We haven't had Jade's in a few years. We ordered take out. The experience from placing my order over the phone to pick up was great! The food is still as good as I remember it from my childhood days! Delicious!

Had heard of this place from family but finally had a chance to try it this week. Popped in on a Wed evening and boy was it busy for a weeknight! Shared a Jalea, lomo Saltado de res, fried fish, wonton soup and arroz chaufa especial. All was delish! Will def go back again.

This restaurant makes the WORST Peruvian food I have ever eaten! My favorite cuisine is Peruvian, I cook all the food from there, tried many good places in Qweens,Manhattan and long islands,so we took a road trip to this place. First there is hard to find parking. Than the dingy restaurant with dirty tables and sticky salt/paper and condiments bottles. The menu is small print, hard to read and confusing silly pictures on it. We ordered fried calamari, that was a most edible thing, fried rice made with old looking leftover rice very bland, Wonton soup with not so fresh tasting thin sliced beef and chicken meat, the wonton was ok in it, Chap Suey or pasta dish was a sloppy mess made with cheap, food colored yellow pasta, and a meat looked like cat food from the can. We had to send it back! The Chicha Morada drink was diluted, flavorless sour concoction. Not recommended, and never go back to that place!

My family has been coming to Jade Garden for years. its a Chinese Peruvian restaurant. We really enjoy the food and the food always comes out fast. We always order a bunch of plates & share family style. At times we come in a big group of 15 with no reservations and they accommodate to us with no issues. My favorite dishes are: wonton soup, kam lu wantan, Tallarin especial, Arroz Chaufa, and Pollo 5 Sabores Pros: They do accept credit cards now and the food is very affordable Only con is that it can be difficult to find parking.

Some of the best Peruvian chifa I ever had! Definitely a hole in the wall kinda place. Portions are huge so bring an appetite and a friend. Recommend the combination!

This still seems more like a glorified Chinese takeout joint than anything. Sure there are some distinctly Peruvian things on the menu, like lomo saltado, but they didn't even have aji sauce! I think it was recently expanded, but it still reminds me of a school cafeteria. Tried the tallarin saltado, arroz chaufa, Jade Garden house special wonton soup, and lomo saltado. They were pretty average. Tallarin saltado was essentially house special lo mein at any Chinese takeout joint, arroz chaufa was yeung chow fried rice, and the house special wonton soup was wonton soup with some egg noodles, pork, and duck. Lomo saltado was the only thing we ordered that you couldn't find at an average Chinese takeout place. It's also pretty expensive for what you're getting.

Even with a 20 min delivery trip the food was so good. I highly recommend going for the house special menu. We got the Tea Smoked Duck, Spicy Crispy Fish, Ma Po Tofu and Tasty Flounder Fillet - the spice was strong but so flavorful and not overpowering. The cold lightly pickled cucumbers are a great fresh counterbalance to the warming spice. Highly recommend - oh and the kids ordered regular standard Chinese dishes like General Tso and chicken and broccoli and loved them as well.

Before going to the restaurant, I've been craving a nice Braised Beef noodle soup and they didn't disappoint! Such great flavors and great portion for the price ($13/bowl). The beef was perfectly braised and ripped apart tenderly . The broth was delicious and on point . Definitely satisfied my craving and exceeded my expectations! Waitstaff was great and attentive, filling up our tea without even asking. Service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this authentic restaurant! We shared platters of Mongolian beef, Grand Marnier chicken and Grand Marnier shrimp. The food is always very appetizing and plentiful. Service was good this evening. However, service can be off on weekends. Always best to make reservations. Even more so on weekends. Takeout is available from Hunan Taste. The restaurant has a small private parking lot. In addition, you can always park in the next door Acme parking lot.

The restaurant's dining room was still spacious and nicely adorned, and they even had a lovely outdoor patio, though it overlooked an Acme parking lot. Our server was a delight and completely went above and beyond for us. The food, however, was mediocre. The Pork Soup Dumplings were our favorite item, as their broth and meat were extremely flavorful. However, about two of the six had holes in them, so some of the soup had escaped before they were even removed from their bamboo steamer. The Spicy Chicken Dumplings came in a generous portion of ten, but the fiery poultry inside had a strong "chicken" flavor, if that makes sense. Lastly, we had the Chicken Chow Fun, which was extremely bland and full of gummy noodles. That chicken was tender and had a better flavor, though. I just looked back at my last review to see that we had ordered the same noodle dish previously, and, while it similarly had very little sauce on it, the plate had been much more enticing back then. I also saw a bunch of gnats flying around near our table, which was not appetizing, but in fairness, it was a very hot evening. Despite our mixed experience, the dishes being delivered to neighboring tables all looked amazing. I would like to think it was just an off-night and would be willing to give the place another shot.

The packed the food so you get a really good portion! I asked for all the sauces too (soy sauce, hot sauce) and they gave a bunch which was nice. They also gave a good amount of fortune cookies. I do wish they had hot mustard though. They have the tangy red hot sauce packet but not the mustard SERVICE - they work FAST. If you need a menu go up and ask for one then move aside while you decide. People seem to be regulars here they come in and order quick. Wait time for food isn't long, I waited around 15minutes. They were great when I asked for extra sauces and I even added a drink to my order. COVID - it's a small area on the inside, to the left is the line for placing your order, then you move to the right side to wait. Unfortunately when I was there a family of 4 ladies came and stood right in the middle during ordering and even after they ordered they stayed there. The staff asked them to moved twice, it seemed they didn't understand English so even some of the customers translated to their language to move and they still didn't, the staff didn't do anything after that. I think they should've made them move over. All in all food is good. My favorite Chinese food place closed during covid so I'm glad to have found this one.
