter but we thanked him and said he didn't need it, since because of all that, our hunger had gone away. When we were in the parking lot, we saw him looking at us, laughing, talking to another customer talking about our situation that had happened. We realized how discriminants and unpolite they were. My husband returned to the establishment and from what it seems to me, the employee who was laughing turned was a little scared... Now he had stopped laughing and even offered us two tubs of ice cream. Even though they "redeemed" themselves through two ice creams, I come to leave my NO RECOMMENDATION for this terrible place. read more

This deli / coffeeshop serves latin inspired dishes and has the best empanada I have had in a while. Sandwiches are made fresh with ample fillings and good bread. It's quiet now that the Wellington Winter horse crowd have moved out so if you can support them go ahead, you will be pleasantly surprised. I've wanted to try this place for so long having driven past it for years. I finally convinced my boyfriend to go and it was such a disappointment. We showed up at 7:40 (opens at 7) on a Sunday morning (prepared to wait) and found it closed. After peeking in the windows an older gentleman came to the door to unlock it and seemed none too pleased to be of service. It's actually difficult to describe precisely what it is he did to give the impression that he wasn't pleased but the impression was left nonetheless. He didn't say much; some low accented grunts about pastries - we weren't really sure. We ordered at the register where I had a view into the kitchen. The man is quite aged and as a result has some open sores on his hands- age spots and what-not but certainly open. I saw him arranging pastries and bread on display trays with no gloves. I just shook my head. When my boyfriend asked for an orange juice the man gestured towards a bottled beverage case that didn't have orange juice. I ordered an Americano that I didn't receive until after the food was delivered; more on this later. On the menu it says the omelettes come with veggies and choice of ham or cheese. We ordered two ham omelettes. There was no mention of sides but the pictures online suggested they come with some tomato slices so I figured I'd be fine with that. It seemed the less we make this man interact the better. After we sat at a dirt covered table outside for a few minutes I decided the service and highly uncomfortable awkward feel of the exchanges so far suggested the omelettes were not going to be quite what we were thinking so I went back in the confirm they would have veggies AND ham and not just ham and confirmed what the menu says. When I asked if the omelettes would come with veggies he said "if you want it to" ... . So I confirmed the menu said with veggies and choice of ham or cheese politely and said yes please I'd like veggies and ham. The food didn't take long. A server not previously there brought out two extremely flat omelettes with canned spinach, strips of store bought deli ham and loooooaaaaads of cheap white American cheese. I'm lactose intolerant and the menu suggested if we chose ham there would be no cheese. Given the interaction thus far I didn't want to be a pain in the ass or be treated like I'm the ignorant one and chose not to be perrrrfectly clear on this point so I just sucked it up. It's worth mentioning though. Also, simply saying veggies on the menu implies multiple types of veggies which you've pre-selected as the standard for your omelettes so when I got just canned spinach in a two-egg $10 omelette I was just ... disappointed. The omelettes also did not come with any type of side; not a parsley and orange garnish or tomatoes like the pictures-just omelettes on a plate. It came with a couple of mini baguettes with butter on the side I assumed were bagel sticks and cream cheese. Toasted but stale. My Americano was brought after the food was delivered. I'm a coffee addict so I was pretty excited given the beautiful espresso equipment behind the counter. One sip told me it was just your average drip coffee. Good but not a few shots of espresso with a touch of coffee and water. I went in to confirm it did in fact have espresso in it. The man was sitting with someone and condescendingly replied "yes, is americano like you ask". Well okay, I'm not going to argue. Back to my seat. We ate, we went inside to pay, we tipped 20% and we left. The food didn't taste like ashes and the coffee was good but the whole experience was lackluster and uncomfortable with some noticeable hygiene concerns. I don't want to make a failing business worse but they really need to step it up. I understand when you're not making money it is very hard to be cheerful about being at work but then .... DO something about it. No? 10/10 will never return - unfortunately. I was pretty excited. Don't let the images online and the locale fool you. It's not worth it. read more

A young employee was walking around spraying Raid flying insect poison at flies. The droplets were settling on the tables and utensils that were placed on the tables, as well as drifting to our table and on our food. I asked her to remove the utensils and wash them before someone ate off of them. She got all snooty and defensive saying that she didn't hurt anything. You order and pay at the register, and then it is brought to your table. We all had their tuna fish which was very good. Mine was on a croissant and the others had it on a salad.
