I tried twice over a 4 day period before giving up and calling in, only to sit on hold for 15 minutes. When I arrived, the service staff watched me pull in but didn't come out. I had to go inside and wait another 10-15 minutes just to get fully checked in. A simple oil change and tire rotation took nearly two hours. The waiting area is tiny and not suitable for anyone who needs to work while they wait. After the service, I found full handprints on all four fenders from the tire rotation -- and those spots are now scratched into the paint. No one mentioned it, and no apology was offered. When I completed Chevy's review request and didn't give perfect scores, the service advisor emailed me to complain that my honest feedback "costs the dealership thousands of dollars," instead of addressing the damage done to my vehicle. This was not a professional or customer‑focused experience. P.s. right before jumping into my vehicle and leaving after the service the advisor did come out as basically told me to give him all 10's if I get a review request from Chevy.
