Bacon and cheddar quiche and iced latte
    Annie J.

Trifecta has excellent coffee and it has stayed consistent since they first opened 10 years ago. I've been here several times since their first days, and just spent some time here yesterday collaborating with two others on a project. Their baked goods are really good. They have a nice selection of both sweet and savory so you can actually have a meal while there. This seems rare for a coffeehouse since most either only offer sweet treats or sweet treats and maybe a breakfast burrito, which is usually sold out. Yesterday, I had their bacon and cheddar quiche and loved it. It was a decent enough size that I was able to take part of it home and had it for dinner. The service is decent. The space is odd. Its not warm and welcoming. The wooden tables are too narrow to work at with others comfortably. You'd probably be better off somewhere else, though the three of us made it work. It's fun to watch the roasting happen right there as you walk in but it's loud. I think the atmosphere is off because the owners put all of their efforts into making great coffee and offering good food to go with it. I'm giving Trifecta five stars because their coffee is that good. It's well worth stopping by regularly. You can always get it to go.

Chose this place to camp out and get some work done. I got a pour over with the El Salvador beans and a veggie quiche. The coffee was delicious, not at all acidic or bitter, just super smooth. The quiche had a thin and flaky crust, just the way I like it. They thankfully had a power strip, and it was pretty quiet aside from the ambient music. At some point they started playing city pop, which is my jam.

Drove by the first time, but I found it. After a rough day just need a pick me up. While staff seem nice they could have better customer service. I'm the only customer and they had me walk up for my drink, when nobody is there go above the usual. The latte is just as I would like it and has the little leaf on top! If you had a stressful day stop here. Music a great, place is comfortable. Inside you can sit on benches with tables relax with your coffee or tea

Their chicken pot pie is delicious. Big chunks of meat. Yummy crust!

Met a friend here for a coffee. It was such a pleasure! During the week, about 2, there were only a few people there. The staff was great. And the cashier took time to answer all my questions! She said they've been a local coffee shop for about 10 years. With many coffee chains shops popping up, I think it's extremely important to support our local businesses! Not a big coffee enthusiast, I got a hot chocolate and a sweet treat! Upon checking out, we were pleasantly surprised that we had rewards that took a few dollars off our purchase. Give it a try, and grab a bag of coffee beans to brew at home!

Trifecta is on the way to work and has some of the best coffee in town. I've been here before and enjoyed the ambiance (chill music, friendly staff, beans being roasted right there) but today was a quick stop for an iced Americano. It was delicious and just what I needed to help get my work done. I'll be back!

One of the best coffee shops, if not the best in town. Coffee is always delicious, from the lattes, cortado, and my personal favorite - the C&T. Impressive and delicious bakery options. Baristas are always kind and welcoming. Clean establishment. Smaller tables with limited seating for larger groups, but great for catching up with friend's especially if able to sit outside. Overall, can't recommend enough.

Look for this sign for good coffee!

Love a coffee place that roasts their own beans, lattes are delicious and never too sweet but have enough flavor to taste.

This place definitely falls into the first category. This morning I went with the single origin Guatemala drip, and it was exactly what a solid cup of coffee should be. Smooth, rich, and balanced with a nice chocolate note that hangs around just long enough to make you take another sip. No bitterness. No burnt taste. Just a clean, well-roasted cup that says someone here actually cares about the beans. The shop itself has a personality, which I always appreciate. It's decorated with fishing lures, fish artwork, and sculptures scattered around the place. Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. The space feels relaxed, creative, and comfortable. The kind of place where you can sit with a cup and not feel rushed out the door. And speaking of doors, while I was there there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out. That's usually the universal coffee signal for yep, this place is doing something right. Bottom line: Great coffee, cool atmosphere, and a shop with enough character to keep things interesting. I'll definitely be back for another cup of that Guatemala.

There is ample seating both inside and outside, had I not had my toddler with me I would have loved to sit out front but it is right by the road so a no go with a rambunctious little boy... There is additional outside seating to the side and farther from the road too. I look forward to my next trip.

There are so many drinks to choose from, some bakery treats, and on weekend, Croffles (croissant dough waffles). We found a spot to sit down and eat and enjoyed the coziness of the cafe. There are lots of blackbird decor items all over the shop. The courtyard was also so pretty. We would visit again!

Plenty of seating with tables, comfortable chairs and banquet seating if that's more your thing. On a nice day, sit outside as it's absolutely lovely out there, downright magical. Baristas are so nice and they put a lot of effort into crafting your drink. Admittedly, I didn't love my Americano but that had more to do with the type of bean (think a brighter flavor, while I prefer a dark roasted nutty flavor). This wouldn't at all stop me from returning and trying something else, like one of their cute specialty lattes if I'm feeling something on the sweeter side. Their prices are extremely reasonable, too.

Friendly service and faces always warm up a cold morning, and we definitely got that at Los Ranchos Bakery. The menu is simple and the baked goods look great! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile cheddar bagel, a lavender latte, and a red chile mocha. A cherry tart and a cinnamon roll to go. The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
