My 4 y/o son is a little nervous and both the hygienist and doctor were amazing with him. We needed to get X-rays and she made it fun and no pressure for him, and she even let him take an X-ray of her finger afterwards. The office is really inviting and fun for kids which sets off the initial experience in the positive, they can play games in the arcade while they wait and for younger ones there is a cool toy in the front office for them to play with. They have an ice cream machine for before or after your visit.... Games and ice cream what more could a kid want?!! The assistants are very friendly, sweet, and encouraging! Dr. Bybee comes in with some much enthusiasm, positivity, and really made my daughter feel happy and comfortable. He explained everything to her in terms she can understand so that she wasn't scared of any instruments he uses etc. He takes his time reviewing X-rays with you and explaining things. Definitely 100% perfect "bed side manner". My daughter stayed happy and excited the entire time during her X-rays, exam, and cleaning. When she was done she was given 3 tokens to use on their prize machine, she was so excited over her prizes and then grabbed a little cup of ice cream on the way out. The time, attention, and positivity here calmed her nerves immediately and in the future will make future appointments and cleanings a positive experience. My son went here when he was a younger and had the same positive experience and the same now for my daughter over 10+ years later Dr. Bybee continues to impress me and does a great job! She pays very close attention to details and throughout the procedures always checks that you are not experiencing any CV discomfort or pain. After my niece was screaming her head off, we asked him to please take a break to let the anesthesia sit longer because she had more teeth to pull out. He angrily threw his tools down and stormed out of the room without saying a word. Don't know if he was having a bad day or judging us for how many cavities she had but she is only 6 years old. She was scheduled to come back to have her caps removed but this deterred us from ever coming back.

I needed a new bottom retainer and my dentist told me it would be $150. I remembered I had gotten new retainers at Roseman so I called and made an appointment. Scheduling was easy and quick. I had my appointment yesterday where they did the scan and I found out they make the retainers there in the lab now and I'll have my new retainer next week! I only need the bottom retainer and it's $50! So I bought 2! There's a $50 office visit/scanning fee. So for $150 I had my visit plus 2 retainers! The office and exam area are clean and bright. Everyone is great! If you are thinking about straightening your chompers definitely consider Roseman! Save some money and have a great smile!
