Yes this is an Iconic spot but I've never been. Easy access to the stadium district, I went off game day so it was not very busy but still lively. Staff was friendly and fast! The atmosphere was like a relaxed 2003 summertime bar but bigger. Lost of drink options at cheap prices and lots of specials. I had the wings, they came out HOT and crispy, that's big, had the sweet heat sauce on the side AND the ranch is incredible. Also had the so called world famous, crab fries, never heard of them but they were very good, nice seasoning, crispy and who doesn't like cheese sauce. What an awesome and different Valentine's Day!!! LOVED IT!!! We went to Chickie and Pete's to party with the incomparable JOHNNY LOOCH (dj)! He was awesome as usual - plays "back in the day" great music, free style, some new songs and cool mixes. What a good guy too! Wow! Id never been to this location (just the Marlton one). I was wow'd by how humongous it was!!! There's restaurant side and the bar/dance floor side is accessible through a small walkway. We had a reserved spot upstairs . The tables and padded stools are in these "pod-like" sections. Really neat! We had a great view of the PIGGEDY PACKED dance floor. It was fun texting our photos to the many scrolling TV screens all around. Red is my favorite and it was everywhere! It was decorated for VTD too. (OFC I had to rock a sexy red dress!) I wanted crab fries sooo bad befoe a concert and the one inside the venue wasn't open yet so we walked to this location instead and it was great! The only downside was they had a radio station or podcast or something being recorded right next to our table and it was SO loud. Like unbearably loud. I couldn't hear myself talk. The food and drinks were great though! I just don't think I'd go to this location again, or I'd make sure it's when they're not recording a show. read more

Classic burger was overcooked and bland. Classic chicken sandwich was good. Flavored well. Chicken parm was the most disappointing item more bread then chicken and salty...wasted most of the bread. Really love this place. The vibe is great and the atmosphere feels super comfortable. The music was a big highlight for me -- they played all the latest songs, which made the whole experience even better. Food-wise, everything was delicious. But the onion rings... WOW. the establishment on frankford Ave... idk what to say but I'm going to say how I feel. I feel like this is a racist or bigotry place. this is the 3rd time I have come here. I sit at the bar and I have to wait almost 15 minutes just to order a beer and salad. no the place is never busy. the bar maid or tender see me come in and sit down and they both purposely on seperate occasions just stand there talking amongst themselves. today was the same..and what made me realize these ppl do not want darker ppl in here is I sat at the bar and waited patiently for 12 minutes before the young lady decided to stop talking to another person( yes she seen me multiple times) another couple walked in and they were seated immediately and the same young lady who is tending the bar goes straight to these ppl and takes there order and drinks. I am watching her the whole time. so I made it my point to been seen and stood up. 3 mi utes later she walks up and asks what I wanted. I kindly told her a lager and my salad I wanted... she walks away pours my beer.. and then walks further away to continue to have a lovely convo with another person. another 2 minute wait for my beer. so has I giraffe neck myself to see and so she can see me ... she finally decides to come over my direction very slowly with my beer in hand.... I kindly and quietly got up and walked out. this place will never get my money again and anybody I know. this isn't the first time nor the second time. there was another black young lady who was sitting at the bar before I came in waiting as well and I wondered after 5 minutes of me being there why she angrily got up and walked out.
