Samantha was also extremely patient through us triple-checking with piercing marking (placement on earlobes is extremely important) as well as patient through lots of pictures and bonding afterward. The place was easy to find and there were street parkings available in front of the building they were situated in. You have to call the number so they will let you in. I was surprised that a lot of customers were walking in despite it being a weekday so there was a bit of a wait. Andie's efficient and worked fast. There was a bit of a sting when she poked my ear lobe and it felt numb and weird for the next 30 minutes to an hour after (but, disclaimer, I'm sensitive). You can purchase the cleaning solution in their shop too.

I do not believe it's a tattoo artist. I believe it is management they lie they say that they're gonna give you a 20% discount or 35% discount and then after you negotiate, they don't give it to you. Also they'll say the tattoo will take eight hours. The price is for eight hours Tattoo they finish the tattoo in three hours and charge you for eight hours. The only thing that seems to be good with all these reviews is their piercings again. I don't hold the artist responsible I hold management don't trust Them.

Two of my tattoos are originals she had posted as up for grabs online, but all the others are my little dreams she made into reality. She's also so sweet and fun to talk to, with excellent taste in so many things, down to Dateline hosts. On my most recent visit, I hit another *fun* milestone in my tattoo journey, getting a coverup (F U Joanne). Rolling my eyes at my past self, it was a rather emotional one. I just felt sad, silly, embarrassed, and was also getting what for me, is a memento mori, and very important to me on a personal level. Liz reassured me that it would be okay, and made me feel better just by being herself. Great energy for an anxious person like me to be around. I'm not always a baby during a session, only sometimes. Anyhoo, check out the pix if you're curious how that turned out. Great, obvi. Always great. I feel more beautiful every time I have a fresh piece done. I think this is the second? tattoo I've gotten at this location now, but it might be the third... Maybe two and one touch up? I LOVE colors, especially what Liz can do with them (my gyarados tattoo has something like 20 colors in it), so my appointments tend to be longer. I prefer them in one go, though as I get older I wonder if that's wise to keep doing. I'm so ready to tap out at hour three. I've for sure gotten studious snake in marigolds and wyvern in peonies, both on my back, at Forever Tattoo. The vibes work for me. I like the other artists and customers I've spoken to, and the nice, big bathroom that has plenty of room to change if needed. On my most recent visit, one of the other artists kept asking fun table topics type questions, which I suspect was a way to distract as well as a fun conversation to pass the time. It's a very comfortable place imo. Be aware they are cash only and the ATM available maxes out at $200. I have forgotten about this in the past because I am a mess, and needed to make a little errand before returning! They do take walk ins, if someone happens to be available. If that's not an option, you can book right at the front if you want. If you've never gotten a tattoo before I recommend booking a consultation in person.

Instead of enabling bad behavior, the owner sat me down and told me, very directly but respectfully, to come back when I got my shit together. At the time, that wasn't what I wanted to hear. Looking back, it was exactly what I needed to hear. I eventually did get my life back on track. When I came back, he welcomed me without judgment, finished the tattoo himself, and refused to charge me. Not only did he finish it, he enhanced it and made it better than the original vision. That gesture tells you a lot about who he is. Over the years I've gotten to know him not just as an artist, but as a man. This is someone who smoked so heavily that he'd have a cigarette lit before he was fully awake. Nineteen years ago he quit cold turkey and still keeps his last pack of Camels. He's also quit caffeine, drugs, and fast food. The man has an incredible amount of discipline and conviction. He doesn't talk much about self-improvement, he just lives it. He's old-school in the best sense of the word. He doesn't care about technology, social media, marketing buzzwords, or looking important online. He cares about doing meaningful work and creating tattoos that matter. Tattooing isn't just his job; it's part of who he is. One of the most interesting conversations we've had was about the shop itself. He told me that if he stopped tattooing tomorrow, the shop would probably close. Most people would hear that as a business problem. I hear it as proof of how much of himself he has poured into what he's built. The shop reflects his standards, his reputation, and his commitment to quality. As both a friend and a business partner, I can say this: the thing that stands out most isn't the artwork, although the artwork is excellent. It's the character behind it. This is a man who tells people the truth when they need to hear it, helps them when they earn it, honors his word, and takes pride in his craft. My tattoo is something I'll carry for the rest of my life, but the lessons I've learned from him have probably had an even bigger impact. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the work, the people he works with, and the legacy he's building, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better tattoo artist or a better human being.

My manicure tech first told me she wouldn't cut down my nails shorter after I had asked her to which she responded "it'll look ugly". I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

I took a break from getting my nails done recently, but decided to come in this weekend to get a pedicure for our upcoming vacation. I made an appointment for 9:45am and was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure station - I was also offered water too. I went with the Deluxe Pedicure which was $42 + extra for the Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! They're very personable at Monet Spa which I also like - the owner remembered my name and that I'm married and have a daughter. The staff is always so grateful to see you back too! Overall, I'm glad I decided to come back and give them another chance. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon!
