They took their time to talk through with me some issues re: having a vacation rental property at the beach - what kind/color linens to buy? who makes the best renters (who typically does the least damage to rental property). reasons to not rent our place for just a single night (how to prevent our property from becoming a party house). I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger. These folks have been doing this a while and they know their stuff and sound like true professionals to me. I am excited to be at a place in the future where I can make use of their services.

They got melted candle wax off my floor the 1st time they came, and I did not even ask them to do it. Never have my baths looked so beautiful!!! They are efficient in every way.
