My entire family has started to see Dr. Jackson as our primary dentist. After a bit of insurance issues and researching dental offices we landed on this one. I'm like most people and dislike having my mouth messed with, but I feel like Dr. Jackson could maybe turn that around for me. She is very nice and explains everything very thoroughly. After my husband and I came here we decide to switch our kids over to this office as well and I was extremely pleased with how their visits went. I'm sure this dentist is as awesome as all her great reviews suggest but I'll never know because I am unable to even see her! Had an appointment scheduled a few weeks in advance - it has taken me a few years to even get up the courage to try to trust a dentist. I was actually looking forward to it after reading all the lovely reviews about this dentist. However, less than 24 hrs. before my appointment, the dentist's office calls to tell me that my insurance does not cover the kind of x-rays they will need to do on me and I will need to pay out of pocket to have them done. How do they know what kind of x-rays I need without seeing me first? That bothered me. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, my insurance pays for that, and they pay for regular x-rays too. I can't have an exam without x-rays, and evidently can't have a cleaning without x-rays either. Catch-22. Long story short, I am a disabled senior, money's tight - since I couldn't pay the out-of-pocket cost for the x-rays, the office person cancelled my appointment right then and there, and she wasn't nice or kind about it. I never had that happen before. WOW. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but the way this office handled me was uncaring and unacceptable. It's good to know up front that their priorities are money before patient - lesson learned. Guess I should be grateful that they didn't wait 'til I was in the chair before the gouging began. Would've been nice if they would've told me sooner that they weren't going to take me instead of waiting until the last minute. I'm sure they won't give me another thought, and I won't give them one either. read more

Absolutely unbelievable. I have a bonefide dental emergency causing me immense pain and they called me ONE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to tell me they have to reschedule FOR NEXT WEEK! I waited a very long time to write this because I had to come to terms with the fact that Dr. Jackson left me with permanent damage in my trigeminal nerve after extracting my wisdom teeth. I was so excited when I found her. My first few visits were great! My last visit she removed my left side wisdom teeth. After a couple of days of healing, I had a crazy pain that remained. She referred me to an endodontist as she couldn't figure out why I was still in pain. He found nothing wrong and sent me to an oral surgeon. After a brain MRI, I was informed that the wisdom tooth extraction had caused nerve damage. For 3+ years, (and spending thousands of dollars) I've had multiple drug cocktails, acupuncture, herbal remedies and I still live every day of my life in severe pain. I can get slurred speech, I can't chew, smile, talk at all. It's insanity. After extensive research into trigeminal neuralgia, I can understand why the call it the suicide disorder. Met Toothinator (Dr. Jackson) and Toothinator 2 (Dental Assistant).. They have AWESOME personality.. More of your friend then a professional individual.. I felt comfortable and at ease.. You know how rare that is? Lol.. Dr. Jackson was honest with my current wisdom teeth condition and did not force me to remove it.. She also notice a chip that has been there for a very long time and she was very honest with saying if we fill it again.. It will come out so best to leave it because it does not bother you.. I had visited many dentist and they all want to fill the gap in or take my out my wisdom teeth.. I was very please to hear her results after the examination.. Alright I waited a while to review so I could give a complete review of the process. I am someone who is terrified of the dentist because of a previous dental/ ortho experience so I hadn't gone in years. Dr Jackson is phenomenal. Her and her staff helped calm me, talked me through everything, and I'm so glad I found them. Got all the hard maintenance done and now just started my Invisalign treatment. Easy process, kind people, don't go anywhere else!! We moved here recently and I read all the great reviews for the office, so I booked an appointment on ZocDoc and everything was smooth sailing. They called me to ask if I would want to come in the next day since they had an opening, so I took it. I didn't have to wait too long as a new patient, I filled out their forms and took X-rays right away. I came in today for a tooth extraction... a top left wisdom tooth extraction to be correct, that I broke... and like most patients in this world, I absolutely hate the needle and feeling any sensation of a tooth being pulled (yes I am a huge chicken!) Dr. Jackson was SOO gentle and explained every single move she was going to do - I barely felt the needle besides the itty bitty pinch! and eased right into her chair. Before the procedure began, she allowed me to plug in my earphones to listen to some music, as soon as I settled in, played a song, she got started... That ONE song didn't even get half way through and she was DONE and sat me up, I seriously said "THATS IT??" Lol! she is my super hero for making this such an easy process for me! I have never been in/out of a dentist office so fast in my life and laughing with her on my way out. I can't wait to see them again =) I am glad to say I have found THE dentist!! Let me preface this review by saying that I HATE going to the dentist. I never had a fear of dentists when I was young, but one bad experience in my early 20's changed that in a hurry and ever since I have put off getting even preventative care. I am happy to say that I will now be coming in for regular cleanings and exams and I won't be the least bit anxious about it!! Dr. Jackson is fantastic! She has a great personality, she's very funny, and puts you at ease immediately...and she's the best dentist that's ever worked on my teeth. Speaking of her staff, each one of them is top-notch. They all have great personalities that mesh well together. The office is as inviting as a dental office can be, and I love all of the pink! Dr. Jackson gave me a new pair of the sunglasses worn during dental work, (she let me pick the color,) and my son won't take those orange babies off! :) One more note... I have no dental insurance but her services are very reasonable and well worth it. She will not push you to have work you don't need to make a buck. I had already been to 2 different dentists (Whitney Dental and Abby dental) they both told me I needed work that I found out through Dr. Tiffany Jackson I didn't need . One of these places quoted me $3300 out of pocket costs for crowns that I did not need. Dr. Jackson took x-rays and actual pictures of my mouth to throughly explain what work REALLY needed to be done and it came out to a third of the price of what I had been offered by these other dentist. Dr. Jackson is such a bada**! We've been seeing her for over four years now..she sees both my husband and I and three of our older children. She's never pushy, always thorough, fixes all of my teethy issues or hands me off to someone who can (which is not often bc like I said, she's a BAMF). We got a new insurance and I made sure to pick the option she was contracted with bc I was absolutely unwilling to let her go. She's attentive and knows her patients; I came in for some work a couple weeks ago and allergies had me feeling off, she instantly noticed I was not my normal self. It made me feel good that she knows my normal goofy self lol! She's awesome! And that's an understatement! Her staff is equally awesome!
