Today my mom got a falafel pita, and for the first time I got a schnitzel laffa. It so so big and so good I have enough for an extra meal for lunch tomorrow. The falafel pita runs you about $17.95 and the schnitzel laffa ran me $21.95 Expensive but worth it for this one time. It's been a while since I've been here, about two years. What's even more frustrating is the way the staff handled it. When we raised concerns, they didn't take any responsibility and brushed it off as if the issue was on us. No attempt to fix the problem, no acknowledgment just dismissive and unprofessional. And somehow, they charge a mandatory 20% service fee for this. For what? There was zero service, zero care, and zero effort to make things right. Charging customers extra while delivering this level of food and attitude is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money here. There are far better options out there. Honestly, I'd take store-bought hummus from Publix over this. If you actually want good Mediterranean food and proper service, go to Ethos instead it's night and day. This place is not worth it.
